Surprised to realize the size of the shop. Very nice collection. No one here are bothered to see the prides. Parking will be challenge. Try to avoid going on weekends because of crowd. Shop well open at 6: 30 and close by 8: 30.

I had done a shopping of 67k and still had a very bad experience. The store manager Sanjay behaves like he is paying my bill. Really need to improve customer experience. Rude behaviour is not an acceptable industry standard.

Great service, through video call and personal attention by Anjali. To get me all the things in time she sent through Blue dart without any extra cost. I appreciate it.

Very good collection or saree variety in terms of designs as well as cost, there are certain representatives who show their slack and boredom on you and at one point would refuse to drape saree and tell that a particular range sarees won’t be draped, when you are spending 20-30k on a saree a customer would want to try how it would look on them, rather than blindly buy it. Customers beware of such representatives and immediately report it or change them. Will definitely think twice before going to this place the next time.

Very poor attitude towards children. Please treat them nicely. While my lil brother was sitting in a corner they told the people near him to make him move bc he was alone and he was not able to buy anything

Blouses not available in required sizes, changing rooms is a task.better to go local in the same building in priyanshi ethnic wear.

They have a very wide collection of sarees, dress material and much more. They open at 9: 30 I think so we usually visit early on Sunday mornings and park in Commercial Street.

This place has an incredible collections, can find sarees that fit any budget. Parking is an issue, preferably walk down commercial street. I got a great silk saree that fit my budget perfectly!

I used to love online fabric shopping from here.never had to worry about the quality of the fabrics or whether you are getting what you expect the fabric to be. Pricing was very good. But last 2-3 purchases have been disappointing in terms of quality and description vs actual product.

Mr Suraj Mehta was helping me shop. He is an extremely helpful and sweet talking salesman. I was only intending to buy only 2 material and he made me buy 15 pieces. Overall a very happy experience.

I recently purchased few sarees online. Few got cancelled stating quality check issues.few received. The obvious ones like crepe silk saree met the expectation but, the material which was unknown disappointed me. The saree was mentioned as silk saree but actually it's a jute kind of silk where the threads come out easily & woven border which is very delicate which can easily wear out soon. Upon discussion with the team they agreed to provide an exchange for the same.

No doubt they have great collection. The process after ordering too was good, updating us on the issues & checking on options. Packing & delivery too was very good.

Very bad exp in online shopping with them I faced it multiple times even after you select the fabric and pay they say it was sold in store

The quality of the products sold is very poor. Colour bleed of the saree occurred when I wore it for the first time due to mere sweating. On going back to the show room the arrogant PR Manager tells me that the cloth is so delicate that the colour bleed may occur even if water falls on the saree. Adding to that is the rude behaviour towards customers, telling that it’s useless to explain anything to the customers.
So everyone ought to check the authenticity and quality of the product they sell as according to them the disclaimer has been written on the price tag. Really would never get back to this place and advise others also to follow the same. It’s like UNCHI DUKAN FIKA PAKWAN (Expectations are high but reality sucks)

Surprisingly to see that MYSORE SAREE UDYOG does not bother to respond to the customers and give false assurances on the reviews. For such people profit by duping the customers is the only thing in their mind.
A warning for all the potential customers. Please beware and kindly double check before spending your hard earned money. For them customers are just a source to mint money. Sad to see the pathetic attitude.

Loved the saree.colour combination was too good with great border design.and firstly.customer service was too good. I bought this saree for my mom. I made a special request to them for fast delivery and I received the saree within 24 hrs without any hassle.saree pricing is also nominal compared to other stores like Nalli or other branded stores.this is my first time purchase from their store. Totally everything was fine and smooth.
