Worst service ever. They made me sit for half an hour and post half an hour they asked me to leave saying that they are not available.

I went to naturals for waxing. The place was very unhygienic. The towels used were not clean and had hair on them. The sheets on the bed was very dirty. The girl who did my waxing burnt my hand with hot wax. It has still not recovered after one week.

I came for a haircut, beard trim and facial. A huge shout-out to Sahil for his services. Will definitely be coming back!

I am a regular member at Naturals, I like the service provided by Sahil. He is really talented and understands the sepcifications. He is also very friendly. I am happy with the service.

Head massage is a sin at this place. The guy was beating my head like it is some akhaara. You might end up with a migraine. They would put hot oil and then inform u that hair wash is only with cold water since the rates ate all wires. The cold shower seat was under a blasting a.c. The place was more full of flies. If u ask for a tissue paper coz the head massage and wash will still not clear the oil all over, they will give u one one tissue paper with the same oily hands. There were three change in hands for the service by the end of it.

Worst service ever. The manager Karthik is trying to cheat. He is very rude and arrogant. It happened to me twice.

1st Incident:
He is charging for hair wash and setting after hair cut which was not the case before. I got layer cut done and he charged me 1500+gst previously for the same thing naturals used to charge me 750. He said he updated all prices 1 week back and they didn't inform me about that. After all this he is blaming me that I am rude for asking about prices and I am trying to take free services from Naturals without paying.
2nd incident:
I went for waxing for face sides. I asked the staff what is price for 2 sides they mentioned it's 120 after confirming with manager Karthik. I said ok and staff did it. While billing he charged me 240 saying for 2 sides it's 240 not 120. I started questioning and he checked with staff and understood he is wrong. He tried cheating me again. When I questioned he started shouting on me and started blaming me

He doesn't value customers. He is very rude and he blames us. He is trying to cheat. All prices have been changed and not informed to customers.

I am not going to Naturals Bellandur anymore until he is the manager. But I am writing this review for others to be extra cautious.

Asked to cut hair straight, did not understand anything and spoilt hair by cutting U and making excuses. Manual work done by not even using a trimmer. Pathetic service.

Pathetic customer service, No AC was working apparently (out of the 3 installed). The place was smelling bad as well.

Quite bad experience with the hair stylist. He was almost pulling my hair and also when they washed they used cold water. I am never going back again

Worst experience ever. The manager Kaarthick is so rude that he shouts at the customer and says to get out. He tries to cheat customers by quoting the wrong amount and highlighting an exorbitant bill. When questioned he shouts at you and asks you to go to customer care if you have guts. He is an epitome of worst customer service and better avoid it. He threatens you and behaves so rudely that I feel scared for my life. He went on to come at me and shouts at even women around when they tried to say he is wrong. Not sure how naturals as a company employing a goonda like him. I strongly suggest everyone to avoid this salon as long as Kaarthick is around.

I had my keratin and highlights done by Mr. Yusuf. The quality of service provided was very good. I had a very bad keratin experience before but here at naturals, Yusuf was very patient and deliverable a great service. I am very happy with my keratin and highlights both.it took around 6 hours to complete the process but it was worth waiting.

Got my hair colour done here and it's an amazing place with great service! Bijay was quite meticulous in recommending colours to me as a newcomer and in styling my hair.

Jiya the way she did eyebrows I didn’t got to the pain I was overwhelmed with her service thank you naturals

I went there for Hair Spa and Hair cut. Great service provided by Mr. Hasan. Though I have reached late for the Spa but he had done his task very patiently.

I just visited naturals for a haircut. I called and confirmed an appointment and I wanted a U cut and they mentioned the cost would be 350/- including a hair wash.
After I got a haircut done, they charged me 750 (and the bill says it's layer cut which is not what I got, i got a basic U cut). The guy who cut did a shoddy job, didn't blow-dry properly moreover charged us more than the actual amount on their rate card. When I asked they mentioned we charged separately for hairwash, but when I asked them over call, they said hairwash was included.
Worse parlour ever.

