Was really scared before getting haircut, but later on I was shocked. My haircut was too good. Just loved it.

I am really very disappointed with the service.
Everything was done in a hurry. If its late they would have informed so that i wouldn't have taken the service at all. You does everything for the customers satisfaction. But what is use of this. Not even hair set is done properly. Everything was in a hurry though i wasn't. If i ask they said its only so much ma'am its done properly only, what as if I haven't done it before. I preferred to come to naturals thinking they give service properly. Very much dissatisfied. This time it was really worthless. I literally hate the service which they gave.
Please dont take the customers in if you are in a hurry.

I am having the good services at naturals channasandra because of Sri lakshmi from past one year. She is well experienced and make you feel very comfortable.

It was a veryy lovely experience and time with Sree Lakshmi akka.she guided me really well all along.felt soo satisfying with her work.she did anti hairfall treatment and pedicure.i absolutely loved each and every bit of it

I asked for a formal cut but the barber did a disaster cut! My wife asked for threading to be done on eyebrows and face. The staff told her she will do face wax and it left her with heavy scars on face! When we called them and asked, they said they can’t do anything about it! Unprofessional and careless people.

Very cheap products are used in the salon. The waxing strips were getting stuck very bad service. Completely Unhygienic. I missed to take the pic during waxing. And most worst thing is they won’t use the wooden

Worst service ever. I had been for threading and usually I do face threading and coz of the pain the staff forced me for face waxing and she even told we have seen many face so we will know how to do and all. I told her my skin has become dry and I am scared of rashes and she told not to worry I will take care. Then did face waxing for the 1st time and she dint have the knowledge to apply Ice cubes after the waxing. I came home and applied ice cubes and next day morning my face has so many red wounds it’s literally like burned skin. I called the saloon and told them the male who picked the call dint know proper Hindi, kannada or English, later a lady spoke and she was shocked the other lady dint apply Ice cube and forced me for waxing and she is telling me we will not be able to do anything as the marks are already in face. Now I have to invest to derma for your untrained staffs. You guys don’t even have responsibilities. Earlier one staff commented me for my weight, but never told or complained anything now my face is ruined.

Very unprofessional executives. Took the service of a haircut to my kid and the stylist did the haircut as if he was doing for the first time. The haircut done is looking very bad on the kid. When this was told to him, he argued that it is correct and level. They don’t provide the bill also after the payment. The words and the actions the receptionist show to customers are very unprofessional.

I had a good experience with this salon, I went for hair straightening. Sree Lekshmi treated my hair very well with care.

Went in for a hair cut and spa.

Good:
1. Stylist (Sajid) understood the expectation and did a good job.

2. The hair spa and massage was well done

3. The pricing was good.

4. Good hygiene maintained (especialy COVID relevant)

Not good:

1. Loud Bollywood party music which was contra to the relaxing massage

2. The manager/owner having a loud business conversation in his office which was not so soothing for the ambience.

So in short - Good service in a bad ambience!

I did smoothening at naturals and it was very a good experience. They took really good care in every step throughout the process and I completely loved the result!

I came here one month back! I had keratin treatment for my hair done here and it's horrible my hair is back to its frizzy state just after one month. I only washed my hair 4 times. The people who did my keratin treatment lied to me that it will last for 6 months and I was very happy.but now omg I cannot even think how they could lie like this

Please never do keratin treatment here it's very poor they just lie to you about the treatment

And they took 9000 for this treatment!

Very nice experience I had. Enjoyed facial and hair spa by experienced spa. Friendly staff makes you feel special every time.

Worst experience. Covid protocols were not followed. Threading was done with thread in mouth. I will never visit again. She was not wearing mask while doing procedure. She didn't even care to wash her hands.
