Dialysis incharge Swathi and her team had given very good support, and on time reply as and when it is required on my father dialysis schedule. Being as one of the reputed hospitals not sure why cashless claim isn’t there, which is getting so many problems during claims, it would be good if we have cashless claims.
I have been visiting the narayana clinic, Electronic City since one month and I extremely satisfied with the service provided to the patients. Sister Swathi poojari, brother Upendra. P and staff kruthika. All are very kind & they take care of the patients very carefully. The Doctors and the staff are very polite, and professional. I had a pathetic experience in Narayana Clinic. Inspite my busy working schedule I have booked an appointment with ENT after waiting for an appointment for 2 days. Doctor is good but the medicine the doctor prescribed was not in stock. They are just saying to buy outside. I am just visiting many medical shop to get it done instead I should have visited other hospital to save my time. They prescribed me 2 medicines both are not available. Just time waste. I recommend to stock the medicines.
We went for master check up, Sister Kavita and Dr. Chetan bhandari along with other staffs were providing excellent service.wonderful coordination.keep up the good work. I made the right choice to choose Narayana
I was undergoing physiotherapy with Dr. Manisha. I was facing back ache for almost 3 months and no medicines were helping. I started feeling better since day 1 of physiotherapy. Dr. Manisha is very kind and she knows her job well. During the sessions she was gentle, helpful and explained clearly what she was going to do. I highly recommend her. Thank you Dr. Manisha.
Dr. Jayant and the entire staff at Narayana clinic are beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, they will spend the whole scheduled period with you if need be; I know when I come in to see Dr. Jayanth, he’s already reviewed the reasons for my coming in and my file. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. He’s awesome. Also, when he knew my medication was expensive.he looked up what competing pharmacies charged with GoodRX and printed me out the prices – saved me lots!
Today my family member took consultation with Dr.madam P Himali BK. Treatment by Dr madam PHB was very good. - Dr has explained the causes and remediation very clearly.please keep it up.free consultation period can be kept us within next 8 days.

I visited this clinic for general checkup. The staff was very friendly and very comfortable specially dr selvi was very caring and friendly. I could finish all tests in time.
They didn’t bother to even update their right location! We landed up at the new location & had to walk down for 10 minutes to get to their earlier location. To top it.the old place was like a fish market.no sanctity off appointment timings or anything of the sort.very average
I was very much impressed when I saw a well maintained clinic with courteous staff. Doctor gave attention to all details and it was very much helpful for me to gain confidence. I consulted Dr. Saurabh Bhargav, Urologist on 19.8.2022 at Narayana Hrudayalaya Clinic, Neeladri Nagar. He examined me and my Reports. He suggested me to continue the present medicines and reduced to alternate days. I have been consulting hin since last 7 years. He is an OUTSTANDING DOCTOR. I am really fortunate for having treatment from him.
Use less hospital.takes hell out of time to do general check. We came to hospital at 9am.now it is 3pm still check up is not completed. No response from any staff.not organized procedure.
Worst Service. I have consulted Dr. Aarti Priya for skin allergy. She said it's scabies and that did not get cure after taking her prescriptions. I went for a follow up visit and her attitude was literally irritating. She is not understanding the problem of the patient and their mindset and just rushing to get the work done. I told her the prescriptions did not work well, she has again thrown the ball to my court saying I did not take it properly. And she said she can't give me new prescription as I am not paying for the follow up visit. Such a worst doctor I have ever seen so far. Will never recommend any one to go to that doctor again.
I wish there was a zero rating, nonetheless lowest to rate them. First of all they haven't moved to a new location but they have updated their location on maps to confuse patients. So unless you are not willing to walk over a km back & forth between new and old location or you know if they have moved to a new location, avoid visiting them for consultation. Secondly, even if it is a multi-speciality clinic, if you know that you're going to be sick only in the evening or your illness cannot wait until evening to be treated by the doctor, avoid visiting them during daytime because no general physician/doctor is available until evening. Only if a pediatrician can cure your illness, feel free to visit them throughout your day.
I would recommend this clinic it is the best clinic in electronic city and must say all staffs are really good lab staffs are very polite especially chaitra she is really good at taking blood and experienced one also and satisfied with their all services.

Horrible service. Not following any process, making patient wait for long. Took appointment over the call but they randomly send people and make us wait for more than hour.
I took my father for his general checkup today. The service and care is very good. And fees also in recent range for health check up. Doctor gave counselling and good tips as well.

I didn't get chance to consult any doctor here but the nursing staff is pretty good and never seems to be after your money. They gave correct advice to me regarding dressing.

Clinic is very hygienic and well maintained. Manager and management is very cooperative and helpful to patients as well as staff. Front desk staff, pharmacy staff, doctors are very good.
It was fantastic experience, nd the staff was very supportive. Before coming to clinic, we were much scary, but after consulting the doctor, there was decrease our tension. Doctor gave some good tips personally. Actually we all r working women's. We have some basic problem. But after coming to NH we feel free. Thank you.
Waste Patient Management system I have ever seen. They took appointment for a particular time. The doctor arrived 45 mins late. Then it was asked to wait for another 1 hour before we could see the doctor. The receptionist blames the doctor as if I m suppose to ensure she comes on time. They don't even have a proper noting system of which patient came at what order. Last visit to NH.
Good courteous staff, especially compared to Apollo clinic Neeladri road main reception staff where staffs are not at all courteous and polite especially their female lead is worst. Narayana staffs are really worth the praise, very courteous, friendly and helpful.
