I have shown the haircut I want and explained what to do and expected to be done for the haircut. And what the stylist did is the normal layer cut which I don't want. I was very much disappointed. But she has done a good job with pedicure though.

Had a wonderful experience in this Naturals. Sateesha especially took the extra effort of making sure I felt comfortable and was patiently and carefully doing all the treatments. Would definitely recommend others to come here and ask for Sateesha especially.

I felt these ppl are for making only money and not for the service.moreover the guy Satish who gave me a head massage service was very pathetic.he was kept on talking talking talking/ blabbering unnecessarily.no use of head massage.there is no no water for head wash, no proper hair dryer after head wash.so pathetic.and the service area was so stinky and i literally asked to spray room freshner

Guys I do not recommend this place at all.
I did full highlights of my hair for which they charged 5k + taxes. After 3 days when I wash my hair, the colors are coming out in very heavy quantity. Color coming out like I have played Holi just now. On touching my wet hairs, my hands become red, can't even soak it on towel because the towel is becoming red.
Secondly, this is very unhygienic place. When I went for facials, they definitely used spit on my face. Even if they deny it, I know what I saw.
Highly not recommend.

Not the right place! I always get my haircut at YLG and they never failed me. This time I didn't had much time hence tried this salon nearby to my place. The lady Soumya who did haircut was good in communication and keeping me engaged but was not enthusiastic when it came to haircut. She just wanted to finish the job. On top of that, 2 guys and a management lady constantly bugged her with other works. In the past 2 years I just cut ends on my own hence my hair almost touched the hipline. I was expecting a beautiful haircut because of my long hair. But NO that didn't happen! The setting wasn't done neatly. She kept hurting my hair because she was in hurry. When the haircut was completed I saw at the end some of the hair was looking odd. When I told her this, she just cut the extra hair randomly! And I paid 1200 bucks for this. These salons are looting people. I could have gone to Jayangar and get a beautiful haircut. Yeah, it was my mistake to go here. Not doing that mistake again. BIG LESSON LEARNT!

I got service haircut and facial from sowmya she's very good at her work.sowmya did a great job in giving me a complete makeover basis the haircut of my choice. & also manager was very kindly tq so much for giving me a wonderful service happy face.

I had been for hair cut. Had told to reduce just 1 inch but the stylist does according to his wish and made very very short. At the end they said sorry and did not charge for their blunder. Came out of their salon very much disappointed. I would strongly suggest not to visit Akshaya Nagar naturals branch

Amazing service by Rajini Shetty. I went for a haircut on Auguts 18th. The haircut done was superb, she gave a lot many suggestions on my hairtype and answered all my questions. Overall, 5/5 experience.

Haircut was good although the length was cut shorter than I told the salon stylist.
Customer service was completely unsatisfactory - rough handling like in the olden parlour days. Not a salon level professional customer service.

Very high price be careful with the staff check the bill twice they charge me for 2 neck detan where else I have only one neck.check my bill its on 25/26 Oct my name is shankar you can find a bill copy with you.

I had the most amazing experience at the naturals here. I have visited a lot of branded salons but this by far has been my best experience. Both Rajani Shetty and Jyoti provided services to me and they are the best people there. So humble and sweet. I told them about my wedding and got so many advices free of cost. They were so adorably sweet and constantly helping and suggesting severals things that I could do before wedding. All the suggestions were genuine, including home remedies. Felt home coming here. Kudos to them and the whole team. Best experience!

Overpriced for their quality of service. When I asked the charges over call they say differently and when during the payment they charged differently (almost double). Feel cheated. No safety procedures, unprofessional attitude. Will not recommend anyone to go there. Didn't even gave the bill.

Pathetic service, unproffessional behavior and aggressive body language. Haircut is over-priced, they decieve people by saying stories, lazy and mean staff. Special mention for Rajini who gave a pathetic service to my wife and started talking rough when her manager confronts her, her body language was not professional so I asked her to stop talking and paid then walked away, I wouldn't have given review if they behaved proffeasionally!

Advise to management:
If you think you cheated someone by decieving them, it is you who going to get effected in longterm - because, you will not get recurring business! Have ever gave it a thought? - I don't even expect that from, you know what? , you can't look beyond your nose!

I am a member and client of naturals from a very long time. Any state I go I try finding naturals salon to get my services done but this branch of naturals disappointed me to the core. I visited here for the first time. The staff has no professionalism and was literally forcing me to do what I didn’t want to and beyond all that the service was pathetic and never stuck to the procedure what a experienced staff of naturals would do. I felt like I walked into some local parlour and payed hefty amount for such a service.

The stylists give attention to what you need. Good hygiene maintenance and customer service. Mr. Nadeem has been styling my hair and beard for a long time now and he is really professional at his job.

The owner of the Solon does not know how to cut hair, feels she knows too much about hair cut, when asked for a small trim (half a inch to remove split ends) she cut half your hair off and then say ok now you can grow it back. Horrible horrible service! Please if you love your hair do not go to naturals Akshayanagar! Ever!

Very well maintained. Have been a regular here, and love the service personnel especially Rajini Shetty. She was very nice, liked her and her suggestions. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a Salon around this area.

Quick and Efficient

Met Hair Stylist Nadeem and I must say he did and excellent job. He is talented and highly professional. He understood my requirements quickly delivered it to a T. I am normally very picky when it comes to setting my beard but this guy left me super impressed.

Had kids haircut by a old lady out there. She Doesn't seemed to be a hair dresser. She did hair cut like vegetable chopping. Unqualified and lacking professional experience. Waste for the money they charge.
