Did the hairspa and it was horrible. The staff took very little product and applied on damp hair then again sprayed water to spread. Massage was less than 10 mins. Its unfair to pay such money and get pathetic service.

I opted for hair cut along with threading services. Fully satisfied by the service done by Miss Nandini.

Very bad experience with Hema, I spent total 11k for waxing, haircut and facial.after completion of my service she and her friend calculating their profit. I asked only for face clean up but they forced me to take 5k facial but result was horrible. On next day Got itching and rashes.don’t believe their words and fake suggestions. Hema service was very very poor. Here prices are also high for their average service.

I have been going to this Saloon for a few months now. They provide decent service. I have gotten my eyebrows done (threading). It was pretty decent. I also got hair spa and hair cut. That too was done satisfactorily. They take a lot of care Special thanks to Nageshwari and Hema who was very friendly and at the same time professional. Will definitely go there soon

Naturals Salon at Mahadevpura is very clean. Maintained well. I went there for facial. Lakshmi did a great job! The way she did facial was really impressive. Best result. She makes customer very comfortable with her behaviour. She maintains hygiene.

Horrible experience. I went for face cleanup and the lady kept pushing for Facial. She haggled for 10 mins to go for Facial, because according to her cleanup wouldn't do anything to my face. Then why do you have this service if it doesn't do anything? And guess what only the pricier Facials were available. I left without using any of their services.

Hema is really fantastic loved her services her quality and professionalism is excellent. She had to much of patience and gives the best and makes the customer happy and comfortable I got the best service, she was too good her way and conveying and suggesting she was extremely humble and I really loved her work. Best place to visit again.

I went here on a Saturday, 10th Sep. Reached before the appointment time at 3, waited patiently after informing.still they only assigned a person 20 mins post 3 after I complained. Did the waxing and then started off on the pedi/mani and the drama started then.

They convinced me to go for their most expensive options, while promising me the best service. After soaking my hand n foot, the manager (Venky) himself asked my service person (Hema) to do another service and she just went off without informing. I was confused and initially watched her doing service on another girl. After 10 mins I asked her and she said 5 mins, n after 15 MORE mins, I asked again n she impatiently told me 'I said 5 mins right, please wait'. At this point I was soaking in cold water, shivering and her attitude without apology just made me lose it. Everyone kept on repeating that it was a busy day and while my services were still pending she just went off. Both the manager and Hema were very rude for a while and only showed up back for my service after 40 mins and by this time my hands were shriveled up n I had stopped soaking.

Basically paid for a premium service and got tortured and it didn't end there. 2 days later i cant use my palms properly as most skin has come off thanks to this AWESOME service.
Please don't go there if you have another option

Nageshwari from Naturals, Mahadevpura was absolutely friendly, professional. I really liked the 'no nonsense' attitude that she had. She didn't make any unnecessary comments or recommend any other service like usual staff members do, which was amazing.

One of the best parlour in the surrounding and reasonable pricing. Last week visited for waxing, Threading and hair wash services. Ms. Hema was really good at what she does. Threading eye brow shape was given nicely and she hears your need and acts.thanks for the awesome service:)

I was served by Hema. Very polite staff and hema did a very good job. Also the rooms are clean. She sanitized hands before starting.

I am really very disappointed with the service. Initially they forced me to take the package multiple times when I said no they convinced me to take facial as my skin was too dry and dull and it will get better with facial. It was my worst experience with facial, the cloth used for rinsing was causing rashes on my face still they kept on using it I said it burning but she said that it’s because your skin is too tanned. I had planned for other services too but I had to leave after having pathetic experience with facial.

Also the gown they provide you to wear is of very low quality it gets torn while wearing itself. I will never go back to this salon.it was first and last experience with naturals

Visited to check if Hair smoothening is possible for medium grown hair, After the hair stylist recommending to go for keratin instead smoothening which has protein growth benefits and it would be great finish and they said it will remain for 4 months, after the process the hair stylist said the finish will be not perfect after the final hair wash. The 2nd day after hair wash lost the shine and it was almost back to original and while i revisited the salon with this problem and another stylist cut the uneven hairs and leveled without my consent even after i explained what needs to be done. Additionally I'm experiencing more hair fall in after every wash. Overall it was a dissatisfied experience. I feel it was just the business they billed for 11k. Not Happy at all!
