I was advised physiotherapy for 3 weeks by Dr Mohan. I must say i got very good care and service from the physiotherapist Ms Subhasmita. She is a very patient and caring person and makes the patients very comfortable as she is compassionate. Her techniques are very effective in pain management. Thank you Madam Subhasmita.

We have been visiting the Nano hospital Physiotherapy department for IDD therapy for Sciatica pain of my wife. The physiotherapist Subhasmita was extremely good, knowledgable and provided very good therapy and helped with training exercises and advices. I highly recommend the physiotherapy department of Nano hospital.

One of the worst hospital this hospital is looting money from the people's my own experience sharing here one of our hk staff lady fell down her toe got injured went to close by hospital did scanning come to know there is a crack needs to do k wiring referred nano hospital went to hospital for k wiring in the basement doctor explained and administrative staff told 30k plus medicine charges we said no that much of money becz they are poor we planned to get back while coming out one satff came to us and asking how much you will spent will get it done after bargaining he said 18k for final we asked to do for 10k they said no we will not do.we paid 200 for out patient charges came out this is how they are making business. Yesterday morning we went to the Govt victory hospital and did it for 3k. Please don't refer to this hospital.

Absolutely dumb and unprofessional staff, I had an appointment scheduled for 5: 45 and 5: 30 they call me up saying doctor will leave in 5 if you dont show up when the time was 5: 45. This happened four times with this same clinic

Dr Niranjan sir and nursing staff very cordial and cooperative, Mr Krishna and Loki and I am v much satisfied by their humble service.

The physiotherapist dr Parag is very friendly and nice treatment given here, they r using very modern technology for the pain relief, recommend this place

My mother got hospitalized in this hospital for 1 day, hospital is clean, support staff, doctor is very good, there is separate team which takes care of cashless insurance claim, overall it was good experience

Not wearing mask inside the Hospital on Pandemic situation and the staff's are rude and they fight and staff even don't know how to treat patients and they charges extra money in billing reception.

Though appointment with Doctor is having some Timing issue, but staffs arev very supportive here. Resonable rate with good and experienced doctors.

My dad was admitted here for hip surgery. We had good experience here. Firstly the doctors are very good. Many thanks to Dr Pavan, the surgery was perfectly done. After surgery he was shifted to ICU, the staff at ICU took very good care of my father. They made him feel comfortable, timely administration of medicine, timely updates to family members and attendees. After he was shifted to ward, the nurses took very good care of him. They all were patient and addressed all my father's needs in timely manner.

Covid test and normal OPD blood collection everything is done at same place on same chair. Also they don't have test labs not even basic blood test

Good hospital in the locality.

Pros:
1. Dr. Purnima who treated my father was very genuine and approachable and would answer all my questions and doubts over the phone as my father was in the isolation ward and I had no access to him.
2. Mahima ma'am from the office/admin staff was very helpful when it came to insurance claim papers. She went out of her way and sent us the necessary documents by courier.
3. Mr. Anand who is the supervisor was also very helpful in getting us the bed during the peak COVID situation when there was total shortage of beds in Bengaluru.

Cons:
1. Overall very expensive. ₹63000/- was the bill amount after just 2 days of admission in the COIVD ward.
2. An ambulance call for 1.5 kms was charged ₹1000/- in the name of PPE kit. However, when the ambulance arrived, the driver had no PPE kit put on.
2. Support staff, ambulance drivers are untrained. Even during COVID times, there are hardly any safety standards maintained.

Excellent physiotherapy services! The Physiotherapist Ms. Subhasmita is very experienced and supports with the right kind of exercises for the problem. Strongly recommend this place!

Had a very bad experience in nano hospital as doctors didn't diagnosed the particular problem my daughter was suffering from. And prescribed many tests which was not at all necessary and was not at all cured but we returned as same as we entered.

NANO (TR) Hospital is one of the best hospital. Me and my husband were admitted for Covid in May 2021. Very good hospitality, Management, best Nurses, Best Doctors, best helping staff with lots of hygiene and cleanliness. All Nurses, were giving IVs with lots of skills so that patient do not realise the pain. I specially thank to Dr Suresh, who had treated us the best, cured us fast. He used to call at home, to Inform patient's condition. This is really appreciated. Many thanks Dr Suresh.
I also take this opportunity to thank, Nurse Rosina Chacko who was administered medicines to me. She is very quick, perfect with maintaining accuracy while administering the injections. I thank Nurse Anita and entire nursing staff. I thank Duty Doctors Sudha, Wakil, all duty doctors. I also thank Akhil and Dinesh from Admin who were helping us continuously during, pre and post hospitalizations. Finally I thank all the helping cleaning staff who used to clean our rooms and give us food/Tea.

