I had a very good experience with Naturals hair salon. I was here for a hair cut and I a very satisfied with the whole experience. Ram was my hair stylists and he was very professional and suggested with the hairstyle and look. Overall happy with the service and salon experience.

My sincere request please don’t visit here for facial, my worst experience this should not happen for anyone. I went for facial and the person who did my facial she don’t no how to do the facial she was applying so many packs without knowing anything it started etching too much and burning sensation im doing this same facial from almost 3 years never felt this I thought she is following some other procedure later when I came home my skin completely looks like burned skin and the next day everyone felt bad about my skin I can’t even show my face to anyone I called them and told I want to talk to the owner they dint arranged the call nor bothered about this. Please I request no one to visit this place and suffer like me.

One of the better Naturals salons around. They have only a few senior professionals around so it would be good to book in advance. Parking might be not be the easiest as it's the main road and you might have to park a little distance away from the salon.

We had a fantastic experience at Natural's Salon and Spa with stylist Sanita. She's patient, skilled, and has a gentle technique. Her welcoming and jolly personality made us feel at ease. Highly recommend Sanita and the salon!

Pedicure is very poor. Spent more for crystal pedicure but still it is worthless and heels and rough as before only. Will not recommend for peduicure.

Previously it used to be the nicest saloon, but it seems to be declining with their services and products availability is minimal.

They started giving out fake invoices since the product is not listed in their system.

Please hire people who talk English as well. You guys are in the IT capital of india where several people across different regions are there. If you say we have people who speak hindi alone it is very tough.
Very disappointed because english is a basic language needed in a big shop in a city like bangalore

I am the customer of the Natural from last 2years. Finally, I got a good hair stylist in the HSR Layout branch. His Name is Ram. He has complete knowledge in hair styling and bear styling. Love the hair cut and beard styling he has executed. Like other, he dont eat brain to insist to take other service. Natural dont lose this type of person. Customer will come to you if you have good stylist professional

Excellent service and very courteous staff. Ram the hair stylist did a superb colour job for my hair, and Karishma who did eyebrows and waxing services also was too gud. The receptionists were also very courteous and professional.

They keep changing the appointment timing.

There are many branches but the one i went was above Mani's Briyani.

Was good before, but now they don't respect customer's time, or provide quality service. Messed up my hair really bad.

The only thing is they don't tell about the prices of what they are doing and then charge for it. I asked them for a beard trim but they charged it under beard styling. 4 stars because of the service.

Dilshad is my permanent hair dresser and does a fabolous job, he is a must every month. Should try him when here next. Keep up the good work

I went for hair cutting and hair stylist and washed my hair and he told me wait for 10 min because he had a prior appointment so I waited but it was like more than 45 minutes even other staffs were not dried my hair.

Bad service and misleading. Unprofessional behaviour from staff. Many other better places around. Even a different Naturals salon is always better than this specific branch

This people not keep up the appointments as scheduled. So beware of this people and also lack of resources so you have to wait for a very long time.

Went for a hair oil massage that lasted 10 minutes - was pretty useless with no pressure and a salon staff working half-heartedly at it.

Went to get my bangs trimmed on 20th December, I said "trim" to the woman who attempted to cut my hair. I instructed her every step by step. She carelessly cut a lot of my hair in front and now it's ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS! I couldn't stop but mention my feedback then but she forcefully kept saying you look like a doll to cover up her mistakes. I would blacklist this salon and more specifically the badly trained hair stylists they have here!

I would rate them a 5/5 anyday. I have taken a variety of services from Naturals and I have always been served well and good. The experts are highly efficient, are very advising and very honest. Meenu and Imraan are my all time favorites!

I am the member of naturals from last 2 years. I have done 6 strips burgendy red color highlights worth of 2100rs. It is completely went off my hair in 3months and even base color is also not visible. While doing they gave promise that atleast base color will stay for 1 or 1.5 years but this all are fake. When i complainted in this outlet they told that they can't do anything, and this is because of your hair not over concern. This is the worst outlet of all. I don't recommend to anyone to do hair coloring here because if it will go also they won't support you back. They don't respect client money. Very disappointing experience and manager won't listen your concern.

Didn't like the place. They don't attend customer even after appointment, make them wait long. Got haircut done from here and do not recommend this place for same. Got facial and waxing done too. Place is not much tidy and well maintained. I had a disappointment. Hope they recover as it's a big chain. Also this facility lacks enough employees in the facility.
