Best hospital almost I have health issue regarding gastric when we're I been to hospital in midnight they treated so we'll and also in pharmacy people like Kiran and people are good attitude understand the patient prblms too

It's a good hospital, for most poor ppl giving concessions, in final bill its a kind of helping poor ppl. Very disappointed of this urvashi doctor she is not treating well she will not respond to my question at all, she is gynochologist I went to check my pregnancy test my upt test got negative so that next procedure is to blood test, but she is giving me tablet to get period what the hell later i only said her that in blood we can detect it's negative or positive later on she is telling to do test what rubbish doctor that urvashi, and she won't remember the faces of patient that too i use to go check my regular tyroid.very bad experience

They are more eager to make money than Service, non professional doctors and staff. Without reason They make us to buy lot of medical stuff in their medical shop. They pull the final penny out of ur pocket.

This hospital is helpless. There is no proper treatment given by the doctors. Doctors have no idea how to treat patients. In our relation a lady named "Sonal Samra" she was a pregnant, they could not treat her properly on 19th morning a girl got delivered and evening she expired. Please do not visit this hospital.

Receptionist soundarya is unfit to work there she is unable to transfer the call, very bad experience, she tells lie instead of doing work.

Staffs are very co -operative, hygienic environment, experienced surgeons performing their skills in the critical cases of patients. One Outstanding performances by Ortho Sugeon Dr. Mahesh makes the patient psychologically & physically strong & with positive assuarance.

One of theworst hospitals ever visited. The doctors and staffs here are just cheaters and ideots. They will force you to opt for an operation without any examination or anything. Shame on your degrees you ideot doctors.

Personally never been to a hospital as bad as this.
Some of the doctors and nurses don't know basic manners and are just cheats.

Good service and cheap as well. Getting scans does takes a little longer than expected but other than that, this hospital is really good. The doctors treat the patient well and are very cordial and respectful.

Location: - Location wise it is good easy to notice from the main road of hessarghata - 8th mile road. Located just beside the Janapriya appartment. Went once there for treatment as met with minor accident Got 3 stitches. At the time of removal of stitches they removed only 2 and kept one there only they said we had removed all three after week I was having pain in my foot then while checking that why it is paining more day by day one stitch was there only this was not expected from the staff of NRR hospital. Then for that I had take extra medicine they just know how they can make money. Not thinking about patients health. Very Expensive compared to other nearby hospitals.

Multiple times visited this hospitals for consultation, all doctors have rich experienced in their respective field, very humble, caring and got satisfactory outcome each time visited. This hospital offer cost effective treatment and diagnosis facilities too.

Experienced Doctors team, quality of the care process, hospital staff communicates in well manner, hospital staff is very friendly, whole has good environment, I qant to express my sincere gratitude. My family members are highly impressed at the treatment we have recieved starting from the entrance at reception, the surgical ward and ICU staff.

Receptionist are very reduce and they don't have a patience to listen patients/caller quarries especially afternoon shift employees (female). They just disconnect the call with rude attitude. They don't know how to manage front office and how to treat customer.

I have called to check availability at 8.20Pm and receptionist person response was very rude and she disconnected the call without giving proper information.

Highly recommend not to consult for any treatment in this hospital. It seems like they have established this hospital only to make money by any means possible.
I went to this hospital in casualty ward for the treatment of small wound. Post the treatment was done. They have charged for the following: -

Dr. Rakesh- Orthopedic (Doctor Consultation) - 3000/-
Minor OT- 2000/-
Observation-500/-
And medicine charges for worth Rs2000/- as prescribed.

Total Bill amount- Rs7500/- for just small wound treatment.
As per my understanding and experience for small wound treatment maximum expenses might occur up to Rs1000/-, not more than that.

Expertise - Please comment if I am wrong.

I strongly recommend this hospital for COVID cases, I was very critical when taken here and they were on top of their job to save me and today I owe my 2nd inning to ICU staff (Satish, Sridhar, ICU sister) and doctors (Dr. Raghavendra, Dr. Ramesh) of NRR Hospital.

Facilities: In current situation any hospital with ICU and ventilator is the best hospital and NRR hospital is doing their best to improve the facilities but priority is life saving.

I was taking treatment for obg dept since 2 years treatment and staff care was still good and even the price are at affordable

Very good hospital, they will treat patitients very well. Very friendly staff. At reception as well Ward room. Mr. Shekhar and Mr. Puniti is very much helping nature staff.

Worst Hospital ever. Receptionists are very careless and doesn't even know how to talk to people coming in. Only thing they were taught was "Don't Know". This was the response from them for what ever we ask. No proper maintenance as well. No sanitizers were kept before entering hospital. No temperature checks. Looks like a fish market by the behaviour of receptionists.

Receptionists were not helpful in providing details. We just cannot enter doctor's cabin, we were supposed to be guided by someone, for which no one in the reception were helpful. They were busy with their own personal calls. They could hv guided us to the manager if they have no idea. In fact we just gotta know that there is a manager who guides us for any info in the hospital, after looking at ur response. By the way sanitisers should be kept before entering the premises.and temperature checks should be done before entering the premises. Hope u understand and have this taken care.

It's very sad the staffs are not responding properly, and not clean, I'm not happy with the service.
