I been long time customer here in naturals they was very excellent professional services for my facial & Eyebrow haircut. I was happy with they service and recommended JANCY & SAJID her to anyone that goes to this centre

This is a great salon for your personal care needs. I was attended by Jhansi for pedicure and cleanup and she was warm and patient while not only guiding me through the options but also in her execution. Much appreciated

Excellent service in this salon. I got my services done by Vidya. My eyebrows look perfect after the threading done by her. I also got facial and detan done and she did a very good job. Highly recommend!

Their service is not good bz they don't know to make eyebrows properly I'm totally disappointed

Got a haircut for a 3yr old boy which wasn't really upto the mark. His hair Style looks more spoilt now than if I would have let it grown

Happened to visit this naturals today. A very fresh haircut with accuracy by Sajid ensured I returned as a happy man.

Probably one of the worst haircut i ever had! The staff is not well trained and any local barber wouldve done a better job. Not to mention the price was 295rs!

Staff are not trained properly,
They charge huge amount but don't provide good service. They just force you to take the costliest service. Not satisfied with the service despite paying so much.
Never going to visit this place again.

Way too expensive.
They charger 300/- for a chin waxing for my wife.
The new management has hardly any knowledge on price and services.

Anitha is the one who did pedicure for me.she did well.each time she will ask me whether to repeat the procedure so that the results will be more good.she is very polite.

If you are not trained for professional way of hair cut say so.fringes got ruined she cut it too short like a roadside parlour style.plus charged me 1000 bucks

Yesterday I went to Naturals Horamavu for Hair-cut (for My wife and Daughter). Mr. Mahfooz (Hair stylist) recommended good hair style for both. He patiently cut the hair even after the closing time was over. Hair was done very good for both. We simply loved it. I really appreciate his good effort.
During this pandemic time. Mr. Stalin from front office organised it really well in booking appointment and keep the premises very safe for the customer and no rush and no crowd. Am overall very much satisfied with the service and give my applause

Definitely a waste of money, beard trimming is 180rs but he just did exactly opposite of wha. Wanted.haircut price is also bloated. Please look in quality and not just Charging so much to customers.

Pathetic, was charged Rs 147 for just eyebrows stating it was corona time and that it was fornprotective equipment. And what was that equipment? It was two plastic covers for shoes
Eye brows were not done properly.
Regret going there!

Too much pricy. Their hair cut policy has a separate charges for washing your hair hearing that first time that a salon charges separately for your hair wash before hair cut. Also they recommend taking membership only in that condition they will have some discount. In my opinion you should give a good experience to the customer visiting for the first time then only they will come next time otherwise who will want to take membership.

Worst service and bad attitude.ruined my wifes eyebrows and have audacity to say happened is happened. None of the staff was apologetic about it.

Great place and good efficient staff, whether it's hair care for elders, women or children or bridal makeup, this would be a perfect place.

Hello all I had visited naturals few days ago and was pleased with the service Ms Rita had given.

A very pathetic place to go for salon services. People employed there do not have any salon experience nor do they know what they're doing. They are not ready to listen to the customers needs and they do what they want. I went for a mohawk haircut and was continuously telling him so. But he started doing military cut and now my hair looks bad.

Do not go here. All they want is money for screwed up service.

Professional services and on time. Better to call and take appointment. Wait time can be more if you walk in

One of the worst parlour, I visited they don't care abt our skin and mainly face.they use nails to remove the wax on face.they do waxing so roughly skin will come out.today I experienced that.unprofessional.plz think before visit

Fool their customers into getting service by saying its included in the package and later charge them for that.there are better ways of making money sis.have some standards.

I won't recommend. I made me wait for 30mins and they didn't bother ask again. Before starting they should explain their pricing.

I have been a loyal customer to Naturals since 4 years. Having said that I have visited other salons and explored but some how I come to naturals. I am a occasional visitor. But every time I visit naturals, the staffs have been very courteous, amazing services and brilliant work done

Not a worthy service for money I paid. Stylist keeps complaining things. Unprofessional. Not all. Jus with one i faced, not sure if others are same. If u r not lucky, u will get this guy for sure everytime like me. 3 consecutive times to the same stylist. So unfortunate. But not going anymore. Me and my friends around 4 ppl have been going to the saloon for 2 yrs now. But never again. I presume Management knows this guy im talking abt bcas i saw the counter ppl shouting at him everytime. Goodbye Horamavu branch on behalf of me and my friebds. Thanks for some good service in the begining of this 2 years. I dont wanna point the person considering his future. Please regulate ppl n process.

For a head-shave of a 5 year old child, i was billed 531 rupees including the 18% gst. This is the break-up: Head-shave rate is Rs500, member discount is Rs50. Gst @18% is Rs81. Total is 450 +81=531. And my child received a deep cut from the razor blade. To all the parents who plan to shave their children's head for the summer; please go elsewhere.

I went there for threading and I am fully satisfied. The lady who did it listened to what I wanted, which is something rare you find in salons these days. The price is quite on the higher side. The cost for eyebrows, forehead and upper lips came to Rs. 136.

Except for that, I liked everything about the place. If you're ready to shed a couple of bucks, the place makes sure to get the job done.

On 7 th may 2017, I got my wedding makeup done. It was done very weirdly n it did not live upto that 10k payment. They did not even know how to tie the dupatta for the ghagra. My wedding photos are a disaster thanks to the entire work done by them. The person kept asking me for everything, if I knew I wud have done it myself.looking back I regret doing the bridal package here.
For the rest of the stuff they are ok.

ALERT! STAY AWAY! Third rate service. The stylist was complaining that he does not get any incentive for coming early to me. The haircut was bloody mediocre and below average, it appeared that they were forced to work or have hired a bunch of incapable guys as their stylists.

A saloon who charges 50-80 rupees probably gives a better haircut that your third grade stylist.

When asked for a hair wash they outright said that the geyser will take 15 minutes for it to heat the water. So common sense says when you have a customer and you know you have a geyser that takes about 15 minutes you will have to turn it on before giving me a haircut.

Still they charge you the same with or without a hair-wash, how poor of you! Pathetic I am never visiting you guys again and I hope others don't too for their own good.
