Worst experience in myntra they are cheeting.my amount is paid but i did't get my order.help center peoples also not responding

Hi Myntra team, Please delivery my order. I have never seen such a careless company. More than 20 days have passed.

Myntra Cheating. Customers my order is didn't get placed but payment got debited.second problem I didn't receive my product, it has been wrongly marked as delivered? Actually basic product is not delivered yet.help center is not solved my problem yet? What to do when I'm not received product.yet my money also not refunded yet. Myntra shopping is big scam zero Star

The customer service was very bad. Myntra delivers items very late now often, being an non-international brand. But Amazon being an international and world wide brands delivers items very quick without also buying Amazon prime membership and it delivers items way ahead of time. Myntra had a very good variety of clothes, etc. But was not expecting this from Myntra

I have been shoping from myntra since 8 years but not in 2023 they send me wrong orders 3 times and this time my order costing 8600 was send wrong and on requesting customer care for proper investigation they 5times declined

Issue with delivery date. Never purchase anything from Myntra. Item already received at Bangalore and not delivering it correctly. Worst Experience.

Myntra has provides poor quality service

Myntra delivered the wrong product, refused to exchange.
I wasted time on choosing the item, expecting delivery, staying home to receive the item, speaking to Myntra representative. On call I mentioned that I want the exchange, not refund, but they filled the form for refund. And then, since it was approved they're saying that nothing can be done now and that I should again waste my time on returning the item, waiting for refund and then ordering again. Not to mention the fact that when I ordered, the product was on discount and now it's not. Why should I overpay because of Myntra' mistake? And where do busy working adults find time to deal with thr aftermath of your mistakes?

The service is dismal, customer support just kept sending the same message, sorry for inconvenience, order again. Didn't answer my questions properly. Never using Myntra again! Not worth wasting time on this

Well designed office. Interiors are tastefully done to reflect fashion-tech integration. However, lack of an approach road makes commuting difficult to office.

Never purchase anything from Myntra. Delivery guys will not call and will send the SMS couldn't reach us and couldn't delivered.

Myntra we are paying money.you guys are not giving for free of cost.

Guys never advice Myntra and go for any other retailers.

Very bad experience if you want to return a product which was damaged during delivery. From last 4 months, they are not able to resolve the issue.
Not able to contact the customer care. They do not read the mails.

Hi, one of my friend got one offer letter from myntra regarding Supervisor post in our local location. He was asked to pay 1550/- for uniform charges and stated that after 7 days training, it will be refunded. Is it true? Can anyone suggest regarding this?

I have ordered 2 formal trousers on 7 july today is 21 july still its showing as shipped. Customer care people doesn't know what happened and they are saying that wait till 31 july.

One of the greatest annoyance creation company of all time! The company deliveres certain clothing items in more than 15 days, The delivery partner tries to create too much annoyance at the time of order delivery and return pickups, Sometimes this company provides bad quality product without any quality check at the seller's end and refuse to take return request for the same item by mentioning "Quality Check Failed", This Company asks for price tag of the return requested product even if the price tag is not received with the product inside their polybag packaging, Sometimes this company delivers wrong product without checking at the seller's end and the return process is horrible, terrible and 100% Scam! Support associates of this company has done mastery in annoyance creation process and providing senseless response by following up with respective department after 2-4 days! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Before covid19 - i was satisfied with the services of Myntra - but almost all the items delivered since the liftingv of lockdown have either been damaged to some extent or were wrong/ different item/colour/design.at first i returned or asked for replacement but after a few such attempts - i realised that it was too much of a hassle to go through with again and again - so i have kept damaged/not ordered items for my own sanity.now i am really scared to order more items and i think i will at least till the covid19 scare dies down stop further orders and renew orders when normalcy returns.

