Worst behaviour, no proper cleanliness, bad attitude towards patient as if they are giving free treatment, , high in price, insurance people are often will be on leaves, there is no patient partitions in rooms.do not please go for this hospital or for treatment. I am writing this review on the bed of this hospital. I am admitted here in for viral and respiratory track infection and neck and back pain. I was treated good actually. 5 star for treatment. 3 star for para. The sad part is that I am admitted to this hospital with insurance and handling of this process by hospital has created havoc to my health. From last 12 hours I am roaming to insurance section and to my bed without any attention by hospital for the day care of medication. Nursing station has stopped it's treatment due to the discharge process and still waiting for these people to take a call to discharge me. Note- I have opted for lower room and charges then permitted in health policy. The insurance dept lacks orientation towards coordinating with TPA for settlement. They don't take ownership. Hospital has agreed tarriff which is very lower than what they charge to public. Several calls to TPA has confirmed that they have approved cashless as per their and hospital agreement, I am ready to pay non medical expenditure as approved by TPA, but to my bad experience here neither hospital and insurance are coordinating to resolve this. Now i have approached administative officer and he has taken time to discharge me at the earliest and told to rest on bed. Hope things work out well by coordinating. Finger crossed.
My father was admitted at so called Narayana Super Speciality ICU as he was diagnosed with Aspiratory pneumonia and along with this he was a Parkinson's patient and was completely Bed Ridden, after 1 week in ICU he was shifted to ward, it is then we noticed that he had BED SORES which were covered in bandage, and the hospital doctors or nurses didnt care to inform us this earlier. We came to know that it was 2nd degree BED SORE once we had shifted my father back to ESIC hospital. All they had to do was change the patients position every 2hrs, they were not even able to do this what else will they do. I'll suggest think twice or thrice before admitting your loved ones here. As of today the bed sores have reached 3rd degree. They did give us some concessions for the amount to be paid for Semi ward. It's not that all should have the same experience, but i didn't have a really bad experience might be because we were referred from ESIC hospital. The doctors who were attending my father's case were Dr. Meghana and Dr. Santosh. The doctors did give us an update on the condition daily basis and were friendly, but i don't why they didn't inform us regarding the sores

Hi there s security in 2nd floor he is Hindi guy the way he is speaking as if he paying the bill for the Patient he s vry rude management kindly appointe a Kannada speaking security and kindly tell security to give respect for the customers who wil com to see the Patient because they will be in pain worst security
We admitted a family friend at 0300 pm for uneasiness around the chest. The specialist doctor came only at 0800 pm and next day another specilst doctor came at 1130. Only by 12 moon the doctor said what is the problem and next level of treatment

Hello Everyone, I had to admit my Uncle here, when he was admitted he was not doing well, couple of days in ICU he was shifted to normal ward, and next night at 2am we receive a call saying case is emergency and has been shifted to ICU again and mg Uncle passed away due to cardiac arrest at 8am. It's been 15 days even till to date I am not able to digest the fact why we did admit him to this Hospital. If any one is reading this message please note treatment is very bad. Nobody responds, staff is not approachable. Please think twice before admitting at this hospital.
