The service was good. But these people do not have proper pricing structure. I went there for hair wash and curling. After service i asked the receptionist to show me the price of curling i still can’t believe what he replied he said curling price is not mentioned in the catalog whatever their staff is asking thats the final price. He asked the price of curl from the girl who did curls for me she said 2000 and thats the amount i end up paying for curl and 800 extra for shampoo plus gst so i paid 3340 when i am the member of naturals.
The service charges are dependent on staff, they ask whatever come to their mind there is no proof of it.

Excellent service of natural saloon ballari done by yogita experience was very fantastic expect for future service too.

Adil the work is good and he is very friendly and i loved the cutting and beard and he is good in cutting!

My service is done by jyothi, she has done excellent job, I am very much satisfied and very happy for her service.

This place no longer has that good vibe that we used to get initially when it was inaugurated. The services are becoming pathetic lately. Also, one of the female staff was very loud and was arguing with the Receptionist which made the vibe very unpleasant. We visit salon to get the good and pleasant vibe, which was missing in the first place! The billing employees aren't very knowledgeable in their work. Overall this time it was a bad experience for me. Still gave two stars just because have been going there every time since it was inaugurated!

The service of the staff name by honey was the very good and his haircut is very stylish but we have only one problem from male manager will always made us to wait till 1 hour so please we request change the male manager

Hey this is customer of naturals since I’m waiting from 1 hour N the male manager is not even responding us properly we request uh to change the male manager.

The service was fine but the pricing is outragous the employees were not at all well acquainted with billing and totalling. The membership promisd 200rs off on every cut but we were only given 100rs off. It is not only about the money but the irresponsibility of the employees to fulfill what was written in the agreement. We except this from a well established company. We are deeply disappointed and this will be our last ever visit yo the salon.

Services are pretty good upto standards. Yogitha and Yassika their services are matching to expectations

Which ever hair cut maybe they shud take initiative n complete customers dreams.naturals not clean all the staff ll be using it n making dirty please stay clean ur parlour service.
