Nandhana Palace - Andhra Style - Sahakanagar

I had booked the party hall of Nandhana Palace, Sahakarnagar on the occasion of subhaswekaran day of my mother. It was a fantastic experience right from the booking till the function was over. Food was delicious. Every guest of mine had impressed with the quality of food and the service by the staff. I would like to thank Prashanth, Manager and Madhu catering incharge on the function day for their excellent service.

I ordered hot water l finished the lunch after also I don't get my hot water. Service is not good

We had Andhra veg meals here which is nice. And a high level service by chennayya nagesh is appreciated.

Good one, wide variety of Andhra Cuisines.mutton leg soup and Coconut pudding are must try items.

We had a birthday party arranged here. The service, food and catering all was very good. Neatly maintained and thorough arrangements. Thanks to Managed Prashanth for very good coordination. Also Ranganath took care of the food arrangements very nicely and was arranged perfectly.

I have order Nellore mutton biriyani and veg biryani and it was good. Service by chennaiah is very good.

Really good place for dine in. Staffs are very friendly and good service. Only thing is they have less starter and desert options. But whatever they serve, they are good in that.

Food is good for sitting alone for eating it is not so comfortable because of service guy. He is not in eye contact and single/2 seats are behind blinds.

Ok. Andhra meals was finished by 8.40pm on Sunday. Moderate busy. Biryani was very lame few other dry chicken dishes were very nice. Few dishes had average taste, for the price it could have been bit better.
Do I visit again- No.
Do I recommend- may or may be not.

It's our favorite Andhra food hub! Nandhana palace Sahakara Nagar We love Briyani's and chicken lolypop end always they serve steam rice with rasam to close today's it's children day specials they given gift plus balloons. Good quality food hygiene place fully vaccinated staff service was excellent it's recommended to all its was busy but service staff was very fast!

Nice ambience for sure. We had regular Andhra full meals. The taste is good.service is very good. During weekends it might be a wait till you get ur seat. They have takeaway offering too. Washrooms are maintained neat. Parking might be a challenge. The roads are narrow.

The food was standard, and the soups were fantastic. Ghee roast chicken wasn't worth the buck as had hardly 4 pieces and most of them were bones. Taste wasnt great of this dish.

Very bad response from sahakarnagar Nandana palace. I should give negative ratings. I ordered food, they took more than 1 and half an hour to prepare food.even they won't respond for our call. Please customers, beaware of this kind of restaurants

It was a great experience dinning Nandhana Place the ambience is good and the staff siva Prasad was taking care of us so good with a smile on his face at all times and he was excellent cheers

The worse experience, no taste, high price.we just ordered three biryani the price was like 1400, it's better to have street biryani instead of nandana palace.personally I can rate out of 10 is 0.5.

Had the chicken biryani and the chicken kshatriya. Both were tasty and well-cooked. The quantity was great too. Ambience was decent.

Best spot to have a fulfilling south indian lunch ️ loved every bit of the meals. We ordered pepper chicken soup that was so comforting and delicious. We also tried the special chicken fry, it was fantastic.
The pappu and the gongura chutney are finger licking good.

Food was great.had nellore biriyani and veg meals.it was too good. Food service was verry fast! Got the order within exactly 2 mins.it is very great compared to other resteraunts who take an hour to serve the food.

THE WORST FOOD I EVER TASTED. WE GO DELIVERY HOME. WE ORDERED PRAWN CHICKEN FISH STARTER AND IT WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE. IT WAS LIKE THEY GAVE THE LEFTOVERS OF THE WEEKEND.

JUST TO MAKE MONEY DONT PLAY WITH PEOPLES HEALTH.

If you want to enjoy the Authentic Andhra Meals, Guntur Chicken, Guntur Cola. This is the place you must visit. Car parking will be an issue during pick hour.

I feel the quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Definitely not the same Nandana palace which I had tasted earlier. Choos your options wisely.

Heard a lot about this place hence decided to give it a shot. Tried their veg meal which comes in spill proof packaging. Really impressed by the timely service. The meal is enough for 4 people specially rice qty;happy with the portions they send. The food was perfect with typical andhra flavours and was still hot when it was delivered via zomato. The meals contains white rice; sambar; palak pappu; rasam; podi; ghee; curd ; pickle and sago payasam. If you reside around sahkarnagar branch do give it a try i am sure you won't be disappointed.

