Very unprofessional and ignorant about the customers. The sample quality shown in the store and the final results are very different. Printings, final finishing and the overall look is very poor. Very unhappy with the service.

Actually 0 stars for them.very unprofessional and very low business standards.they take full amount in advance and supply material according to their wish.when you ask them they are very rude and later on they will not respond.when you ask them frequently they will not answer your calls and messages.they will not give any refund for short supply and products changed by them.products sold by them are very cheaper in market.

My experience with the shop is excellant. For the first time, I visited Nakoda (King of Cards) shop in 2018 for my first daughter's wedding, on the suggestion of my Bangalore friend. I am very much thankful to him for that. Spent 2 hours in the shop and all the time Mr Rajasekar, the shop owner, with a smiling face, helped in selecting the card.
This time for my second daughter's wedding, straight away rang up to him and fixed the date for visit. Compared to Salem / Trichy, the shop has a good collection of cards and the price is very reasonable. You will be captivated. For printing also, he helped. I returned to Salem and he took care to follow it up with the printer and courier the cards. Also when I requested for cloth bags additionally to be bought and sent with the cards, he readily oblidged. Continuously he updated me about the work. I can say that it is the best customer service I ever received. Thank you so much.

One of the worst place to shop.highly unprofessional and rude.
I went there for card they gave wrong paper with wrong alignment. After complaint they asked to sent cards in which customer paid the extra cost of transportation. Which was a mistake of a card shop and later they have send back the cards again cost paid by customer without any corrections and replacement done. I was highly upset and would not recommend to shop from them ever. Thank you