This is a fraud company. I had ordered 3 Makeup Revolution eyeshadow palettes from them via Myntra App. Seller was some Shreyansh Retail. They gave 1 used and damaged Maybelline Eyeshadow palette. After complaining and providing video proof also Myntra did not provide me with refund. Due to this I am never buying from Myntra again. I contacted customer care 100 times but they kept on saying give us more 24 to 48 hours each time. But at last after 11 days they mailed me saying the product cannot be returned. Really frustrating experience. Have complaint in consumer court now. Now let's see what happens. I have no expectations though.

I had returned the product because I didn't like it but they shipped it back saying the quality check failed.when the product was returned without any defect how can the QC fail. They are not even replying to the emails it's so dissatisfying. It's scam they just want to increase sales by any means. As a customer I don't think i will shop on myntra again. It's just fraud. They are most unresponsive and unethical.

Sharing the product images that was delivered. What is of concern is that the return pickup guy refused to pick the product saying it has failed quality checks. Customer care is of no use in resolving this issue and unwilling to raise a complaint or provide a refund/exchange. Very pathetic customer service to say the least.

This company send a wrong product to me Order no. 1149406-9122909-4378803 and not accepting its fault. Refusing return of a wrong product, giving no proof of what was packed for me and leaving me humiliated, cheated and helpless.

I have ordered H&M Brand formal shirt. But these people delivered a black female t-shirt. While returning the product delivery guy refused to pick up because it is wrong product. I complained to myntra but I'm getting any response from them. This is really poor service. Please help to my issues. Are ladies ka t-shirt mey kaise pehnu yar

Had been here for corporate training, the block B office is great.

Building is pretty old. AC had issue and office and meeting rooms were too cold. The layout of of desks and cabins was bit confusing.

Very poor service. Firstly, I received wrong product no quality check done. Secondly, after informing u people and raising complaint still no update and response. Is this how u people are minting money? Such poor customer service, my money not refunded on top of that u people don't update. Thieves! That's what u guys are doing. Cheaters!

I don't know about the past orders. But this time, it was too bad. Myntra has launched end of season sale. I have purchased some products. They have delivered some and two were not delivered, even after 15 days. Now they have cancelled the orders. Seems they haven't got the profit as expected on those two products. So I believe end of season sale is just to shoot up their sale by placing the double MRP and providing discount on the same. I suggest to use some other apps rather than myntra.

After some days when I saw, the products at status is returned to origin. If they can get it back. That means they haven't lost the product. Its just a reason to get the product back

Very bad experience. Started cheating customers with name of offers.
I ordered a product worth Rs 1022 (Pink velvet maxi dress) but was delivered a wrong product worth Rs. 840 (Pink velvet wrap dress).
Myntra app automatically updated the insider points and made the option of exchange and return as disabled.
Now I don't have option to either return or exchange.
I called myntra customer care within 15 mins of delivery and raised the complaint and was asked to wait for 72 hours with no assurance of exchange or return.

People stop buying from online portals like myntra and jabong they are all cheating with their offers. Value your money. Go to shop spend some time and buy clothes of your wish without these nonsense.

Services poor, I still did not receive my items. Agents are unprofessional, I did a online payment but it shows it’s lost and their is no proper respond, such a bad experience which is not at all expected from myntra.

Very bad app for gold and diamond jewelers purchase finishing of the product is worst of mia by tanishq jewelers.they tell you 7 days return posses if you order jewelers and you return that product they dont take that product return very bad experiences with myntra customer care also they dont support us or help us.they only tel take 72 hrs or 24 hrs and its been more then 10 days it is not yet picked up

Amazing work environment. Very futuristic thinking, myntra is a company where employees are the first priority. Great working with you guys.

THIS COMPANY SELLS FAKE AND FIRST COPY GOODS! The interiors are all nice, but what is the point in having such inbalanced leaders in the organisation, I would say I have spoiled by career working here. Here the leads and other heads just need that money shelling employees for them to be entertained then they will cover thier mistakes and errors this way. Since i am ready to do so.

Shame on you myntra.head office in Bangalore and dont have kannada as a language in customer service.
