MyTravaly

Why do I have to pay travaly to book me an accommodation? I would rather do it with some other service provider without that fee. I either need a refund or an explanation.
Absolutely disappointed. It was never mentioned at checkout that I had to pay to Travaly. The place was also very average.

When I reached the Classic Comforts, JP Nagar, Bengaluru hotel which I booked (paying the amount online) via MyTravaly, I was told by receptionist that they had no knowledge of my booking. I was even told that the contact person provided by MyTravaly didn't exist. They didn't have any MyTravaly app on their systems. Then, I tried calling MyTravaly but it could reach only their voice mail. I thought that I have become a victim of hotel booking scam.

Then after a few calls, the receptionist was finally able to acknowledge my booking after clicking pics of all the e-mail communication which I got from MyTravaly.

Then in afternoon, I get a call from MyTravaly asking for check-in OTP so they could process payment to hotel. However, in the evening, I receive a call from hotel reception, that still 5/6th of the amount is pending and I would have to pay it at reception. Again, I have to show my booking receipts, mail receipts, payment transfer ID etc. Finally, I had to forward these documents to some hotel personnel who later asked for check-in OTP. (NOTE: No OTP was asked at booking, so maybe the receptionist/hotel is not aware of MyTravaly's process).

I was suggested it is always better to book hotels directly as third party apps are delaying payments and consequently such hassles occur.

Now, I would suggest MyTravaly to maintain an effective communication with their client-hotels so that the customers don't suffer due to whatever is happening at their end. And, also provide option for payment at hotel itself if back end processes are still lacking.

I recently booked a hotel through My travaIy, I had an amazing stay and the hotel stuff made sure that my stay was comfortable. Really enjoyed the place.

This guy and the company are fraud companies they loot money from customers and don’t give refund. He runs a fake travel website which has only online presence and loots money from people. The entire company including the ceo hamlet Roy are cheaters.

They have cheated many people without refunding money and even the good reviews are not true.
Observe it they themselves post the reviews on the same day like all of them are posted on same day l.

Booking confirmation not received even after three hours. When I called them, the help desk guys gave me another number contact who have asked me to wait for an hour more. They have finally come back saying the room I booked for is sold out and I need to pay Rs 3500 more for an upgraded room. When I asked them to cancel, they are saying same day cancelation is not available. When the issue is on their end, don’t understand the problem to cancel the reservation.

This guy and the company is a complete fraud. They never refund the cancellation amount and loot money from customers. They run a fake travel website which has only online presence but is not present anywhere on surface. They keep assuring that they will refund but won't refund a penny. It has been three months since I cancelled the booking but I have not received the refund. The entire company including the CEO are cheaters.

They have cheated many people without refunding money and even the good reviews are not true. They post fake reviews and try to justify themselves.

Website pf booking is good but after payment the webpage huangs upa bit. Location is worth going however staff neeeds to be more friendly.

Worst Service.

My room was not booked and I lost the money. They won't pick up the call on their mobile number and never replied to my email.

Worst travel website ever.for some reason I had to cancel the booking and they still did not refund it. Whenever I call them they told they will call back and they never did.

This site is entirely fraudulent, the ratings below 5 stars are fraud and paid reviews it feels, do not fall into this fraud trap, I had booked through Mytravaly but when I arrived at the hotel there was no booking and after 2 hours of fighting and struggling, I got the booking done by myself. There was no response from support because they only work Monday to Friday ONLY from 9 a.m. To 6 p.m. And if you are travelling on weekends then you are going definitely struggle as I did it. The hotel personnel was continually pestering me for payment, and I had to do it personally instead of paying when I booked online. So be very cautious when booking through this website. When I called customer service after my stay, no one is answering. I'm still chasing for payment with their customer care.

Worst service! I just want to give it 0 star. It's a fraud company.
I have booked a hotel room from them and the hotel has not recieved the payment. My stay is also cancelled. Also worst customer care service none of their numbers are in working condition no one is responding to calls totally fake company! Please donot book any hotel rooms from this site. It's a scam. They are going to eat your hard earned money. I am scared how to get refund from these people! No one is there to help none of their numbers are working no one is responding! How to get refund frm u ppl? How to contact u? Fraud people refund my money back!

Worst experience. Deducted money but didn't book the hotel. Refund amount is stuck with them and not responding properly. Worst customer experience. I do not recommend at all.

Great company customer service is very helpful although they took time but they resolved my queries.

The app and the official site of my travaly is fantastic for booking hotel rooms and accommodation purpose. I had already used the app for 3 times and i think the service is fine. Although i have noticed some lag in the app and in the official site. Hope they will fixed it with an update.

This is totally fake app or site they take booking and cancel booking after that not paying refund amount also and saying this hotel booking was cancelled by hotel management.
Pls do not booking from this site.

Finally got refund. Thanks to the customer care guy who resolved the issue within 1 hour.
