This is my first experience in naturals saloon
Mohan sir has initially consulted me about my hair then he suggested few tips to maintain my hair then he did his work which is really appreciatable
I totally loved hair cut which he did

I usually do pedicure from here. Chaitra did it today and she was so good at it. Recommended right treatment for my issue.i recommend this place.

Not to forget, I also want to mention about loud chitchat in the background while I was getting facial done, looks like other staff were on top of their voice which disturbed me lot. I have been visiting this salon for 3 years now and the experience has always been pleasant. I used to visit only for basic services like haircut and eyebrows. But last time after a very tiring day at work, I visited the salon to get a facial done. I must say that the service was extremely good. It was Hema who did the facial. She explained me what suits my skin and never pointed out the issues on my skin. She made me comfortable and did the facial with utmost care. Since I liked Hema’s service, I went in again on 17th June to get head massage and facial again. The service was even more pleasant. Hema is kind, friendly and very professional. I have been visiting R R nagar Naturals for last 5 years. I used to visit for eyebrows usually. But a few months back, visited the salon to get a facial done and happened to meet Hema for the first time as the other person from whom I usually used to get the services had moved out. She was very professional and friendly.made me feel comfortable.she gives her 100% in the work she does. Got a wonderful massage, felt so relaxed. Now whenever I visit the salon, I look for Hema for all services. Thanks Hema

Absolutely horrible experience. They had no clue how to do a manicure or a pedicure and ended up cutting the nails too short to the point that they started to hurt. Didn't soak the feet or hands in water and used Savlon in the water. One star only for a decent job at the haircut but the rest of the experience was terrible. The people working seemed like they just wanted to get done with work and leave.

I have been their customer since long.

I used to visit Vijaynagar branch and now I’m a regular customer to RR nagar branch.

My hairstylist Mr. Mohan understood my requirements very well and gave me the haircut I wanted.

Service is bad sometimes, and good sometimes. Didn't finish the work properly after threading eyebrows. Also, they don't give bill. They say online they will send; but they don't. Vandana and Kavita might want to improve their skills

Poor customer service. They want u to buy scoops before even u can decide what u want. Sarcastic staff and scoops served less than prescribed quantity

Hi All worst ever saloon please never ever visit this they took 4000 for a facial and products are full alergitic worst ppls too they use some local creams s.cheap products.it's more local

I feel bad seeing things aren’t still in ppls mind after suffering so much, every business has its tactics and that’s known but if you forget hygiene in that route how would it go? In front of me they used my nail filer to other person and the same again to me, what if that lady gets any problem because of me or viceversa?
Staff named Kavitha from Rajarajeshwari nagar branch I guess I have never seen a lady like her since I started my salon session. Please don’t take two or more clients if u don’t have the occupancy and service for so much, kindly don’t talk about hygiene and sterilisation please do follow that

Visited the salon for my daughter Haircut. The hair cut was done so good. They were gentle, humble and professional. (Ambika is the Salon stylist)

Naturals i had very good experience i went gor an hair cut a week before they did my haircut has expect and they have very good qualitied products there is a skilled staffs with good response towards customer, very cleanly maintainance of the naturals and they even take care of safety of customer a very nice experience for a 1st visit

The salon keeps up to time and are v professional. I have had experience here specially with a staff. Ms. Ambika who is patient and provides good suggestions when asked.

It was a great experience, as per the skin types Madam Navneetha did the bridal facial and bridal makeup. She made up day special.

I visited the RR Nagar branch last month for a haircut and this review is about the safety precaution that the staff are taking during the Covid times.

Customers are asked to sanitize their hands and are given disposable foot covers, which is good. Now, what I was not happy about is that the stylist asked me to take my mask off when I sat down, claiming that it would obstruct the scissors. The mask that he was wearing was just covering his mouth as not his nose. When asked to wear the mask completely, he said that his breath would fog up the face shield.

Only the scissors and the comb were placed in a UV sanitizing box. Other equipment such as hair trimmer, hair brush, styling scissors, coloring bowl and coloring brush were NOT sanitized and were taken directly from the equipment tray and were placed back into the tray after using.

The cleaning lady in the salon was walking around without a mask which made me very uncomfortable.

A note to the management: The business that you’re in is a hot spot for infections and people expect you to take stringent safety measures behind the scenes as well. Providing foot covers and disposable robes are not sufficient.

Very friendly staff and provide good tips. Kashi hair stylist made my day by giving a new look for my hair. Got my KERATIN treatment done. Thanks to Kashi.

I went to naturals yesterday for my haircut and kashi did that. And he was awesome.i literally in love with my haircut now. And my friends also loved it. I recommend u all to go there if u wanna a hair cut. It may be little costly but worth it.

