Review: Management is too concerned about you using their parking slot with a doubt whether or not you would purchase from them. It spoils your mood when entering into their store and you end up not buying anything from them

Nice collection of suits and saris. Customer service is also good. Ms Shravani showed all the stuff very patiently.

Nalli is a well known brand in Chennai for shopping silk sarees and dhotis, my experience of Nalli, Marathahalli branch was just amazing and easy during the pandemic as we need to shop for a function. I did video shopping and Mr. Manikantan helped us to select sarees and dhotis. His service was extremely extraordinary and commendable. They arranged even to ship few stuffs from Chennai when they ran out of stock here. Special thanks to Mr. Rajaram for coordinating with the chennai branch. Recently went to purchase a kanchipuram saree. The lady at sales was very patient. Tried to show me the desired colours at my budget. Finally got my desired saree. The store maintains covid protocol. Hope to shop more from this store.

The staff was cooperative and i had best experience

The shop is huge with multiple floors and have a dedicated parking. They are taking safety precautions by checking the temperature at the entrance and sanitizing the hands.

Now coming to collection, they have different varieties in silk sarees ranging from Kanjivaram, Coimbatore to Bangalore silk. They didn't have any offers and it was a fixed price. But prices were reasonable when I compared it with other shops.

Good amount of variety and selection. Fixed prices and helpful staff but not eager to get business. They will do what you ask but not suggest or give any insights. Good shop if you know what you want but better not go if you are new in shopping sarees.

GOOD COLLECTION AND salesman showed sarees we desired.came to this shop after visiting Kalamandir, where we found sales person attitude made us to leave shop, come to Nalli. Here found good collection, pricing also good, and able to get good scrutiny of the saree collection. Only problem is that Credit Card Swiping machine.my card is debited twice. But Bank reversed the transaction within 2 hours.

Great selection and quite helpful sales people. Since it's a busy road, they have designated car parking which is a blessing.

Very poor car parking with such high slope in basement the car bumper will scrape.while the security guard will say it’s normal for the bumper to scrape. Do not bring your car here.

The employes specially the manager here was very unprofessional and rude.the sarees are overpriced a lot.not worth visiting.i didnt fins my stuff here so i went to the next shop and the manager started misbehaving because of parking.

Good show. Good quality silks, variety in Nalli Chennai Ponfy Bazar is good. Comparitively this is smaller store.

I was surprised when I saw typical maharashtrian saree collection here. This is best shop for saree in Bengaluru

No trendy silk saree collection. They have very very old collection. This store doesn't have enough collections like tamilnadu stores where they have good collections.

Bad experience with the security guy. As we didn't buy anything from that store, when we came out of the store, security guy immediately showed his face to me and asked us to move our two wheeler out of the parking place though their parking place is empty at 10: 45 AM.

Good for silk sarees. You can explore sarees in all price ranges. However, cant expect as many varieties as you would find in Chennai branches.

You spend money, they behave well. You want to get anything less than 3k, they end up forgetting your existence.

Seems to have amazing collection. But pathetic service. Once we select a saree, they seems extremely reluctant to show any more sarees. We ended buying only one. Will think twice before I go there again.

You don't need to wait for a discount period or specific timing to get here to get your own styled Sari and Kurtas. They offer 30 days exchange policy which valid throughout their stores across India.

I was amazed by the customer service from the staff of this store, they were so patient and so nice to me. There was a young guy, unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he even patiently helped me taking my pics as I was trying out different sarees. Though the collection is not as great as their stores in Chennai but I picked up a lot of silk sarees for me and my family as I was in a business trip in Bangalore. My mother got my wedding sarees from Nalli and trust them when it comes to silk sarees.

Very small in size. Crowded and lesser staff to attend to customer. Staffs are really helping. Collection is not that great in lower price range. Luckily I got a saree with the color I preferred. I didn't search for more as there is no hope to find better. Parking is a nightmare here.

Sari's, dress materials, are available here.but salesman are not up to the mark. I feel this shop costly.

Friendly staff, slightly less collection. But has good choices. Bought two sarees. Silk and cotton silk. No discount. Hopefully quality of sarees will be good. Almost no separate parking except on service road.