The ambience doesn't feel very comforting but the service is good. Really liked the staff

Worst salon ever; got a very bad allergic reaction after waxing. They don’t use disposable spatula and wash cloths and there is a very high chance they used old wax.

Update: had to go to the emergency ward to take injections because the reaction was so bad that it did not get any better with anti-allergic pills.
I would urge ladies not to go there for any skin related work as they maintain poor hygiene and use sub standard products. The salon should be shut down for not following the health codes.

Ruined my haircut completely, cut off half my hair without asking and then shortened it wayyy too much. The service was rushed and not professional, very disappointed

Pathetic experience.
They don't value customer time.
I had take a prior appointment which was confirmed by the salon, when I arrived at the salon had to wait for almost half an hour.
They should better not confirm appointment in case they can't provide service on time.

As a customer i have other things planned up.

Secondly I have taken package from them so I may have to be at with them until it gets over. Will not recommend anyone to take any package from them.

The so called manager Kartgik is a cheat. He would create fake membership account and and also keep the bill amount to himself
Did not send the bill and was telling a fake name under my number. Service was average. They don't have hot water so be ready foe a cold head bath.

This is the worst Naturals I have visited so far out of many naturals in different cities. This center is run by thugs. The AC doesn't work and as simple as the hair wash is done with super cold water.no warm water availble. The manager or people adonteven bother to say sorry for the worst service, rather they ask to go for additonal services packages etc. No water or tea/coffee served here. The service and quality is average. Hygeine is very poor, the staff are coughing sneezing and they dont wear mask.
No wonder all the saloons and parlours near by are always full and this one is almost empty.

I went there for waxing and it was a really bad experience. I was telling them to do it slowly since I have a sensitive skin, they didn't even listen to me once. I would not recommend this for anyone

Not a great experience. The person who was cutting my hair was more focused on how the last person had cut the hair than giving a good cut

Great experience. Eliza did my hair keratin treatment and was very professional, polite and helpful, the service was perfect and my hair feels great!

Visited this place many times for basic men's haircut and its good for that. Have taken a facial here once and the experience was not very good.

I got keratin treatment from thi place and didn't find it value for the money. In fact, I don't see any difference in my hair. Prior to this I had got the same treatment from other salons multiple times and the results were amazing. When I complained that my hair's still frizzy and I didnt feel any difference, they claimed that I was washing my hair wrong. I don't understand how I was incapable of washing my own hair after so many years

I got a haircut and hair colouring done by Yousuf. He was definitely very professional in terms of his knowledge in colour mixing. I was also very pleased with the haircut I got.

However, I felt man-handled with the way he treated my hair. I have hair that reaches below my hips and the way he blow dried it after the wash, tangled it terribly. To make matters worse, the way he brushed out my hair to detangle it, was inhuman to say the least. The experience was brutal and I've lost more hair in those 10mins than I have collectively in the past month! I kept pleading him to stop and let me do it myself, but he said "it would take too long if I did it". I think this shows utter lack of consideration. It was only when I was brought to tears that he finally stopped!

No doubt he is very skilled at his job but he definitely needs to be more gentle. As it was my first time colouring my hair, he was indeed very patient and reassuring when helping me to choose and recommend the colour. But the experience was ruined as it ended on an upsetting note for me.

My husband took their services for haircut and shaving for which as safety equipment they gave disposable mask and foot cover and very thin disposable gloves. The combined cost of those equipments must be hardly 20 rs if one buys in bulk. While other salons are even using better safety measures like the salon person wearing safety equipments, in naturals nothing like that was there. And even after taking a service for Rs 500, they charged us extra Rs 100 for those disposables. Not fair at all. Highly disappointed. Also the behaviour of the salon people was highly unprofessional.

Thank you Naturals for a clean, safe and refreshing parlour experience! As you have limited staff in this time, pls consider opening a little earlier to cater to days where you have more than 1 client in the same slot. Also, pls call and inform clients who have booked an appointment in case you choose to reschedule because of delays for any reason.

