I got a good service and the stylist Satya akka had done great hair cut.
Overall good experience

Everything was good except the fact that they are charging a lot even for a slight hair trim.

Great experience, I went for the haircut. Thanks to Bibek for attending so well. He provided a really good style which suits the face cut.

My waxing, clean up and threading are done by Hima. She was very polite and well behaved. Highly satisfied with the service. Thank you!

While the facial service was good, experience was horrible.

Place seems to be not cleaned for ages, floor was untidy, towels were about to get brittle, room was untidy, loud music (played a song on loop).

The guy who gave a haircut to my husband seemed like just had lunch as his hands were smelling of tikka masala.

Place definitely needs a refurbishment if they want to continue attracting customers.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon one of my favourite salon because of Ms. Satyashe did my hair cut and spa, highlights from my hair she is professional expert. She is very friendly person like family member she take cares me a lot. She has a magical hands with everything I just loved my haircut.

I would prefer her for my next visit as well

They don’t know the difference between their own facials nor they know the ingredients. On call they said, we will check the skin and then recommend. Upon reaching, they were clueless and just recommending of higher cost ones.

Hair stylist Mr. Sukumar did a wonderful job of hair styling and shaping up the beard…flawless job beyond expectation…gave an amazing experience on my first visit. So I recommend others to place your head under the experience hands of Sukumar to have very unique experience

This is totally waste service - After spending so much time on the research i totally ditch my Friends Hairs - She was having such an amazing hairs, She lost almost of her hairs in the haircut, they don’t even listen to us, they do as thats their hairs— intentionally they promote to do membership, colouring, and hair treatments which is not at all required.
I would like to conclude please don’t waste your time and money in this and find the better choice.

Had a hair cut and hair spa recently! Sameer was the person who gave the services! He didn't even ask me whether I want hair cut with trimmer or with scissors! He simply started with trimmer and I was expecting he would cut lightly but he made it like a military cut! And the bad part is he left one side more cut than the other side!
I was disappointed with hair cut but Hair spa experience was better than this!

I had very worst haircut experience with sathya vathi she didn't t listen to what i said she did he own hair cut, i was having very long thick hair after haircut i lost all my hairs with less volume.i suggest not to spoil ur hair with high charges i paid 1.5k

I recently visited this place and Sathya has magic in her hands. She did a great job with my hair and she is very polite and attended to every detail that was mentioned. This has become my favourite salon now because of her.

Had the name of hair spa for normal hair wash and I had to pay around 1600 for a 15 min service. Don't know why they don't go for customer suggested one. The lady asked me to go for a hair treatment which costed around 4k when I asked for hair spa. I denied and asked for spa she finished it quickly like maggi. It was normal hair wash followed up by conditioner for 10 min. They didn't even dry off my hair properly after that. Had worst experience. This is too bad if Naturals are doing this and it is not good for their reputation. When I asked the lady name she also lied to me.

Used to have good experiences here before lockdown. Went to Naturals on july 2021 for eyebrows threading and haircut with my wife. She had a horrible experience with the staff. The staff was so rude because she did not agree to her suggestions or buy any expensive hair spa or cut. The whole experience was like she was paying her to sit there and have the cut.

Sandeep who cut and styled my hair is really a great professional person. He listens and caters to your need, and has his own views/expertise. I went for the first time for a haircut, and he transformed my look completely. I am definitely going back:)

The saloon is good but half of the products and facilities are not available.
I am looking for chocolate facial from last 3 months and i took membership just for that product now from last 3 months they are giving me an excuse of vendor problem and the chocolate facial is not available with them. Every time they will assure you and recommend you to go for very costly facials.the one which will best suit your skin will not be available with them next time. I will advise be wise before taking any membership

My first time at naturals, only coz there was an offer for cystine treatment (hence the stars). Although, effort put in for the treatment was good but three stars lost for unprofessionalism. When hair dresser needs to be pointed out to 'not be rough' while ironing my hair or to not use steaming hot water to wash of condition.they need more training ND experience.

I have done hair coloring for the first time, it was amazing. The new look which I got is than my expectations and l loved it. Hair coloring was done by Gulshal she is very friendly and professional in her work. Hats off to her work

Awesome and wholesome experience for my wedding. From my traditional wedding to dinner party, Mounika, Sandeep and their team supported really well for the hairdo, makeup, dress draping and so on. They came at very early hours to get all this done.
Sameer and Sandeep did a great job for the hair with keratin treatment.

They're a new team handling this store and doing an excellent job. Will definitely visit again for my usual requirements.
