The staff is rude never give you the complete details
They have certain rules which the staff refuses to say

I got my hair cut at Natural Salon on 17/12/2023. I used to be a regular customer because their service was good, but recently, their service has not been up to par. I also shared a photo of the incorrect haircut, but the manager did not respond. If this continues, I will never come here for a haircut again. It's not just about spending so much money, but also not receiving proper service.

Subhash, who did keratin treatment for my hair was very professional and he did it very patiently.

Had a really great experience. Priya helped me with deciding the color and getting the best one for my skin color. I really loved it. So so so good. Great massage during the hair spa as well. She was so warm welcoming.

I find them a bit too lazy and money minded - Their staff isn’t well equipped and the day on which I needed an appointment - They denied - The problem even isn’t with the denial but the way how it was denied - The entire staff including the receptionist needs soft skill training!

Updated review after my visit on the 30Apr2023.
I wanted to get highlights done - There were 2 options 1 which ranges between 2000 to 3500 - Other one that’s charged per foil - It costs 450. I got 17 strips done.
I asked your stylist Lalitha at least 5 times about the one that’s ranged within 3500 + taxes. She only was keen in getting the foil ones done and was a bit frustrated each and every time I asked her about the other one. I was only given the details about the service at the bill counter once my colouring was done - Just to let you know my bill came up to 8024 INR.
I guess I kind of like the work done - But I will still think to visit the salon again - The staff must not force the service which is on the higher end financially- Just a feedback. I feel I paid more than what I should actually double of what I may have paid.

Absolutely the worst. I have been going to this place since the last 9 years and have seen this place degrade. Staff members such as Subhash act as divas (lack of professionalism, sleeping and snoring in the client service room, usage of pre used towels during service and lack of basic manners with clients). Staff member Priya is another rude staff whose purpose of coming to work is to gossip and talk to rudely to clients than providing quality service.

Frazertown Naturals of before is no more with lack of professionalism (Priya) and diva behaviour amongst staff (Subash) instead of providing the basic level of quality of service to the clients. Instead of providing a relaxing experience for the client, one has to endure such non sensical behaviour from such staff members. Not sure what the Naturals Area manager is doing with regards to service. Kindly focus on going back to providing a quality service experience instead of dancing to the whims and fancies of few staff members who ruin the entire experience. A total loss of 5k spent during the last service.

Edit: On giving a genuine feedback for the betterment of the parlour, the staff members resort to fake reviews (Subhash) to ensure this feedback is not take into consideration. Looks like Frazertown natural has lost its 'Service first' policy. Sad to see this state of the parlour after 9 yrs of clientship

Had been here for mother's day after getting to know there is an offer. But after reaching there they said there are no offers as such which was disappointing

Had a gud treatment for my hair as I was having to many curly hair but Lalitha one of the hair styler in naturals she was to gud and my hairs are really to smooth i thank Lalitha from bottom of my heart thank you so much ma'am@Lalitha Rakshen

I visited last week Saturday for hair cut they charged me 1500 tat female stylist did my hair cut saying it's layer come step cut but I can't see layers n steps.they cheated me as we come here for service to satisfy I asked in reception she is not even bothering to response me I paid cash but not got bol they said it will come in SMS.and they charged me for hair wash I recommend please don't visit this place it's very bad.more over I'm telling her how to cut she don't even bothering as her wish she did the hair cut. I need replay from the owner y did I din get my bill yet.and y so cheap service provided,

Very poor quality service and you might get cheated. Be careful. They do not have well trained or skilled team even for a haircut. They charge different to different people for the same service. You need to be careful and not get cheated.

I did keratin, highlights, hair spa and hair cut. The service was brilliant. Everything was done by Priya. She did it all so well and professionally. Will definitely recommend this place!

I have been here for many years, the services are good. Shyam provided me haircut and beard trim, he was quick and did a good job by recommending what suits best for my face and hair type.

Worst experience.she don't know how to talk to the client.the Muslim girl who work there don't have much experience.so I recommend you all not to take service with her.

First time haircut, hair style change and facial for a guy. Jeewan took care of me and it was a wonderful experience. He was patient, cool and detail oriented. If you are visiting naturals at Elements mall, definitely recommend taking appointment with Jeewan.

Lovely place to get your haircut, reasonable too.

Amazing service at Naturals. I took my 19th month for a haircut and Sameer did it sooo beautifully. Although my child cried towards the end, Sameer patiently completed his task. Thank you.

Priya is one of the most amazing person in the saloon she will you give you honest advise and her work is something to be appreciated

I really loved the service. It was a unexpected for me, my husband and his friend to just go to this saloon for pedicure without an appointment. But it was good choice. We got a cool eye pad and massage along with pedicure. Thanks Priya, Ayesha and Archana for the wonderful treatment.
