Sales counter timings are too short. It is 9: 30-1: 00 and 2: 00-4: 00. Also the phone number listed on the website always says busy. I asked the guy at the counter to check the connection and he did not seem to care.

Friendly nature staff. Guide very well for new persons. Only inconvenience is parking only outside the campus. Available all ncert books.

They don't have the required book and staff can't even speak politely, he was answering as if he is doing charity

Even though books are available here there is no online payment such as gpay, phonepay or even card swipping is not available but "ONLY CASH".
People come from far places and wait for hours but then at the end they say we don't accept card not online payment.
These days even vegetable seller will have online payment but being a government place on top of that it is central government place this is not fair enough for the people.
Central government people say we must use online payment at any time but being a central government place these people are not accepting online payment and even the bill is not provided after buying the books.
This is a total cheating on the people and this is fraud.

Available all NCERT books for all the class. Important kindly carry cash for the transaction, where digital payment and cards are not accepting.
