Worst worst worst experience. These guys do not entertain after once you have picked up the car, I drove twice to there office and no one was there to receive the car. They purposely delay the drop to the max time period and do not return the security money on that factor.

Booked twice and both the times the car allocated was in worst condition. Bluetooth connectivity was missing. Out of 4 speakers only 1 was functional. Car allignment was not proper. Worst experience for a self drive car service. Won't recommend if you are booking from here. It was really risky to drive those cars in such bad condition.

Horrible horrible car rental company. Website shows cars which are not available. Luckily i called up the call center and they mentioned they don't even serve that location. How is the website showing the car available then. Had the exact same situation in 2014.8 years and still the same issue exists. Need i say more.

Plz do not take these cars, it's not maintained from months, stinky smell, worst steering's and tires fulley flat.

The person handling the Center is very rude and threatens people of cutting the security deposit, a scheme he runs to earn more money. The cars are also in bad condition. I would suggest not to book Myles, if you don’t want the worst service ever.

PLEASE BE AWARE of their representative Mr MANJU from the jp nagar branch. The website and the online application was to slow and hung while booking, thus we got this person who was associated to mylescar and told us that he would provide us with the same car on the website. Once we booked the car and paid the advance, we waited till last week, on still not receiving confirmation we called him, he never responded, has never replied back to texts and avoids our call as we know he is on phone speaking to someone else, till date he has not responded to us and he has SCAMED us of 6k. Even the location people are not responding properly, from where we got the number earlier.
Please do not have such representatives who scam people and tarnish your name.

Myles is pathetic, worst behaviour, not supporting to customers, doesn't have any process, incorrect information showing at their application

Additional kms they charged 11rs + 28% gst which was mentioned nowhere while booking. Better to book zoom car.

Good location to collect self drive cars except one thing little bothered me to collect deposit money. After so many calls he returned to me

Hopeless support, no proper response, not fit to do such business, no responsibility, they will give cars without even paying the taxes, we were about to caught by police because of this dirty vehicle, our festival vibes are all applied because of these people, no response to calls, vehicle will not start if you leave for sometime in off mode, then manually we have push the vehicle to start up, no proper lights, we have paid their vehicle tax, without even checking the basic things they will give vehicles to customers.
Very pathetic service by complete team.
