Went into see a resale property. Building material doesn’t look good. Very few amenities and moreover looks like a college hostel. Only pro is that the location is good

One of the good things about the apt is location. It having 2 exits, u can either go from hagadur road or the main road. Schools, hospitals, bustops, banks are very nearby. Cons: quality of some material used is little okish

I have purchase a flat here after all legalities, received OC, amenities and maintenance is good, builders helped me with right information related to financial negotiation and construction works.

Can any owner of flat in this apartment tell is there any problem in Purchasing flat as there is some litication board in front of apartment

Sales team not interested to talk to customer. They don't give response. One of the worst sales team.

Can the exisiting buyers confirm, if you have received OC for your flat, i am considering to purchase a flat in this Apartment

One horrible experience i had booking a flat over here, which i cannot explain in words. Unethical staff which just seeks to steal money from the customers. I registered for a flat which on paper looked and felt amazing, the interiors, space and everything. I paid a considerable advance and booked the flat. But after the completion, i went to see the flat. I was shocked to see it in the most ugliest looks. Just not what the papers had in print. I feel cheated and i deeply suggest everyone not to look forward in setting up a future in this complex. #cheated.

I saw this project from outside, from backgate. Not a buyer. It is illegal project as it cannot get 'Occupational Certificate". They have not given enough space for fire engine to go around the project.
Without that, you cannot get OC. You will have apartment, but without all clear legal papers.

It's been an year I am waiting for my dream home. It is so sad that now when I look at the work that has been done, Nothing is done as specified by us. When I questioned the builders on why things are not carried out the way I specified, they were very rude and mentioned they are not intending to change anything which is been worked out now. Horrible workmanship. Highly recommend not to opt any flats from these builders. It's painful for anyone to watch their dream home being built exact opposite as what is been mentioned in the requirements. Totally disappointed.

Never believe a word they say. Booked a flat by paying 25% amount in advance and it was totally different than the promised one. When I asked them about it they starting giving me some stupid reasons.
Staff was very rude and not at all helpful. They don’t know how to talk to customers.
Wasted loads of money on this. Horrendous experience.
Stay away from them.

This project is by nakshatra nestilo having excellent track records of Service provider and construction in Banglore. This apartment is situated in a very good location near whitefield forum mall and coming Metro Station is at walkable distance.

Disappointing service. Promises not delivered. Rude replies upon requesting some modifications in the plan. Not trustworthy. Not worth for money. Regret my decision.

Have booked 2bhk here, satisfied with the project and seeing the progress of the construction work confident that they are going to finish it on time.

Nakshatra Nestilo is a very nearly built project with maintaining high standards in the quality. The builders make sure to provide all the amenities as promised. Documentation is also transparent.

I have bought the 2 BHK apartment (Block B - Flat No: 101) in Nakshatra Nestilo at the starting phase of the project. Firstly I was excited with the apartment location and the amenities they provide for us in very reasonable price. It is located very near to IT Hub and just a mins of walk to Forum Mall and lot other amenities. They have explained me in detail about the project and documents provided by them are 100% legally authenticated unlike several others I found online. They will be able to complete the project by Dec-2019 and the construction is going in faster way. They are committed to meet deadlines as informed on the booking date.

I have bought a Flat in Block B (118) handled by Signifa. The B block entrance is walkable form the Whitefield main road, say 150m. I have verified the legal docs through a 3rd party before I purchased and I found it to be legit. However, my bank verified it again and it was all positive and gave me a go ahead. Expecting to have a handover in Nov or Dec 2019. Decent quality construction say SOMANY tiles, Jaquar Fittings etc. Better than a mid level builder. My friends have bought here too.

I have purchased a 2BHK flat here after legally verifying the documents, builders will provide the best options according to our budget and requirement. I have visited the property during construction phase which is coming up good.

I have bought a 2BHK flat in the B-block (217) at very initial phase. All the documents provided by Signifa developers are very transparent and have done the legal verification and also Home Loan was approved by SBI Bank. Compared to other builders I felt personally Signifa is doing very Good Quality work. I bought this flat after looking their work at Panatur Signifa Springs. They show a lot of patience in handling my queries and providing Suggestions in a valid way and project will be completed before Dec 2019. Accessible for all Schools, Hospitals and IT hubs. Connectivity is very Good for this place. Overall I would say Nakshatra Nestilo is a Very Good and quite place to buy a flat.

This year starting I bought a flat in Nakshatra Nestilo Flat No. B305 after doing a tideous search in Whitefield area. They were very helpful in explaining you the property details and amenities and transparent in documentation. I took legal help in verifying their documents and came out to be clear. They were very supportive in that too.

Good property and amazing facilities, All the documentation is done perfectly. Premium residential place for economy class, Looking forward to step in.

I have purchased a flat here (B322). The apartment work had already started when i purchased it. Satisfied with the rate and quality of construction. The builders have been quite transparent about the OC, water supply etc. I have been visiting the site almost every week) and i have really satisfied with the quality of the work.
The location is premium and for the price they are offering this apartment is a steal. I would say go for it!

Till now we are satisfied with builder, and they promised to handed over year end. We expect the same

1. There are 2 builders involved. Spad Classic & Signifa Developers.
Built and marketed by Signifa & transactions will be done with Spad Classic as first party though never came across anyone from Spad Calssic.
2. Carpet Area is very less. Only 64% of super built-up area. Which mean you get a very small house by paying for a larger house.
