Worst service ever, the driver and helper doesn't even know who are the passengers and the numbers given are either out of network coverage or switched off.
We had to travel for more than 8km to fetch the bus from the agreed boarding point.
No value for money and customer service

Northern travels is having a froud staff, they sold out my seat to someone else as my booking was from MMT banglore to nagpur.
We were waiting at mentioned pickup point, But bus suddenly changed pickup point, we were in roaming, call was not connected then there responsibilities are to check on point if we are there or not
We were there for more than 2 hrs number provided by MMT was not working after struggling final got number
Then camevto know bus left with different root
Really froud travel's

Now I am struggling to get refund
Don't trust this travel's

Bangalore to Pune National Travels AC Night Sleeper NL01B2619 scheduled to Depart from Majestic Bust Depo (National Travels Office) at 0930 PM on 30 Aug 23, But it's 1030 PM by now, bus not yet reached at pickup point, so pathetic & irresponsible service. Passengers included Ladies & Children are in sheer pacin & distress.

Worst ever place to book your tickets,
Mr. Afsar, no ethics such goonda looking fellows, made me believed they booked the ticket and if asked for proof of ticket confirmation, he responded on the departure day he will give all details.
So that means i need to be back of him for an entire month, And cant book another bus ticket in the last moment, such a looters.
My just request to fellow citizens please avoid National Travels. And dont get fooled by them.

Worst Travels, please don't prefer at any cost. 15 hrs of journey driven by a single guy, which was too dangerous.no charging slots, even lights were not working, they don't take it seriously even we ask them for it.

Very very worst service. I got a bus details message after one hour of departure time, due to that i missed a bus. They will not pick up a call but last minute they will call but they will not wait. I won't even give one star.

They have a different approach regarding bus boarding. I booked from IRCTC. I expected a message will come about driver/conductor/bus details at least 30 minutes before boarding. Nothing came. I somehow found this office and they first boarded all passengers in a small bus to take all of us to actual boarding point. Which is fine from my side but as a new person, how would I know where do I have to come? I think they should send a short description message to all passengers beforehand to let them know what they should do. I really hope something will happen after this review.

Had pleasent journey with National travels.where they provide better blankets, seats and pillows along with water bottles.staff was so good

Busses was good, but they are too late, one side it was 4 hours late n one side 3 hours. That's bad. Cleaners are arrogant.

Worst travels. No charging point in the bus. Says one things delivers another. Do not trust at all. They lie about everything.

Completely crowded place.so need to be careful with your personal belongings. In my opinion, better to book tickets online rather than coming here and booking the tickets (lots of fraudsters around).

Biggest fraud travel agency, they charge huge amounts, and they deliver poor quality of beds which are not cleaned, Madarchod travels

Worst the driver and the cleaner are so rude they were threating people when asked to stop for urine abusing pls don't go by this transport

Driver and companion collected the money not given ticket, cheating fellows, seat not properly allocated

The rich experience differes from bus to bus. I can say its one of the most trusted traveling agency in South part of india.

They don't have take care of his passenger. They pick guys who doesn't have there booking in bus. Earn black money. People also so rude.

Worst AC multi axle buses, cockroaches were there all over the bus. Killed 20 at least inside the bus

Fares are quite cheap here compared to othet travel agencies. Quite a few time options available for one journey. I went to Mumbai and it took me 18hours to reach there. Semi sleeped are not that uncomfortable which I thought will be. Fairly decent staff.

Their bus is like you are traveling in delux condition but there staff is not at all good. There behavior is bad. And even wherever they stop very time rush rush n rush. And movie which they show in bus is really horrible kind, their music system, sound loudness one can freakout on them.

Never book your tickets on this. The charge is very high as compared to SRS and VRL and the service they provide is worst.
I suggest for VRL or SRS for long journey as they provide quality service.
I booked tickets on national travels, there was no amenities as mentioned while booking, late in bteabreak, lunch and they don't drop you in city. They drop you in highway, when I asked them they said they provide bypaas to bypaas service and the price you pay and what you get is Zero.

Highly Disappointed!

Although bus is not a Volvo nor Scania but inside bed were comfortable. Bad thing is food storage at Hotel Decent having worst food!

Buses are okay. Staff is very rude and disturbing. They wont allow you to sleep. Very very rude behavior. Book only if u dont have any other choice

I was a regular traveller in kallada Bangalore to Kerala but peoples in office in near to majestic is very rude to us. As we reached in office just 1 hours earlier they refused to wait there in their office I had my big baggages with me they made me not to wait there atleast. All other services are good even if charge is bit higher. And from now I use to choose other travels from this time.

Rude staff, worst behavior, not approachable to get bus details and other info.
Highly not recommended.
