Naturals Salon & Spa ,Basaweshwara Nagar, Bengaluru

I have been visiting Naturals Basaweshwara Nagar since past 7 years. I am planning to quit this salon in favor of Spin.
1. The prices are on the higher side.
2. I was sold a membership card that was applicable for all service (haircut & shave) included. But today, when I went they said membership is not applicable for shaving. I had to argue to get it at membership rates
3.18% GST is charged for all service but they don't provide electronic generated payment receipt, they just provide a written bill and don't keep a carbon copy to maintain the register.

Could have been better, no complimentary hair wash, after hair cut no settling also, too costly, disappointed,
Staff may be strictly instructed to wear the Mask which they are not doing

One of the worst saloons in Bangalore. Not proffessional. Gave hand in last minute for a event. We had booked an appointment for 9: 30 and they were unavailable at that time. And asked us to come at 11: 30. Very unprofessional irresponsible staffs

Natural Basaweshwaranagar- Sujatha: Good hair care regime and service provided by her! Very much satisfied with every sitting be it hair spa or keratin! Hair care in Naturals will always be with Sujatha! For all other services too Naturals is a go to place for me!

The service is really great, I would like to mention miss suvarna, really sweet and professional, really happy with the result

Hairstylist 'Asif' is the person to go for to make your looks come into reality as wished. Very much satisfied with the service with humble and polite behavior. Any alterations will be promted and explained thoroughly before getting to work. Asif does have good knowledge about skin care also and head massage is the best.

Haircut was not even. After I went home. I had to cut strands of hair that weren't cut.

Wasn't very much satisfactory, No complimentary hair wash which is now very common in Salon. The hair dresser was professional. Hair cutting (for men = It was okay) (For women = It's good).

Visiting this place regularly for last couple of years. Very good service and friendly people.

Excellent real name for a real ice cream so naturals! Staff Ramya is a great customer service excellence champ. It has made me and my family visit repeatedly for the humble hospitality of Dear Ramya

There is no basic hair setting or water spray with this naturals, After asking them also they haven't given basic hair settings for U cut which I took. Haircut was not proper, I couldn't find good shape with my hair.
I couldn't find worthy here. It's better to prefer normal saloons than this.
The guy who did hair cut he himself decided the hair cut though I have alrdy told him abt my required haircut and after some conversation he is telling me abt this which costs 1000/- with 18% of gst.

Men’s Haircut and Facial Grooming - Service is just adequate. Very pricy. I’m gonna stay away for sure.

I have a payment made at your place for 2 men's hair cut paid Rs. 826 in Aug.

I came again for a hair cut and paid Rs. 418 some time in Oct.
I never had got even a suggestion on this membership etc,

People who are at the desk need to suggest the new customer / even who is returning with your membership / value services which will reduce the charges.
Hope this review is worth for that purpose. (not trying to include 3 exclamation marks)

Haircut/service was good. The reason for 3 stars is I saw some staff walking around without masks. Given the current situation that is a scary thing.

Very bad manners by saloon stylist asked for a style but did his own! Spoiled my hair and beard. Colouring was bad.

Not value for money. They charge a bomb for head massage but the entire massage duration is just 10 min - from the time of applying oil to the finish. I'm like dude it takes 10 min just to apply oil in Vcreate and spin just next door.
Avoid this place.massage at home.

Had a very good experience at naturals. Sujata from basaveswarnagar branch is very good in her job, professional too. She is very good in all her skill set and communication too.

Very nice service. Aneesh does. Nice haircut and take our feed back and does patiently how you expect the haircut to be done)

I recommend u to take service from mens staff vijay, suresh and babu.

Their products spoiled mine and my sister face, I choose Naturals big time for their service and quality, but Basaveshwar Nagar branch literally disappointed us badly, we may take long time to over come the damage.
