Visted the place of cleaning as per the scheduled time. Staffs are very kind and cooperative

I'm okay with the work overall. They did a good amount of cleaning, which was fine, and the staff was friendly. However, I expected a deeper cleaning, especially for the stubborn black deposits from hard water inside the wall of the tank, which they couldn't fully remove (it was tough as the deposits were old and stubborn)
Hoping for better results in the future by some solution on these kind of hard water deposit issues.

Ratul has done a good job of pest control with gel and spray for the entire house. Will look for regular service from him.

I had asked for Mosaic floor polishing and deep cleaning of the premises.

Work is of very poor standards. Manager responds as of they are doing favour on customers. Floor polishing done in 2 hours. Majority stains were not removed which the manager committed to remove during initial visit.

Deep cleaning is not upto the mark at all.

They're the worst. Do not even think of getting their service, they don't come on time, no proper ethics, won't come on time for follow ups. When we call back won't even answer the calls. Such a lazy rogues. For god sake DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICE. IF THERE WAS A OPTION TO RATE ZERO STARS I would be giving it.

I had booked the Mosaic Floor polishing from Myraksha and Service was not rendered completely for the sake of competition. 2 executive visited the site at 10: 30am and claim that mosaic deep polishing with strains removal of 4 rounds (1. Scrubing 2. Grinding/Diamond cut grinding 3. Wax Polishing 4. Buffing) is claimed to be completed at 1: 00PM Nearly 2.3Hrs with a area of 750 plus Sq foot (2BHK) with Running skirting+floor +passage, Just imagine the quality of service done.
Kindly don't get fooled by choosing any services from them!

There needs to be a lot of improvement in service, and they are not doing proper spraying, asking where to spray, or even they are not verifying the root of cockroaches. And I found the cockroaches got increased after pest control they were even roaming after spraying as well. I truly believe it is a waste of money, and please do not choose any other pest control method over these, which you can buy HIT and do yourself. Because after spraying, I can see the cockroaches roaming around the kitchen. Hence, I am giving it one star. They called me to remove my comment and asked me to wait it has been 5+ months now and many cockroaches and it hasn't changed, and I can see more cockroaches.better stay away from these services. I was reaching for a second free service but there was no proper response.

They came on time. Planned things well and everything went fine.

I have got pesticides done at my place and my raksha team have done it professionally. Happy with the work.

Over all is good but I haven’t seen disinfection sprayed. They mention it was included in high pressure cleaning. If so it’s of no use because after the vacuum cleaning is done. And UV radiation is not done. Also I could see bit of sludge in the sump which they could have cleared I believe

Hi, I had used myRaksha storage service for one plus year. I happen to visit the godown where I found that my things are not properly kept and separated. Upon asking, they arranged my mattress properly.
Inverter got damaged as it is not properly handled while storing or unloading. No response from them on the damage caused to that and few items are missing, no proper response at all. Don't feel a sense of accountability at all.

No professionalism and No accountability.

Great service, was very helpful when in need. The goods pickup and delivery guys were very humble, hardworking and quick.

Have used MyRaksha’s warehouse storage facility.
The pick-up was done promptly and with much care for the furnitures and fragile things.
The storage rates were also nominal.
Finally the items were delivered to our house in a good manner. The delivery people were skilled enough to set the right things in their right places and also have set the cot in a good way.

The communication was prompt and efficient. So was the service delivery. The staff is dot on time and know their job thoroughly. I used them for polishing my marble floor. You can see the end result. I am happy to recommend the team to anyone!

MyRaksha Pest control were friendly and efficient when booking the call and prompt in responding to the treatment of two separate wasp nests. One of the treatments worked immediately and the second nest needed a second call, which was taken care of promptly and without fuss. One of the measures of a good company is the way that they react when things go wrong and myRaksha got it spot on. The second nest is now convincingly gone. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

My raksha team intially they came for my new house for Italian marble.polish works after visit then they quoted per sqfr 19rps.after 1 day they satrted work and again said we cant do for 19per sqft because bit heavy work we need 32sqft.i agreed for that price too.after 4 days they stoped and left with machineries i paid 20k intially asked 50 % amount in total 55k.but i paid 20k after 4 days they left nd saying machine got repaired we cant do further works with ur site.simply without intimation they left in middle.of wirks. Soo plese dont go with my raksha.worst service no one response i lost ky money n work.pendings no one coming now.middle.works quoting double prices for polishing now.lokesh he is the manager he only do this games always.he is the director.if machine problem they have to arrange but simply left in middle of works

I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that there was lack of punctuality and tantrum at the end of service. I had booked for general herbal pest control and overhead tank cleaning. The booking was at 12.30 pm but l did not receive any confirmation sms. When no one turned up, I had to call customer care. I was told that they can only come by 2-2.30 pm as they were in another part of the city. Finally they turned up after 3 pm citing traffic woes which maybe true in our congested city.
Tank cleaning was completed within 30 mins and pest control took longer time. Both works were excellent and I was satisfied irrespective of the bad planning and time management.
After I payed the bill amount the team leader (4workers) started asking for money for chai pani as they have traveled long to reach my house. I paid 2200/- Rs for professional work. After paying this much amount I am expected to pay extra money for chai pani too! Seriously I could have got it done at half amount from my local plumber but wanted a hassle free professional service. When I told him that I will give him extra money but this was unprofessional behaviour, he got angry, threw tantrum and marched out of my house. Seriously seeing the good reviews never expected this sort of egoistical behaviour. Moreover tipping for good service is customers choice not obligation.
