Worst experience once you vacate the premises. They just don’t refund the money and make you follow up 100 times. Most unprofessional behaviour from the manager and staff.

The most spacious rooms in SG Palya will be found here. The staffs and management are very flexible. Especially, my Resident Manager Mr. Venkatesh is kind hearted and he'll be ready to help all the time. One of the best PGs in SG Palya

My son joined My roomie aster boys hotel last month. I found Bala, Irfan and Suresh very cooperative. It was smooth on boarding. They took good care of my son. The facility is very good and they maintain good hygiene.

I'm staying here from past 6 months and I feel myroomie is far more better than other pg's that's there, because of food and security system.

Myroomie Aster PG is the best place for boys to stay. My friend is still there. They serve delicious meals at all times, and the cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld. The rooms are quite large. This PG's Resident Manager and all staff members are friendly. There is also a gym. This is the best pg at this location that can be recommended.

Myroomie has the perfect environment for us students with spacious rooms, good food and other amenities along with super friendly resident managers who are available for us at anytime possible.

My son has been living here since a couple of months and he has been having an incredible experience. The staff are really nice and friendly. Specially Mr. Irfan the current resident manager at myroomie - aster campus he is doing an incredible job. The security is there 24X7. The staff working here is also really nice.

Rating 5 for the Customer Service. I had plans to take up my Masters in Bangalore and made a initial booking with Aster MyRoomie. Since the plan was dropped I didn't move to Banglore, so I requested the team to process the refund for the blocking amount I paid. Though the refund took close to 2 months to process, I understand that this business depends on students staying in the PG and due to all this pandemic situation the time to process the refund was delayed, however the team was patient and always answered my questions on my refund process. Happy that this team is doing a amazing job during the pandemic situation. Kudos!

Please don't consider it as a option to trap your money.

Please don't fall into the trap & not give them Huge Security amount, they will never return you back. From the last 1 year, I am trying hard to get my Security Deposit amount back but they are not even responding. They took security of around Rs 20K. Everytime I try to contact them they don't even respond nor give any satisfactory resolution.
Apart from Security refund there was 1 month rent which I gave to Naresh (Resident Manager) which he took with him & ran away. Now, Entity is not taking responsibility of that & not refunding that amount also.

Highly unprofessionalism from staff & company.

Great property, spacious rooms, amazing and healthy food, decent locality, accessible markets and pharmacies, great caretakers and RM, good security systems, awesome experience for students, very home-like.

Has been more than an year since I have left this place still the security amount hasn't been refunded. The total amount of Rs. 27000 has been blocked by them since Feb 2020. Along side me they stolen the money from many other people.

"Myroomie" a place where you get a homely feeling, sufficient and healthy food, good internet facility, security and other maintenance services. The best about this place is the presence of a friendly and caring person #Vidyashree ma'am who is always on her feet to help the resident. And the doggy "GUNDU" shadow of ma'am just gives icing to the cake. I am happy with the service they provided and would like to join again with this pg whenever I am back to Bangalore.

Just a group of fraudsters who will promise of refunding the security deposit, but will never return it.
Just keeps delaying it as much as possible with some stupid excuses.
Would never recommend.
