I took anti dandruff & anti hairfall treatment here today. The service was provided by Faizal. It was too good and very satisfying. I could see lots of difference in the first sitting itself. Overall experience was nice. Thank you!

I took a service from Kalpana and Reena gave me service. Very professional staff and amazing service.

I went for the upperlips threading, she did cut all over my upperlips and when I confronted about the cuts, she argued that cuts were already there! I was like Wow! Clearly blood was coming after threading, no sense of how to treat customers and not accepting mistake, on top of bad service!

Despite telling girl baby, The guy did boy cutting for my daughter.disappointment. Be careful and make sure he clearly understands and spell out what kind of cutting he is going to do, before taking scissors.

I took hair cut and hair spa service from this salon. Service was given by neha. Neha has done the job quite well and also suggested how to maintain the hair quality with her after treatment care tips.

Decent service, but the staff could have been a bit more gentle when it comes to waxing sensitive areas. However, the staff were friendly and took the advice promptly.

Went for a haircut and returned with terrible looking hair. Was told it will become alright after I have a wash.

Few days back I’ve done Detan from here. It costs around 2200/- (Face, Neck & Hands). I don’t know what they have done. Now I’m feeling like, payed for nothing. After the payment even bill they have not provided I’ve took a system bill picture on my phone. Very very bad service I ever had in my life.

Most pathetic naturals service i have got so far.they burnt my hands quite a lot of Times during waxing and facial was a nightmare. Never consider going here.

I went for hair oiling, massage and facial. Very impressed with the service and staff. I would recommend Priyanka for massage and facial. She does an awesome job. You will just love the work and feel relax with the service.
She is highly professional and experienced.

Geetha and Lakshmi did there Job very well. They took utmost care of my hair color and did nice spa. Staff and manager are very friendly and sweet in nature. They treat client as king.

Overall good, it was walk-in and they were professional for whatever availed services. It may be costly but par with any other similar branded shops. No complains, a good to go place.

It was very unhygenic parlour. Not at all upto the mark service. I got my eyebrows done and it was very badly done. My husband got hair cut which was very bad and on top of that he got multiple cuts.

This is an excellent place to go for any kind of grooming activity. The staffs are very kind and collaborative. The best part they will suggest a best cut for your hair and face.

The place is small for them to run Salon. Because of the space they run of the time and they are loosing customers as none of us want to wait for longer time

One of the best palaces to have a hair cut and hair spa. Ask for Murali or Venkatesh. They are the best.

Very bad experience. Both waxing and hair cut was unsatisfactory. Skin came off during waxing, not just redness but skin actually peeled off. Hair cut also, left not proportional with right. No effort from stylist to check proportions and also doesn't check with us for satisfaction. They take customers for granted. Be very careful if you are going there. I think a bunch of novices in skill and customer satisfaction. Will never visit again. Green trends was 5 times better.

Pathetic place for haircut! Also when I asked for Rica waxing, they used jeva wax and kept on telling that it's a brand of Rica itself. Stop fooling customers. GST is higb

Bad service. Got Hair spa done from here. She just applied two creams and did the whole thing in 20 mins. And they charged 2.2K

Do not buy membership from there, it is such a waste. Almost in all basic services the charge same to member and non-member customers. Sevices are okayish.

Haircut is not possible without appointment and even after taking appointment there is a long waiting time. Overpriced according to standards provided

Treat customer as money machine, don't tell cheap options, only sell expensive services and when asked to get a cheap combo to be done then have many t&c like can't be done on weekend, have to take prior appointment etc etc.

Very bad experience. Naturals reputation is going down because of very bad franchise! My personal experience - for hair cut DON'T GO naturals.they don't have professionals. Just wearing naturals uniform does not mean that they are professionals. To be honest, go for local hair cut shops, they do better job than naturals salon!

Very friendly staff, especially Raj has taken good care of hair and done great styling to my hair, I strongly recommend him for haircut and beard styling.

For kids hair cut don't go there! Today i went for hair cut for my daughter. No professionals or trained person there. Even local hair cut shop guys do better job!

Worst experience ever! Guys please dont go to this place for any haircare services. I went there for haircut and coloring and that lady was literally pulling my hair off from roots.i ended with the worst haircut of my life and on top of that the color also int come.to sum up worst hair cut, and ended up applying chemical son my hair without any results. I am naturals member and will never ever go to this place again.utter waste.am having sever hairfall after that bakwas haircut and coloring she did and my haircut is uneven.
I dont understand how u guys employ such people.and on top of that the receptionist and the lady who did my haircut starting talking in tamil and make fun of me saying the hair color din come what can i do n all.they thought i wont understand. I came out of the place quietly thinking let it be but once i came back home and saw the haircut i couldn hold myself

No staff for female service till 12 noon (Panathur branch). Not even any manager or supervisor. And this was not happening for the first time. Highly disappointed!

Good experience. Sumi is very good with her work n takes care of our comfort n goes out of her way to give us best services. Do ask for her when you go there.

I came to naturals for facial, eyebrows and waxing services. All services are good Sumi is very good in doing facial and waxing services and the way she treat the customers are very good.

The barber here keep changing, they dont have proper record of whose membership is expiring when, if you book for an appointment you will still have to wait, and if ask for a specific person he is never available. Did not like the service as well based according the prices.

Its disappointed me so much that hair designer is very less experienced and don't even know about how to give a professional hair cut. He damaged my hair style. The road side saloons are so better. I have visited other naturals branches in Bangalore, but this is my worst experience.

They don’t have half the services mentioned in their menu. Very lackluster staff. They don’t turn on the AC unless you ask them 3 4 times
Not cleanly maintained, and they don’t seem to care if you had a good experience or not. They weren’t very receptive when I gave them verbal feedback.

Professional staff with great services and cost effective. Weekends are generally busy so better to reach 5 mins before the appointment time.

Very bad experience and very rude and unprofessional staff. They did not listen to our requirements and were talking about doing something else entirely. She started discussing with other staff members that we don't understand. I've been getting my hair colored for the past 5 years and I certainly know what I'm asking for.

I have arriving since 2years good place to take service well experienced and friendly staff as well thank u naturals.

I don't wish to say anything rather I would say it took 1.30hrs for my hair cut.
Not at all satisfied and not worthed too spending here.

Being just a week old in the city, was finding a good salon near my stay. Found this salon, however the ratings were average and said that price was also high. I thought of giving it a shot and trust me it is really very good. Although the price are little bit high when compared to others but the service that they provide is great.)