I recently visited this Salon for my anti hairfall spa treatment. The service was absolutely great. They took all the necessary precautions because of covid. Offered a mask as well. I must say the treatment was very effective. Gave me the required knowledge to take care of my hair at home.
Do visit. You would love their service.

Nice experience. Clean and hygienic. Staff following all precautions, and PPE equipment at all times. A different experience, but safe and same quality nonetheless

Excellent place. This is a delayed review. I had gone for a hair cut about a month back. They were taking very good precautions to address the COVID situation.

Got a hair cut done today. I was little skeptic to visit a saloon during this period. But they follow all safety standards. You are provided with disposable gloves, masks, apron. Chair and scissors are sanitized in front of you. Only two chairs are serviced at the moment. Nice and safe.
I recommend this.

Very unprofessional and rude staff works here. They try to cheat and don’t have ethics. They misbehave and try to cheat their customers. They tell different procing on call but in the salon they tell different rates and try to overcharge. Please never visit this salon at all.

I went to the Bellandur branch of Naturals for a fullr nage of services and returned extremely satisfied.
I was tended to by Alisha, who was very professional and adept at her work.

My experience is mixed for a reason. The haircut i did here was fantastic. However the hair treatment was so expensive and not effective at all. No change and i still have loads of hairfall. Facial was good. But didn't like the detan service.

They call you with different rates for haircut and when you reach there they will ask or charge more for slight changes they have to make to your hair.
Such disappointment.

I visited here for my hair straightening and makeover. Dilshad has really done a fantastic job. Also the services they give towards hair maintance is breathtakingly awesome. Manager is also very supportive.

I just wanted to give a special mention to Machina. She is kinda like a magician. Absolutely love all services provided by her, specially haircut & all skin and hair related services. She is an expert and makes sure you look like a queen after leaving the parlor. Thanks Machina for always bringing that smile on my face whenever I look in the mirror

Anmol: Good hair specialist, He has good knowledge on all products and give good advice for hair damage, dryness, style. He understands customer requirements and do the hair style as requested. From years I prefer natural only for hair cut.good Job

I had hair straightening from Machinawhich was superb good. I really love my hair now and Thank u so much Machina. She explained me every single steps & answered all my silly questions politely which I totally adored abt her. She is a great hair expert, customer friendly and good with all hair products. Still I'm getting hair care advices from her. Overall im happy & completely satisfied with the service given by Machina.

I went for hair makeover, Anmol who is a hairstyles professional assisted me with a great look and color and I went for it.

I suppose I got haircut from the wrong guy.
He totally messed it up and somehow managed to keep it look good.after reaching home realized it after a bath.he did it uneven.he was the youngest among the ones and least intrestes to do the work.team kindly make sure only the ones intrested to do the job does it.first time disappointed with naturals

They are cheating with people. I went and had a facial. After 2-3 hours, I got these sort of burning marks on my face. Next day I was to leave for my hometown. I went to their salon in the evening and they said your face will be fine by morning. I waited for 2 days but it didn't get better. I called them. First time they picked my call and said that they would call me in 10 mins. After that I kept calling them for 2-3 days but they neither picked my calls nor replied to my messages. BE CAREFUL BE VERY CAREFUL! This is all I can say.they are looting people with bad products.

I m here in Bangalore from last 9 months and I m very very peculiar about my hair. I live bellandur area. And I got to know about naturals in green Glen. It's a very good salon and the staff is amazing and friendly. Specially I would like to mention about herry. He is an amazing hair dresser,

Appointments can't be maintained here due to heavy rush, its noisy like a fish market.
Its too expensive for the ambience. Four Fountains nearby is far better, its premium space for a lesser price.

Don't forget - NEVER buy their membership, its a scam.

Went for colouring. Tbue said all natural hair dye over the phone. But used Chemicals. No naturals so still harmful. The service was good but very expensive. Not value for the money.

The service given by Jayanthi is so nice, I was with so much stressed but wen I went for facial I was so relaxed and all my stress went a very big thanks for Jayanthi.
Love to visit this place again and suggest you all to visit once for very relaxed and happy service,
