Its good hospital compare to other in Basaveshwarnagar. However, there are some improvement needed. 1) cost is high. 2) Nursing & patient assistance is good. But I could see there is no proper handover from one staff to other and response time could be improved for the best experience. 3) Parking problem, need the reserved hospital parking for in-patients.
Arrogant & inexperienced nurses & medical assistants. Just because the preferred doctors give the treatment you may have to admit the patients. Most of the nurses are really worst in discharging their duties. You may perhaps prefer this hospital for outpatient treatment when you get a preferred doctor.
Parking is slightly away from the hospital. Security guards will be just waiting for tips without extending any help. It resembles a Govt.hospital with slightly better rooms and preferred doctors.
Most of the private rooms have non-working airconditioners and TVs.but you will be charged heavily with least facilities. No proper curtains for the patient rooms.
Hope this true review helps the patient families. Hope hospital management initiate appropriate steps to improve the services and maintain a better environment.
Very pathetic service I would not recommend anyone for this hospital the management is very negligible I got admitted for hand surgery the discharge process should have started at 9am as said by doctor but then the reception desk and insurance TPA people are so negligible and ignorant they don't bother to respond to customers politely they raised bill at 6pm stating internet is down which seems very silly for such a big hospital. People who wants cashless hospitalization should never visit this place.
Terrible, horrible, awful, dreadful. Least experienced doctors and worst management, they want money even if the patient is on emergency situation they’ll start treatment only after payment, they don’t have any patience to listen patients concerns. If you have enough money go here, for printing 4 sheets of duplicate discharge summary they chage 600 rs (its just a printout), now imagine other changes, nurse are full of attitude and you should beg them for any information.
Very worst money minded entry fee 700 (consulting) we have to buy syringe, medition, needle, etc. And after that we have pay to the compounder for giving injection also so if u breath inside the hospital u hv to pay beware before u visit to that hospital

I had brought my son Atharva on 28th Aug with heavy Cough. The team took extreme care of my son and kept a tab of his vitals regularly and the Doctors were also making regular visits. Overall the Medical Assistance was extremely good.

Worst experience! No parking facility at all. Few securities act like they own the place. Doctors response is nil. No particular timings for doctors even for ip patients!

We are asking detailed bill for claiming insurance of Rs 1.2 Lakhs but hospital is not responding for the same since last 4 months. We are middle class family and in need of money to pay fees of my daughter. Because of their negligence We are not able to claim Rs 1.2 Lacs. Suggesting to have covid antigen test to be tested from your end, hospital charges 800 rs and doesn't not cover in insurance and management bill printed has lab charges without reports.

Nursing: 1/5. Worst, no knowledge and not able to write down the tablets names when doctor suggested, they wouldn't take care properly patients.

In all, the medical service we received at this hospital was very satisfying. The wards are decently clean and hygiene. The doctor who diagnosed one of my family members, was very efficient and helpful. They briefed us on the necessary medication procedure and the billing was quite reasonable and satisfying. A big thank you once again to all the hospital staff and doctors.

Money sucking Hospital, never ever go to this Hospital. For C-Section and Tubectomy they have charged anesthesia and OT charges separate. One for Insurance and one for patient side for Tubectomy as its not covered by Insurance and patient has to pay separate. Is Anesthesia given twice for C-section and Tubectomy anywhere? Similarly OT charges.
Also they keep sending you to get medical supplies, if you don't know what you are getting, you may be getting the same supplies again and again. And when you ask they say sorry I forgot to mark which is already brought.
My sister was recently admitted to Nandana health care services. This actually happened when the pandemic disease COVID-19 were all hospitals weren't ready to admit her due to increased body temperature but she was in a very critical situation. She was 1st treated in Fortis then forwarded to Ramaiah then Columbasia which denied her admission. Finally, she was taken to ICU in Nandana health care service (kade) but here I have not seen single pp kit so you can think abt the measure taken by management against Covid19. Hoping to get good hospitality here I'll definitely write one more review after the treatment is done about the billing, insurance, staff assistance, doctors interaction etc. It's a keen request to all the hospital management to pls not use this as an opportunity to loot patients. But help them with utmost care this is the time to be with patients and not make only money. Thank you hope it makes sense. It would be great if all staff follow necessary measures to prevent covid19 like other Multispeciality hospitals with thermal scanning separate COVID19 test area outside the hospital, with proper pp kit to all the staff inside and outside the hospital. Big hospital with lack of basic facilities. Old aged ppl n pregnant ladies have to go for scanning in 1 floor but to use rest room they have to go to ground floor corner. Lift doesn't work. Rest room in few floors r meant only for hospital staff not patients. Crowded road, can't park ur cars n wait for patients to get in the car.

Worst ever hospital. Patients in the ICU are treated with no respect. Doctors lie about the actual situation of the patient. Wrong diagnosis. Very money minded. Never ever step into this hospital.
Had to unfortunately visit this hospital again. They do not even have a basic commode stool or something to increase the height of the commode for old people who cannot sit down so low on the commode!
Worst timings! Doctors don't come on time. Inspite of taking appointment, they make us wait for half an hour and more. Doesn't look professional. In this technology. Waiting for half an hours is really horrible.

Very affordable hospital. They do not charge you extra. There was one instance when they repeated an x-ray thrice cos of a irresponsible lab tech. Please fix your lab techs. Another improvement area is that cafeteria needs to be connected via elevator. Overall, a positive experience

Hi dear friends, this hospital is worst, no clean, food is not good, sisters are very rood, I had a bad experience in this hospital, initially doctor talks politely but they charge more money.
Food quality is below average. 5th floor food court cashier denied to heat home made food for patients. She acted as if she was paying ebill from her pocket and people are served free of cost. Kitchen at 5th floor is not clean. Cockroaches are roaming everywhere in the kitchen area and around the oven. Other facilities and staff are good, better arrange your own food here.
Such a irresponsible hospitality. I had bruises and cake here for a first aid and check up and they completely messed up and covered the wound tightly and next day i had a severe swelling in my hands and came again to show it and then a duty doctor says who did it and cover up everything and start to clean and dress it up next day i took an appointment in the afternoon with a physician and was waiting waiting and then after the doctor was about to leave a man from the reception rush to the doctor and say im waiting and he denied it bcz he had other appointments such a worst staff and irresponsible people all around the hospital.

Excellent service.right from the front desk till back to the home, had a very great experience. All are highly qualified with good communication skills who guided us at every step. Further insurance coordinators were of great help who cleared all our hurdles and helped us to undergo cashless facility without any struggle. Initial approvals are being taken at the insurance desk prior to admission by receiving documents through online only without troubling the patients/patients attenders. Teritiary care along with care in ICU & NICU are remarkable. Last but not the least panel of Doctors in all the fields are too good to be approached. I personally recommend this hospital to all the needy people and request them to avail all the facilities available.available.
