Very cooperative service I would highly recommend this place and of course may hair cut is was very nice thanks to awaish I would definitely visit again.

Worst haircut. Spent around 3k for services. Asked for a layer cut which they said will include wash, cut and hair setting. After the hair cut, I wasn’t satisfied. As it wasn’t layer cut at all. I always have layer cut in my hair. So I told them to do again. But within 2 mins they were done with my cut. Worst ever. Later again they asked 750 extra for setting the hair. Which was included in my hair cut in the first place. Very very unsatisfied. Never suggesting this place.

Worst customer service, the staff was sleeping the rate cards were not updated, the hair dresses change every week, no proper uniform for the staff, lack in process or system.

The towels are not dried and dirty.
No proper sanitisation, bad franchise auditing.

Open till 9 pm, which is helpful to go after work. Generally well-staffed. The 2 times I've been, wait has been minimal. Barbers will follow instructions. Manager also has a can-do attitude.

Neat and tidy - cannot generalise about the Barbers, beauticians, massage or pedicure people as some are good, some mediocre.
Being a member helps as the discount offered ensured loyalty. Often waiting time can be a nuisance dispite getting appointments and being on time. Overall one of the better salons in Mangalore.

Today on 22 January 2023 sunday i visited for the hair cut, the guy was ready to cut the hair but some other customer came and they asked me to wait and he started to do the service for the customer who came after me.

This is happening me for second time here.

Worst experience and i recommend not to visit here and price also high.

Very dirty, very rude manager, this doesn't seem like Naturals salon. No receipt of bills or membership card provided here.

Worst service.they leave the cutting in between and moves to another customer.they don't even complete the process properly.worst service.they just did the color and didn't made the proper shape of mustache.

Denies service 3/5 times, always they lack staff particularly this branch (as they say) … they close at 9pm it shows but they don’t take any clients after 5-6pm even if none of their staff is engaged

Had a hair wash and blow dry. Not to the mark. They didn't leave the conditioner long enough. Very frugal use of shampoo conditioner and serum.

Not worth what they are charging, they don't have any expertise in anything, very basic servic. Better go to a local small parlour rather.

I recently got my head wash and blower done in this salon. Excellent service.
Polite staff. Good job. I am just loving my hair.will recommend everyone to come here for any kind of services.

He didn't even see what kind of a haircut I was requesting, he did everything on his own and ruined everything.

Today I went for front hair cut from bommanhalli to shanti nagar but hair cut is not good enough even I'm a regular customer from hongasandra natural I feel very bad

Very poor service. After an appointment kept me waiting for half an hour still left without the service.

Worst service, unprofessional staff and owner, no proper bill provided after the service.received a handwritten bill with extra amount charged and no refund given when questioned.

I went for global hair color. Somehow my color got messed up (not the guy's fault and don't know the reason) but Mohammad was very professional and fixed the color without losing his patience. He is great at his job and very knowledgeable.

Yeah, it's a good place to visit for a saloon. It's very neat and we'll organized. Must try saloon for everyone nearby.

This place never opens at 10 AM. Always at least half an hour late. Then the stylist walks in at half past ten. They do a decent job otherwise.

I am doing my hair cut and beard trimming in naturals, Richmond for the past 1 year. I am so much impressed with their customer handling and professionalism and always take the service of the hair stylist Mr. Muhamed. He is one of the humble and top hairstylist I have ever seen in Bangalore. Kudos team, keep it up ️

Poor service since the change in management.called up day advance for an Appointment and booked it. The saloon was closed On the appointment day and after a wait of one hour I left. Tried to call them and know the reasons apparently no one was there at the desk.later after two hours received a call back and like u can come for your service n we r sorry for a " bit delay" (which apparently was three hours late).

This is not right as we have booked appointment accordingly to the schedule of ours and then they turn us Down this way.

Worst place for haircut, barbers don't know at all how to make even a formal haircut, today they did actually a weird haircut of me, it was not at all worth it to 295 rs. Actually I was not willing to give him even 100rs. Fake place.

Very good experience in This salon before I tried many places but I was not happy here I tried 2time it's own experience and Well services done and am so happy.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had made an appointment for today at 5: 30pm. I am still waiting bcoz someone just took another walkin client for waxing. No use taking an appointment, they do not value our time. RIDICULOUS TO THE CORE.

Worst Experience! Don't know about the haircut but guys please don't go for beard care. Literally no experience. Also, I had hair colour.another mistake (colour patches over skin after washing). I was asked to clean those myself. Seriously! I paid 1000 bucks just to have marks.

I have done smoothing here, results is better than what I expected, the girl who has done smoothing for me her name is chaithra. In simple words we can say that its Affordable, best and good service as well.

Decent place for a reasonable priced haircut. Get an appointment if you are planning to go on a weekend as the place gets crowded. It is worthwhile to become a member here as you get good discounts as a member. The membership is valid for any natural salon. You have to carry the membership card if you want to avail the discount on any salon branch except the one where you took the membership.

The team is extremely helpful and will take care of everything with utmost professionalism yet a very personal touch. Ask for Chaitra to be your stylist. She is wonderful

I am so impressed with the services here. Such a friendly staff would not leave you unsatisfied. From massage to waxing, I think this is the best parlour. The haircut I recently had is also quite impressive. You should probably visit here.

This is a good saloon with reasonable pricing, the staff is friendly and has a good ambience. They still have good scope for improvement

Worst salon ever. Manager along wit owner are big frauds. Instead of coloring brown they colored my hair red so u can understand how worst service they give. They don't give computerised bills and add extra taxes on prices wch already have tax included in them. So on whole u hv to pay 36% tax with worst service.

I really like it nd thr is a guy named shadab or something! His service is one among the best i have seen across all naturals!

The staffs dont know how to take care of the hospitality of the customer. They made me wait for around 30-45 mins at their salon even after waiting so long they failed to give me an haircut, their staff didnt arrive their at proper timings, they are very careless about their job.
They dont give any value for customers time.
I would really suggest people to not to go their if u care about your precious time.