The staff there actually suggest a set of various styles for an occasion.
The speed at what they work depends on the style.
I was ready for an occasion within 20 mins.
The place is huge and spacious, it has seperate places for women and men.
I saw a lot of men waiting at the reception for their service.
So this place is just not well know with women, even men prefer it.
So do visit this saloon when in hurry for a function, or just to make urself feel good.

Service was awesome. Kavitha is patient in explaining the details of every service. Keratin hair spa was impressive.

The place used to be good up till February 2019. This is a review I am writing after 4 visits to the salon since February 2019. After that, my experience has been very bad. The salon has not been hygienic each time I have visited and the staff are very inexperienced and unprofessional. It shows in the work they do or the number of times they apologize. They need lessons on waxing and how to handle nails. The reception staff are extremely annoying to get you a membership renewed rather than being concerned by the bad service provided.

The only thing good about the place is its spacious area. Really need improvement else customers have other choices.

Hi everyone. So, this was my first time when I visited to salon with prior appointment for saree draping, hair styling n makeup. I was little nervous because I never been to this place before.but after service given by Kavita di which was par the excellence. She's so professional. I must say please do visit to natural salon RR nagar.

Worst parlor ever. Here beauticians behave like sales people. Instead of doing there job they keep in irritating for their product sales. Zero value for money. I tried for layer cut which the beautician finished in 5mins amd charged in Rs. 885. What a waste of money! They should rather stop irritaing people convincing for membership and product sales and do their job properly first.

Too Over priced for no reason. Every time I visit, whichever service I end up choosing, I’m left dissatisfied and end up paying too much for it.
It’s not worth so much money. They’ll burn my skin with their waxing or make a Blunder with haircuts. Not happy.

This places offers a variety of services at fairly reasonable price and also the staff here is quite courteous. The services provided by them are at par with most of the top end salons also the ambience is pretty good. Overall it's not a bad place to pamper your body.

I have been a regular customer of this saloon. It's spacious and the staff members are very courteous and helpful. They have very good professionals to attend to hair dressing and other services like facials etc, I am very satisfied with this Naturals.

I am a regular customer in this Natural Rajarajeshwari Nagar. I usually like all the services and do not have issues with this salon except one.
Its my second time same issue with particularly one lady who cut my skin at the same place while doing upper lip threading. I should’ve noted her name but I dint think of it that time.

She was rough, fast and careless while threading. I told her to slow down but she didn’t. She keep telling ok but she maintained the same speed. Looking at this I told her to be careful as it might cut skin which I do not want and for that she said, she will and nothing will happen. But as I was doubtful it got cut.
When I told her that she had cut my skin, she is blaming me for not keeping skin tight. But she is the one to correct us if its not tight which she didn’t and moreover she was so fast that she was not even giving time to tighten skin. She just do not care.
I reported this issue to the receptionist last time and she said that she is an experienced employee and good at her work and this might be a mistake.

I considered it as a mistake and did not hesitate to take service from her again. This time she was again doing my threading and again she repeated the same thing. Even after cautioning her to slow down and not to cut the skin she cut my upper lip skin again. For this I reminder her about her similar last accident.
This lady is so arrogant that upon her mistake she told me to ask for someone else to service next time. This is how she is. She is least bothered careless and non-apologetic about slowing down, caring about customer and improving herself. This is how she is.

I am highlighting my bill number here i.e KA0052/793, so that admin take this seriously. As just because of one person the whole salon shouldn’t be affected.

Have been a regular customer from three years. Excellent service and professional one at that. Receptionists r very friendly and courteous.i got a facial done the very first time with Kavita. She did such an excellent job that it has never occurred to me to try anyone else. Thorough in her work, friendly and professional in her demeanor.
I took a body massage once from Ali and have never asked for another. That is how good the staff are there. And the ambience, the soft music and the hygiene is almost in par with something u would find in US

I am Happy for taking a good service Awesome experience visited for the first time for a Haircut facial and I insisted that PRAVEEN would do it as I had read amazing reviews about him.

What I read is what I witnessed. I was very comfortable did not feel like I was there for the first time. A BIG thanks to PRAVEEN who made me feel really comfortable and suggested different things for my hair style.

Horrible place,
I went here for a hair spa.
The duration of the entire service was only 25 min and was not at all relaxing, and the attitude of the staff was very BAD. It seemed like she was in a hurry to complete the service

AC is not turned on, they don't have a hair steamer. It was not worth 1000rs for a hair spa.

In spite of informing the staff that I was not satisfied with the service, she was least bothered about my satisfaction and did not do anything to make up for it.

All services are expensive along with 18% service tax.

This is a perfect place to get a changed look. Kavitha is my all-time favorite stylist! She is just too good and understands our needs so well. I will give her a rating of 5.

They provide a variety of services but they are quite high priced. Service is good and staffs are friendly.

I had been here for waxing. The staff was in hurry to finish her task and run. I have got full rashes on my underarms and hands. They don’t have well trained staffs. Very disappointed.
