# Worst travels, not clean.
# I don't think mattress covers and curtains are washed on regular basis.
# Drivers smoke while driving the bus - which cause passengers uncomfortable.
# Driver behaviour is very rude, not professional.
# Another troublesome is drunken passengers - they make unwanted noise, and they spit in side the bus.

The worst travels in the whole world they didn't even waited for 1min Extra after the bus moved while I'm walking towards it

They take bills from us n don't give it to the customer
I think they are misusing the bills

Used the cargo service at this place. Dispute correct address in the Bill provided to them they made a human error and booked the parcel for the wrong destination. After some 10 repeated calls and no answer from them I had to visit the place personally again to find out that they had already rectified the issues from their end but failed to inform me about it

Office staff were good but the bus crew were rude and negligent. Despite mentioning the drop point online booking stop will be as they wish. I travelled on Feb 8 2021 under PNR: TS210208140135040741UVPR/2900763/BNG-MUM Scania Multiaxle. Despite personal request to stop at Nerul LP when bus reached Belapur, bus stopped at Sanpada after running another 5 kms. Bus crew have no courtesy to the needs of passengers.

The worst I even had by traveling in bus. Lot of issues are there. 1st thing is that the drivers smoke continues, 2nd they will not reach us by time in fact they have delayed by 4.30hrs, 3rd The drivers behaviors is very worst & 4th if the seats are empty then the bus will become local bus, it stops everywhere.

Worst experience as lot of bed bugs on the chair, was not able to sit for 5 mins as bedbugs were everywhere biting.
Its still itching, we tried to contact authority but they didnt listen.

Travelled in national travels from Bangalore to madurai.worst travel experience. Since I cudnt give rating less than one to post I had to give 1.so pathetic.spenting 2000rs for bed bugs and allergic reactions.whole night u can play game of catching bed bugs and throwing out through window.staff were helpless.never ever take this travels. KA 51 D 2336 was the bus.worst seats.dirty seat covers.

This is a wrong spot. This is around a KM away from the actual location. And it's not open 24 hrs. Telephone number doesn't exist. Take precautions if travelling alone on this road.

Do not call that number and don't book ticket in national travels very worst travels.cheaters more than 20 FIR & cases filled against this travels

National Travels bus suppose to come 22: 30 but still didn’t come now time is 23: 30
This bus is not safety for women because women’s have to wait for such a long time in street so this bus is totally waste

My bus was scheduled at 7.15 but bus came at 9.15 due to delay they are not stopped for dinner. Morning stopped at 10.00hrs for freshup & breakfast. Don't ask about food quality. Stopped for lunch at 17.00hrs at Harihar. Don't ask about clenliness and hygine. None of the passengers are entered inside.
Driver drives the bus less than 80 km speed. Finaly reached Bangalore at 23.30hrs. Totaly 26hrs journey finaly ends. Not got any BTS or Metro. Used Ola to reach home.
Guys consider National travels as your last option.

Worst travels. They don't have punctuality. They make the passenger keep waiting for 1 hour after 1 hour of boarding time which I experienced last time. Don't go through this travels

The worst ever Traveller i have travelled with is an National travel.
I have booked an AC multi axcel sleeper bus from pune to Bangalore on 22 nd August.
On the way to Bangalore near Tumkur the bus operator has switched off an AC, when i asked him he refused to switch on and he replied with an attitude saying if you need AC then get down at Tumkur and come by another bus.

And also i picked a dropping point at Navrang but he dropped me at Yeshwanthpur, s bus will not go to navarang.
When I refused to get down, 3 people from bus crew forcefully made me to get down at Navrang only by taunting me in bad manner.

Very bad service never travel tenkasi route.not stop for dinner.carrirge luggage only interest.its not national travels own bus.some agent.single driver no cleaner

Pathetic travels. Broken charging points. Halted at the most dirtiest places and the bus was delayed for more than two hours. Reason being they halted in between (pune) for extra passengers.

Excellent service though little costly but it's okay good response from the staff I have been a regular customer here

Decent enough to travel when you don't get any other premium ones, pricing for Friday's like for most others in this travels is nearly 2 times the usual fare so, weigh your options before you finalize on this one as this is not a premium service but an ordinary one.
Cooling is only via one duct for single berth and isn't much adjustable properly.
Curtains keep hovering all over the aisle as the AC sucks in air via the top inlet, this is because there's no provision to tie up the curtains to anywhere. I struggled to put this knot to the curtains as can be seen in the pictures I've attached along with yours review.
Overall I felt that the service is good enough but busses need maintenance.
There was delayed start from the source and caused delay to destination.
Bus to MADURAI doesn't stop anywhere even for a single time for toilet or water so be prepared to hold it up.
Staff could be more helpful and courteous.

I had a very bad experience with National Travels, Monday I booked the ticket to and travel that night, they cancelled the service and till now I didn't get the refund money.
This is the fifth day

The pick up bus was cancelled.main bus was Delayed by 1 hour. National Travel Kalasipalya office doesn't have a washroom.
