When I checked Jio replacement Sim cost online, It was 50rs, however, they have collected 200rs from me. Check everything online before you visit this store. Fraud people in the store
The employees sitting were like till the time they knew I am not going to buy anything they were cooperative and when they came to know that the deal was not going to happen they started avoiding.
Not taking proper care of the customer and try to cheat my friend in the store and that to in the name of replacing new sim he asked 650 rupees in banglore BTM 9th main B road store that guy try to convince my friend But my friend contacted jio store andra pradesh and he told and there is no such way to take the money that much of 650 rupees and he returned the amount finally but teach them how to handle the customers with proper response or greeting when customer came.
I have come here at 11Am and they are telling we are cleaning it will take 30mins I think they open at 12pm please change the timing which you have given in website 10Am
Worst customer service. They were not responding to my question. I had a problem with my JIO sim and when I visited regarding my problem they asked me to go to any local phone shop nearby to get my problem solved and that guy took around 10 minutes to answer to the questions what I asked me. Worst service!
I was redirected to this store from MyJio store at BTM layout. I went to this store at around 8: 35 PM on Sep 12th to recharge my phone lines. There was one employee there and I requested him to recharge my phone lines. The employee lied that systems were down and he could not do anything. I asked him to try but he refused. Later I called Jio Area Manager (Regan) and complained to him. Regan was very sympathetic and he spoke to the Jio store employee and instructed him to help. After that the employee actually did the recharge and magically the system was working. The employee was very rude, pulled Kannadiga card and started saying he will respond if spoken to in Kannada. Later when he started doing recharge, he was very rude and demanded that we show the cash to him as evidence.
Very arrogant employee and doesn't seem to care for customers. Jio has great service but these kind of employees ruin Jio's reputation.
Very bad people in working in this store they behavior is very bad and am going duplicate sim but they told come after one hour again next week visiting same come after one hour they not doing job just only coming and going useless fellow
Pathetic service. The person at the counter informed me that the bill is 340 but when I saw the bill which came in my mobile it was 240. Above all he was asking 20 extra. Never had an experience in Bangalore like this

Was here for duplicate jio simcard. Got new one in just 5 minutes and service is also good. They didn't charged any extra penny. Paid only 25 rs. Got e-bill from Reliance for that too.
I went for my lost jio duplicate sim, all my documents were correct but they said documents are not matching, after sometime they said to update documents it will be charged of rs 600, finally i paid 600 and got my duplicate sim

It is a small store with ample space, Due to Covid, entry to the store is strictly adhered to customers wearing masks and sanitizing their hands with satinizer placed at the entrance. The sales executives are attentive and attend to customers immediately. The store is easily accessible following maps.
Bad experience, was standing in queue and some guy asked for what’s the requirements. Even after telling they did not responded and after 20-25 minutes they tell that they cannot complete request. Why can’t you tell earlier so someone can avoid standing in queue even after you know what’s the issue? Poor service.
