To anyone who is planning to get your magazine designed here-
The owner is someone who looks down on people, and his son isn't any better. If your work (to be done) is something that isn't worth a couple of lakhs, they don't care.
They put words in a way where it seems like they care about the money that you're putting down, where in the end, all that they are saying and doing is so that they don't waste their time and resources on your project.
If you thought it got better after this, you're way off. The finished product was given to me almost 3-4 days post the due date which was only received after couple of mails being sent back and forth. With the cherry on top being that the cover page was missing as well as few pages had no background texture or the format was different from the rest of the pages.
I've never had a worse business transaction with any company or organisation. I would highly suggest to take your business elsewhere. Living in Bangalore, Im 100% sure there will be 5 such places just around the corner. I would urge you to go there

My experience here started around Diwali when we had a large requirement for different type of boxes that needed to be shipped across the country. I needed rigid boxes and they were quick to turn around production for the quantity that we required. Now, I'm also getting our cake boxes printed with our branding and the team is particularly patient, will wait until you are completely satisfied and then go ahead with the printing. I will undoubtedly be a regular customer for my boxes as my business expands.

Not a very satisfying experience. I printed 20 copies of a book in digital print, and though the print quality is fine, the binding is terrible. I was charged a very high amount and I don't feel it was worth it. I wouldn't recommend this printing press.

I had a horrible experience at this place. The owner came up to me and very rudely asked me to not use my phone when I was speaking to my designer to make some changes to the file suggested by NPP's staff. He asked me to get out of the cabin and take my call. All this after making me wait for close to 45 minutes. Worst customer service I have experienced. The owner behaves the same way to his employees too.

Poor customer response I have called the given number not responding properly and her do no about the product

Totally unprofessional people.go there only to waste your time, money and energy.hopelessly hopeless.
