We had to wait an hour despite having an appointment. This isn’t the first time this happened. They have no understanding of how to manage the appointment queue, it’s just so random and unorganised and a lot of scope to improve.
Hospital doctors are not good. They are giving medicine and asking for lot of testing by only guessing as they are not experienced. For me they asked lot of testing but not able to find out why I am getting mild fever in evening. Better I do check up in Sakara or Manipal
Very very clean hospetal, Dr. Abhinav sir so great nice speak, he explained everything about my son health issues in a very clear manner, he was so kind and friendly, in entry gate Mr. Dasa security welcome all patient talk very politely, billing dept. Raji sister so nice, and patient care staffs sherlin sis. Nursing staff baby sister so nice of those.
Overall average services. They give only 1 followup free. When a doctor prescribes any health checkups then you need to take another paid booking to show your reports to the doctor. The admin and billing counter staff are very rude and unprofessional.

During emergency we went to Narayana HSar sector3, hospital today. Immeadiately they didn't test patient BP, RBS, ECG nothing. Moreover patient needs to wait 15 mins till emergency doc comes.very bad experience. We never expected this kind of emergency first aid.compared to narayana nearest Hamilton is much better.they treated very nicely to patient.

One of the worst hospitals. They do not even answer the phone calls. They are like some govt office. Absolutely ZERO hospitality hospital. Worst maintenance. Bomb rates on medicines and In patient charges.
First thing doctors are good. Management and billing are the worst ever seen. Billing in basement, no network, no Internet will work. Billing itself people loose patience. One should see their billing post surgery. Estimate and actually surgery charges and anesthesia charges are having discrepancies, in spite of having same surgery time. Answer they give is code entered is different so rates are different. How Codes are decided no one knows.they blame it on doctor saying doctor mentioned. Items used in OT spread across two days in billing. When asked they enquire with three different people and say it would have been been processed next day as stock was not available. It stock was not there how the items entered into the hospital god only should know. Owners of this hospital should look at the way the management in charge and billing department is working. If they sit as common man in front of billing section they will understand what all common people undergo.

First Visit to NH. Happy with the service rendered. Tad expensive yes but good service on day one. Should mention that staff's behaviour was pleasing. Thanks to Ultrasonic team for such care and support. Multilingual staffs are added advantage.
My mother had some health issue because of which I had to admit her to Narayana Hrudayalaya. They took good care of her and she is feeling better now. Every nurse is different. A nurse called "Bindya" (I do not know how she spells it) took really good care of her. She use to come at night shift and did her job really well. Most important, she did it with care and patience which is very important I believe. Remaining staff was also decent.
My relative was admitted in ICU and most of the time we didn't know what is happening. I could not know in detail what kind of problem /treatment is being done. If patient is ICU, the attender can't stay in hospital. My relative had to travel 30 km daily (for a week) to stay in Hosur
People dont how to behave from management side my appointment booked at 10: 30 am I got even the confirmation message for same, when i reach hospital front desk says doctor availability starts at 11: 30 am onwards it was reducless, them some candidate from managment came to proof that they called for three time where I didnt had a missed call, she says she tries to send SMS where it's out of memory it seems its really funny to hear.people not trained properly in boarded no worth of talking bcz they are not ready to hear do they can do they hospitality.if we hear some on we can respond if we have only our points its worst of talking.

I did my blood checkup yesterday. Since yesterday till now I have called them 5 times to send my reports on email. I left my email and details at your May I help you desk still there seems to be ignorance on the sheet which others also wrote email and details. Very bad management. They are not able to connect my call to lab. The number is so busy? What about emergencies
I was surprised to see staffs so rude with their behavior and patient interaction in a private hospital like this scale. They're of no use to give patients on clarity with information and wait time. My experience with Dr was good though. There are tons of reviews about staff behavior however it just keeps adding which something management should look at seriously.

