I request everyone to visit any other naturals apart from this one.
My family is a regular customer at naturals and I have their membership from last 5 years. And today when I visited here for my sister's haircut, my sister asked him to do a straight haircut, but he ended up doing a layered cut just because the price was high. Even though we asked him to do what we asked for, he tried to justify saying what he is doing is correct blah blah.
At the end when we went for billing, he didn't even take my mobile number to check the membership and apply the discount, instead just did some calculation on his calculator and refused to even show the bill, and asked us to pay almost twice of what the straight haircut would cost. We asked him to call his manager but he started giving reasons that he has gone out for lunch blah blah
This was a total scam. Please visit any other naturals, BUT NOT THIS ONE!

Akash did a very great job making my hair soft through hair spa. Awesome hair cut too. Planning for a keratin treatment in my next visit. Very friendly and welcoming. Thanks to akash!

For hair trimming, they are charging 500/- and that too no shampoo or shaping or anything.
In the name of fruit facial, they are charging 1200/-, but doing nothing no massage. Totally waste of money and more over they are charging 18%gst.

I had gone for a hair spa and styling as I had to attend a wedding. Suraksha, one of the staffs gave me a beautiful look and a relaxing experience. We had nice little chat as well:)

Visited this branch of Naturals today for my groom's makeover. I opted for Mr. Akash as my stylist as i heard very positive feedback about him. He was very patient in understanding my needs. He suggested facial and hair spa packages based on my skin type which will also be suitable for the occasion. His way of working is very apt and he was very patient in his work. I visit naturals jp nagar regularly. Best service provided by Ruksana. Impressed by her attention and work culture, I started regular visit to this parlour. Facial experience is the best. I dont do services if she is on weekly off. One of best service provider for hair colour, eyebrows, facialials.

Service was not upto the mark as a standard salon. No facewash after shaving, no shaving cream used After beard trimming to set. Not worth the money spent

They have made my haircut worse. It looks horrible. I had asked for round soft layers and not to shorten the length but they have given three step layers on a hair length which is only till shoulders. It looks horrible!

Got a hair coloring and it was a very good service, liked the hair coloring from the hair dresser AKASH, Happy with the service, hair treatment.

I felt it's very costly though. They must provide the discount option as well.

Dangerous especiallyfor men! They have got all inexperienced people (maybe to save cost) who don't know how to use even a trimmer. They scrape your skin off.
