Comprehensive package of check up. Happy with the service and the cost is also not high, not happy with the nutrition consultants. The staff were very helpful, guided us through each stage.

Semi private ward service was excellent and Dr gouthami Dr srinivas and dr suhas all the consultation was excellent cleaning is very beautiful the only problem is the seating problem the seats for the patient are very less to sit in OPD canteen food was also excellent and coordinators serwas was one of the best

We received good service from semi private ward mahalakshmi and yamunu, jyothi all took best care of me and cleaning staff is also good very clean and neat campus very happy with over all service and coordinators service

Dr Leah's Murphy is a best cardiologist in Mysore. I undergone stent procedure under Dr keshav Murphy. It's such great experience. The way he treats me it's very appreciative. And all hospital staffs are very kind hearted. They use to feel us like family. Each and everything is very appropappropriativ

Horrible service we have seen quality decrease over last 3 years. Wonderful treatment and service by Dr Rajendra for angioplasty but OP services quite bad. We are spoken to very rudely. But for Dr Rajendra we would certainly have gone elsewhere

At the starting, in 2018 I had got a full body check up done. And the Dr. Anandlingam had checked my ECG reports and told me that there was no problem. But right after 6 days I had a cardiac attack and when my reports were checked by a doctor in Madikeri they informed me that there was a problem which was already shown in the ECG report. Later on for my angioplasty I was taken to Narayana Hrudayalaya and my cardiologist was Dr. Rajendra and he gave me the best treatment and the staff's were polite and took care of the patients very well.
My recent visit to the Narayana Hrudayalaya was on 30-11-2021. My samples were collected at 7: 38 A. M.and the staff's told us that the reports will be given to us at 10: 00A. M. But we were given only few reports and we were made to wait until 12: 30 P. M.as it was late when I went and asked a lab staff about the rest of reports she spoke to me in a rude manner. We enquired on when we'll be receiving the report, the lab faculty staff told us that they'll be forwarding the rest of the reports to us on WhatsApp and till date they still haven't sent us the reports. This has been a very disappointing experience to me in Narayana Hrudayalaya.

Overall facilities good manager misguide me regarding free cancer screening camp and we paid for that on 30/11/21

Worst experience, money making Machine, fraud people, Please don't visit this hospital, lost my father because of post op negligence, infection happened after surgery, they have not connected central lining after surgery also, whole forearm was infected because of canula, after 9days of hospitalization, after craniatomy surgery they are connecting the central linikg, no care, no good councilling, to meet the consultants it's like meeting PM, Dr. Harsh Neurosurgery, he is not fit to be Doctor only, worst of the worst hospital ever seen

As I was waiting in blood sample area, thier is no fan or coolers facility, due to summer it got suffercation as we r wearing mask and the heat from the sheet they have provided for the roof. I request the consecerned to take the earlier measures.

I had gone for master health check up. Though this hospital is very far from my place I chose this for its name and reputation. I had earlier given a 5 star rating but I am forced to change it end of the day. TMT was also included in the health check up. The nurse uses a piece of paper which was very similar to sand paper to rub the area before fixing the suctions. There are scratch marks all over my upper body of the rubbing with that rough paper which was burning very badly eod and painful. I even have images of the same. I have undergone TMT earlier also in other hospitals but never seen such procedure anywhere. The doctor who performed the TMT was very good but the prep done by the nurse was very bad. No hospital uses such rough paper on anyone's body that gives u marks all over ur body. Kindly look into it asap

Health check package - we 8 members came for health check packages. The service was good we were satisfied with your service

Even after taken pakage they make us to wait, if we go at 8 am we have to wait till afternoon, they leave people as if they like in OPD area.no value for package people.