I will give 5 star rating for nano hospital, a good hospital in this area, they have maintained a very good and attentive staff, and I specially want to mention one staff name Mr.kRISHNA he is very kind, attentive and experience of his own kind. Due to emergency I have visited nano hospital and I was in tension that what will happen at that time krishna came to me and made me fell comfortable, later doctors attended and treated me well, thanks nano, they are doing really good in these tough situation.

Well behaved & trained staff. Dr Varun was too cooperative and explained clearly about the surgery, problem through out the diagnosis.

Insurance & billing is WORST. IT'S BEEN 5 MONTHS & NO IDEA STILL YET HOW LONG, THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO SEND OR FOLLOW UP WITH SIMPLE QUERIED DOC'S. EOD THEY'VE GOT THEIR BILLS PAID.

I WON'T RECOMMEND THE HOSPITAL AT ALL.

My mom got treated in the month of Feb and it's been tough time at the time of Covid to chase the Admin/insurance dept and yet going ON. EOD hospital bills been paid, so what's the point. It's been close 6 months and no update yet. Not RECOMMENDABLE

Such a worst experience ever. I visited the hospital with my brother for his consultation. They gave us 8pm appointment. When we came here people started going ahead giving many reasons. I mean there is no token system nothing. They said we are 4th. Me and my brother went and stand next to the door. Then suddenly they are saying you are last we have other appointments. It was already 9.30 pm. When I asked the receptionist (Name - Basvant) he was so rude. He was like if you want you wait or else go. At this pandemic situation I don’t understand y is this hospital management doesn’t have proper staffing and system. Shame!

Very good service and facilities at Nano hospital, very professional doctors and staff, always ready to help the OPD and IPD doctors attend the patient immediately when needed. Very good infrastructure and other services.

Bad Experience. Asked about complaint center from receptionist, she said there is no such thing.
So, I don't have any other place instead of pinning it down here.

I went there for covid RT-PCR testing on 6th July around 10: 50 am due to flight requirement (not any symptoms)

Below are my points, please go through all, before making any judgment:

1. Lab attendant or the person who was about to take sample was not wearing mask, kept us waited for around 15 mins, though he was not doing any work, instead of talking on phone and talking to one friend who just came there. This is what I observed.
2. Then, I told him to wear mask please as I can get infected, and do it fast if possible.
3. Now comes his turn, where he tried to take revenge of above things though I didn't said any thing wrong.
4. At the time of taking nose sample, he told me to put mask on mouth first in low tone, which I didn't understand clearly at that moment because I never did this so in my previous testing i.e. In nano hospital (past) as well as multiple times in my society when sample was collected.
5. So, he pulled my mask from neck with his hand put it on my mouth, instead of clarifying it with patience, this I feel insulted.
6.and again at the time of taking sample, he did it bit harder than usual both in nose and mouth.and again how I know it if he did it harder, because I did this test multiple times in past in nano hospital as well as in my society. So yes, he tried to took revenge instead of simply doing his work.

P. S - I've no intention to damage hospital rating, will happily change the rating if my concern is addressed or any action taken is conveyed to me as no complaint center is there inside.
And Yes, I did this RT-PCR testing multiple times in past, so I know he did it intentionally.

Also, attaching my bill in case someone will respond that it's fake review.

The nano hospital is one of the best hospital for treating covid patient.my brother is admitted in the hospital. The Dr.purnima will be very responsible and caring towards the patient.she informed the patient details reguraly.very very thanks to Dr.purnima madam.

Nano hospital is the best hospital.
The protocol in handling the patients is very good and appreciable.

Visited a few times. Less than professional services but charges like corporate hospital. Front desk staff at reception and at lab service desk attendent keep them selves for billing and don't bother about guiding you. Had to wait until they finish their chat before they acknowledge my presence there for my appointment. Paramedic staff appears to have an air of disdain, or they are overworked and unhappy. Consultation with Doctor was satisfactory.

Good hospital in the locality. A very experienced one. Felt happy cuz my granny was admitted in this particular hospital due to covid n shes very fine now. Would like to thank DR. PURNIMA K and DR. SURESH C H for treating my grandma so well. Happy all over!

They way they handle the patient as well as the Patients family and making them understand the situation is marvellous.
My brother is admitted for covid and it was a critical situation and every day step by step they moved the progress and he slowly started the recovery.
It’s not like take this take that medication type.they go day by day progresses and that is what saved him. Also all the charges and services are genuine and proper.everything is clear.
I will be truly thankful to all the people who took care. Dr. Purnima ma’am is a true great Doctor.also staff Anand and Nisarga helped a lot too.

I had registered for an online consultation on 21 May 21 and paid the fees. The doctor never turned up and every time I call they tell me they will get back to me and the next time I call they don't pick my call. Highly disappointed with the repeated follow ups.