Pathetic experience.
I always used to love them for the taste.
But very unfortunately I had a worst experience last week.
Me and my family went to Nandana Palace at around 3 pm in the afternoon, we ordered for 3 non vegetarian meal and one South Indian meal along with tamato soup.
The hotel was not at all crowded and it was almost empty.
Even when the hotel was not crowded they made us to wait for a long time to serve the soup but we were completely patient.
Once when the soup was served I asked the server to get me extra bread but he didn't serve it. I asked me again and again but he didn't serve it. I felt quite bad and demanded the person in the cash counter so he went inside and served me the bread prices after 15 mins by that time I had finished the soup.
They made us sit for more than 30 mins in front of the empty leaf to serve the meal.

They started serving the non veg meal first,
Very unfortunately it was so pathetic nothing was served freshly and I complained to the server immediately so he said sir the steam is not functioning and the kitchen is closed because it is a break time. I scolded him immediately for not informing before and also I felt devastated because after waiting patiently for more than 45 mins they didn't serve us the hot fresh food.
They served me the veg meal when my family members were about to finish their non veg meal.
I kept on demanding them to serve the veg meal which they failed to do.

I got to know through them that the food was prepared earlier and since it was after 3pm they didn't had an option serve us the fresh and hot food.

Since I felt really bad the servers apologized me and they didn't charge me for the veg meal because they served me the meal after an hour.
This is seriously ruthless and felt really bad about Nandhana for the first time.

Dear team of Nanadan please train your servers to interact properly with your customers.
No customer should be treated in this manner.

Such a careless and worst service ever!

They are not worthless restaurant. Please check your bill before you pay. They charge higher than MRP on Aquafina water bottles. The MRP is ₹20/- but in their bill they charge ₹30/- plus GST on above this. I have complained but the response was cold. I’m going to file a case against with in consumer court for cheating the public.

The worst place to eat any Andhra style dish here. Supreme chicken biriyani comes with coated chicken smeared with red chilli paste and cinnamon powder over powered, the rice is of the regular biriyani. The Hyderabad chicken biriyani tastes just ok and served peanut and coconut chutney n no gravy. The pepper chicken is also coated which is completely unnecessary. Only the raitha was good here. Would have given minus 2 but no options. When asked the manager he was just ignorant to answer any question.

Not sure due to very late night visit, the taste of the food which is not as per the regular taste standard. Definitely need to appreciate the team even closing time around 11pm they have accepted all the order and has been delivered swiftly without any hesitation made all varieties that was impressive. Let's us hope next visit will provide sufficient time for preparation and feel the taste of food.

The food was decent here, the surprising thing was they didn't have hyderabadi biryani on a Saturday night at 9 pm. We had to settle for other options. And the sweet and salt lime soda was extremely sweet. The roti and planner was tasty though

Worst experience, Served half cooked Tandoori chicken (charged 530), Ordered for half liter Pepsi and they served 3 glass of Pepsi which cost Rupees 50 each (Half liter Pepsi cost 40 Rs), Here chicken biriyani tastes like white rice sambar.

A good place for mouth watering Andhra food. Price is a bit on the higher side though. They have valet parking facility.

Liked it in the first visit but during second visit it it was not a good experience service wise. When called in to enquire was informed meals are available and after reached it was denied. Way (1.5hrs) before closing time. Can understand circumstances but then the service was horrible. Ordered veg curry, roti and rice. Rice was served forcefully in the plate while we were still eating roti. Guess the red shirt guy wanted to kick us of asap + There was a network issue with the swipe machine. We were charged twice and informed one of the transaction will refunded in 24hrs and sent off.

Pathetic, cheap and terrible. Sahakar nagar outlet is the worst outlet of nandhana palace. Asked veg manchow soup they got hot and sour soup and when said we ordered manchow they gave noodles to hot and sour soup. Their chicken dishes especially the chicken kshatriya is pathetic. The waiters don't serve all the dishes to everyone on table. Overall it was a pathetic place to visit.

The service was good when we went for the 1st time. 2nd time did not enjoy the service that much. The food was not bad. Few items were good few were not.

Chicken tandoori was below average, improperly cooked. They charged 50 rupees for a glass of coke (mostly 150ml). Seriously not happy

There are 2 types of meals:
1.full meals: this had all the curry and sambar varieties, pappu (dal), papas, rice (topped with ghee), curd, butter milk, jamoon, paladya (a curry made of butter milk), chapati.
2.mini meals: included all of the above, only difference is that chapati isn't included and rice is not unlimited.
The taste of paladya and pappu were extremely good. The smell of ghee on the hot rice took the taste to the next level. Jamoon and papas also tasted good. Did not like the taste of cabbage and carrot fry so much.
Ambience is also quite good and the staff and service also looked quite warm and welcoming.
