I've serviced my car 3 times here. And 2 of those times it was ok. I prefered the kudlu gate branch. Although right after my last visit 2 weeks ago. My car died on the highway because of an alternator issue which was never a problem before sending it to service.

These people fleece you. They charge more than Rs 20,000 for every regular service based on some reason or the other. The customer feedback they take is completely unethical. They force you to give 9 or 10 rating and if you have a issue, they never record your feedback.

Always take 2 to 3 days for car service. Bad communication, fail to tell all issues with car one go, have to go personally check car otherwise they will handover half done job.

My etios car will be serviced here regularly from 9 Years. The service quality is good. Parts replaced if any is genuine parts. Need to wait 1 day to get replacement parts from Toyota factory. Manifold-Muffler cleaning and emission control system cleaning will be done here. After cleaning, felt vehicle is smooth. Service cost is bit high for certain part replacement.

Female staffs in the entrance who assigns the representative for our vehicle should be trained how to welcome or treat the customers.their behaviours are worse apart rest everything is excelent.