I walked in with my mother on 20th afternoon with severe pain in my lower right abdomen. Even before we went to hospital we knew it was appendix problem. The doctors in Emergency ward made me wait for 15mins before they gave me a bed. Later, the doctor proposed 3 possibilities for the pain, cyst in uterus, urinary tract infection and appendicitis. After blood test, urine test, ultrasound scan and CT-scan the doctor who predicted all the problem went home. And left me with 2 imbeciles. Who called themselves as doctors and had no clue what to do. After suffering through all the pain from 1: 30 till 7: 00pm. My family decided to take me to my native for treatment. After 6hrs and 4 tests they still couldn't diagnose the problem and they wrote. "Follicular cyst in ovaries" in the discharge summary. After reaching my native, the doctor saw me at 10am. Appendicitis is a clinical diagnosis, no scan or test will reveal the issue. Said the doctor. Laproscopy at 2pm. Went home next day. The cost for 4test with no proper diagnosis and 60hr hospitalisation with operation was same.
I had to visit the emergency since my mom who is 85 yrs had hurt her toe, nobody at the emergency was bothered they made us wait and finally after 1/2 hour she was attended upon, that to because of my constant pricing, they do not value the patients and have an air about treating the patients, consultant doctors do not keep up their time and we are made to wait for hours, ridiculous.
It's like government hospital, no patient care, nobody have common sense how to treat patient, and specially dr ritu Chaudhary having worst behaviour towards patient. She was not listening at all. For test results they are taking 4-5 hrs other hospitals give that in 1 hr.very disappointed.some doctor coming on time also.
Appointments - no one has any clue. Central Helpline number is useless as they don't have a clue when the doctor is available. Nursing station is another circus. Standard response to every patient. "Please wait for 10 minutes".
While most of the hospitals are a rip off these days, this particular one is special. Beware of this guy called Rajesh who works as a lab technician as well as the one who takes samples. He is too haughty and unfit for his job. This idiot was looking for a vein with the needle inside the patients body. Beat that! So next time you know whom not to get your samples taken. Plus this place is creepy. All staffs are pretty much laid back. Lazy, inattentive and at best unprofessional in the way they deal with patients. Am sure on every lab test their profit would be easily more than 500%. Best of the best hospitals in kerala would do similar test at half the cost.so much for philanthropy! Am never visiting this place again and will make sure no one goes there as well.
On 19th November I was hospitalized in this hospital due to orthopaedic reason as i was unable to walk. I am a thalassemia patient and mostly take treatment in NH Bommasandra. But as my orthopaedic doctor only sits in NH HSR i had to get admitted here.
1st the on-duty doctors. Doesn't even get in touch and with the senior doctor and thinks they knows more than the senior doctors. Even after receiving direction from the senior doctor in the afternoon the on-duty doctor who's duty starts at 8.30pm came to tell about his senior review at 1.00am On Saturday and Sunday the hospital is totally a business place. The whole building is managed by only one on-duty doctor wheather its NICU or pre-nat care, or general ward or the emergency.
2ndly the nurses are the worse call then and they will come after an hour. I was in diaper almost all the time my husband had to change it. They never gave medicine on time. Neither followed the chart.
3rd the cleaning people another worst experience. Never got little help from them while going to the washroom rather my husband took more care while take. At night they rather preferred sleeping than changing diapers and if called should see the face.
4th the world's most horrible food any person can get. No standards no quality.
It's a multispeciality hospital and there is no feeding room. We mother's mothers are worried about not having a feeding room in malls and in other public places.but God, no room at hospital that's something weird what I saw today.
You will be killed by the amount of dirt in emergency ward. There were blood stains on the cot, and when I asked the nurse to clean, she ignored, and later the doc lied that it is not blood stain, however, house keeping confirmed it was blood stain. The doc was least bothered about my issue, I kept complaining about uneasy breathing, however, he showed no concern, and the nurse does not even know to inject canula at all
I am giving this bad rating here for the customer support. I have called them to book an appointment with Dr. Karthik at 3.30pm today 03-10-2018. But executive mentioned that doctor is not available today in HSR branch hospital. But when I called them around 12.30pm to check Dr. Karthik's availability another executive has put me on hold and confitmed that Dr will be available beteen 2pm and 7pm and I can drop in anytime. As I waa not able to drive I was waiting for my spouse to pick me up to hospital. But it was late so I called again at 3pm but another executive.without checking on the mouth he said Dr is not available. I dont want to mention his name. But he was rude and just hung up. This is very very bad on the CS department. Otherwise NH hospital is good and Doctors as well. So I am going to Greenview hospital when I got good hospitality and good care and services.
Most useless hospital and most useless staff ever. Most of the staff on the counters are so arrogant and rude they think they are only doctors. They just send you from this counter to that counter and make you wait and wait forever. 100rs mandatory registration charges to get anything done. Do not go here unless you have no other option. Doctors I met were good. But the administrative staff and management is absolutely terrible. They need some training on how and how not to behave with patients.
Poor response from front desk, I was told doctor is in ward and may take time. Came know doctor is not available and already left for the day. Later on after 45 minutes a trainee doctor attended my son & he suggested by googling his smart phone some medicine which is not available in Hospital Medical shop and tried all the medical shops in HSR and came to know it's not available in market. On high level pathetic management.
There is no professionalism, we have to waitin a long que for billing and then some doctors will not be available in place, If u ask the staff, they will tell he is in rounds, but we can find them outside somewhere. I request Administartion to take it seriously.
I met Dr Ritu Choudhary today for my wife's pregnency. We had consulted in cloudnine and wasn't not satisfied there. Dr Ritu was very clear in her treatment protocol and gave us so much comfort. I strongly recommend her, she is wonderful Gynaec.

Treatment is good at Narayana Hospital, HSR layout. My son is suffering for cold and cough regularly. Pediatrician doctor Abhinav Malhotra is very cooperative and friendly with children's. We followed his advices and Medications. He is good at prescribing the right medicins
During my pregnancy i am visiting to Dr. Ritu Choudhary (OBG SPECIALISTS). Completely satisfied with her interactions and the best part of her is that, that she gives her complete time to you and your queries. Also the services provided by the staff of Naryana i felt is ok-ok! Recommendations: - Never take any appointments from Naryana Call Center, just ask them the availablity of doctors you want to visit. Call centre person will ask you for booking the appointment and confirms you for the same but ultimately you ll get the appointment by reaching the Reception!
If you have one problem you will be diagnosed with several other problems which is completely not related to your original problem. Hi, My mother was admitted in ICU at this NH, HSR Layout on 17th May 2017 as developed gasping i.e, dyspnea. She was completely fine after enema was given told by my brother, father and nursing staff. As per my father's statement my mother was till 20th evening as she spoken to sister in law (brother'wife) as well. As live in Delhi. I arrived mon 21st May and as i heard on 20th evening one of the nursing staff seem to be rude and arrogant and stating my mother is totally not cooperative. My mother was very knowledgeable person, intelligent, shrewd cooperative and as a cancer patient have a little humanitarian feeling or think logically how can a Pallaitive patient which mleads hospice be COOPERATIVE? After several injections, IV'S ETC. On 21st when landed she was completely drowsy due to severe medications. When I arrived at her ward she opened her eyes and was overjoyef to see me and as usual drowsiness put her off to sleep. The nursing staff Ms. Mani (EX nursing staff mwho is now married) pulled my mother ears to stimulate.when she was in her terminal illness. ELDERLY ABUSE i felt like sharing this
