Dr bhanumathi are very co operative they make the patient very comfortable and the vision test is very good staff is also co operative they take care very well and they make sure at we have underwent all the test twice happy with the consultation pediatric

We are taking treatment with Dr bhanumathi pediatric opthalmology my daughter eye is saved by Dr bhanumathi happy with the treatment they give more opinion and give us good suggestions they will be very friendly with the baby's and advice them with good service from the gate to till the end of the parking each and every one of the staff are there to helpful with our own language they will be very friendly they explain us till we understand if we ask more times also they answer us with polite and kind thank you

Worst experience ever
For lasik surgery Dr Rohit Shetty had done, but the doctor was so busy that he rather saw me once nor did he examine my eyes, its all his team does he just does the surgery. It’s completely waste undergoing surgery with such a busy person who has lost all his ethics surely someone has to file an MLC on him

We are visiting this hospital for about 3 years now.the only problem is waiting.
Not sure this is the ignorance of the management to handle patients well or it's a deliberate effort.

We had requested an early appointment for Saturday and were given slot for 8 30 am.but due to the doctor's OT thing they moved the appointment to 9 30. We reached the hospital by 9 30 went to the counter and guess what the perosn at the counter says go to a place which an auditorium where the drops will be given and after 45 mins we had to come back ignorance to the core he did not even check that we had an appointment. The guy now calls us at 10 40 stating what madam you didn't tell and all of bluffing and asked us to come back.
We waited.it took us more 1 hour toeet the doctor.and now doctor says go for laser. The laser department gives us ETA of 1.5 hours.but you see these are failed ETA's. We are still waiting.

Thanks to the management for managing time so well but you shud work on this. Understand why someone requests for early appointment and all the aspects to it.

Good exprience with cataractic surgery done by Dr Hemalini, pre and post sugery explaintory was useful and meaningful.

Dr Hemamalini, second visit for second eye surgery went well.starting from reception untill doctors all are very friendly and hospitality is very good. Patients database is very well maintained and everything is automated.

Here the staff is very good, very clam and supportive, they treat patients as their own parents. Doctor Jayashree (Gloucoma) treated very well, I am impressed by the way she treated patients, she is very good.
