Quality dishes served at an affordable price. The ghee roast chicken and neerdosa is a must try combination! Many more dishes to try out. One of the best Mangalore style restaurants in Bangalore. They have great seafood options as well.
The ambience was good. The food was really good. I had ordered the eri tava fry and silver biddy tava fry. The fish was fresh and taste was really good. The price was reasonable. Will recommend the place for anyone wanting to try mangalorean cuisine. You would have a hard time finding parking spot for your car.
If you ever want to try authentic mangalorean food, then go to Namma Kudla. Neer dosa is the best, always Fish would be fresh, unlike other mangalore restaurants. No doubt about the quality of the food. I have visited more than 5 times, must visit.
My friend brought me here & I must say the sea food here is a must try if you're near JP Nagar. This is situated very near to CCD.
Coming to the food, we ordered shell fish sukka (clams sukka) for sides, fish meals, neer dosa & mushroom ghee roast. The clams sukka as sides were delicious! The fish curry meals along with sides were excellent. The mushroom ghee roast was a surprise as it was simply delectable and was a great combo with the neer dosa. We ended the meal with the kokum juice which was refreshing.
Food is good, Sea food is little expensive comparatively, for those people who love mangalore style fish curry and dishes this is a nice place to visit once, ambiance is not so great, you should only visit for food quality, cleanliness is upto the mark.no complain on this.
Service is very prompt and fast, on weekdays but weekend this is always busy, once has to wait at-least 10-20 min to get place to sit in AC hall.
Best Mangalorian restaurant by far. It has a good authentic taste. I just loved it. I had taken Meenda Vanas (Fish Curry Rice), Kori Ajadina (Chicken Sukka), Marwai Pundi (Curry of Clam with pundi). It was really good. Just take a moment to taste the delicacies. There are a variety of options in the menu which you would love as a Mangalorian. The staff is super friendly and would greet you in Tulu. Feels like a homely environment. The place is clean and the place is small. Parking is a bit difficult for four wheelers. You can manage with two wheelers.
Prawn ghee roast with neer dosa was awesome. Fish tawa fry and crab sukka was too good! Also tried chicken biryani with chicken maruvayi to complete the meal. Staff was very friendly and compact space with 6 to 8 tables
Quality 5/5, taste - 1/5, ordered fish thali and one piece anjal rava fry.thali came with half bangda curry, 2 neer dose, one veg palya, rasam, butter milk small bowl, taste less dry prawn chutney, 3 piece silver rava fry, and one bowl boiled rice. Fish quality of anjal and meals was very good but food was not so tasty compared to other fish restaurant in the locality. The price was high considering ambience, service and taste. (Anjal rava fry costed 350 rs per piece). I would bet on nearby white horse, karavali fish magic for better manglorean sea food.
A nice hole in the wall with decent taste and price for overall menu. The fish Rawa fry wasn't a great piece selection as you'd expect. But the thali is a good everyday choice.
