THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE IN AVIATION TICKETING INDUSTRY. I HAD CANCELLED A TICKET ON SEP 12,2022. IT HAS BEEN NEARLY 1 MONTH AND THE REFUND HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED YET. NEVER HAVE FACED SUCH ISSUES WITH OTHER PORTAL.

Horrible experience after making a booking/cancellation of Air Asia flight. The airlines points to this pathetic company & they never answer to my query. 3 1/2 months & counting.worst services.

Mails not replied for 60 days, calls not picked.seems to be a sophisticated scam by these guys.

Don’t want to give them even one star. They are all thieves and you will never get your money back (in case of cancellation) if you book your flight through them.

Very bad customer service. I am not getting my refund amount back to my account as Air Asia is stating they have refunded the amount to this baseless and bogus company. Very disappointed with the customer service. Request you to refund my money which your company got from Air Asia.

Mystifly is one of the best company in Travel Technology. Looking for a great news from the company.

Thieves and knowledge less customer service. I had no other way to reach in saying this, except here. My refund was not released even after the airline AirAsia has given to MYSTIFLY. Please respond

I booked one ticket from FlipCart - the original ticket was booked by your agency as per Air India - flight cart travel department backend work is too poor and last 4 days they still find a re issuance solution.still asking for another 24 hours to sort this out.am sure by that time my flight will get full - if you can help.kindly help - trying to contact ur number but no one responding

मेने फ्लिपकार्ट से 8 अप्रैल के कोलकाता से इन्दोर का टिकिट बुक किया था ।फ़्लाईट कोविद के कारण कैंसल हो गयी ।इंडिगो ने इस अमाउंट का क्रेडिट शेल दिया लेकिन में अभी टिकिट बुक कर रहा हु तो mystifly की id से ही इंडिगो बुक कर रहा है और ये mystifly से कोई रिस्पॉन्स नही मिल रहा है फोन नही उठा रहे है

Small organization, don’t have enough workforce or bandwidth to mange the things during crises. So be aware before dealing anything with them!

A very good company. I went there for an interview. In the interview process they taken only a written test and after thet they say we will get back to you.

I did booking for my flight ticket from mystifly agency. Unfortunately i need to cancel and the refund was initiated from Indigo. When i enquired indigo said the refund already issued to mystifly. When i contacted them for refund no body responding. Now i am planning to file a case against them for doing fraud.
INR 11000 they need to refund me.
