Maheshraj and anita did really good job, i got hair cut spa amd eyebrows, and happy with the results.

Personally i liked this Salon alot. The way they are treating the hair is awesome. I would personally suggest Telugu people to go here beacuse we have a stylist who speaks telugu and his name is Sonu. I really appreciate his effort and work.

It was very good experience overall! I had my haircut and face de-tan done. Rishab has been really good and patient! It was a satisfying and pleasant experience overall.

I have visited Naturals in Ganesh Chaturthi, i had a off and so planned to groom my hairs which became so dull. I went for a hair cut and hair colour which is implemented by Suman who not only did her job with full dedication as well she suggested me the hair colour idea as well which turns out so beautiful. I have done my hair spa and it was wonderfully taken care by Raheem. Very Polite and Kind behaviour. He clearly explained the hair conditions and After care steps. Very nice service.

Pathetic experience. Got a haircut done. There is a significant difference in the length of the hair on left and right side. There were literally strands of hair longer than the rest at the back of the head. Very bad hair cutting skills.

They also do mis-selling. I had enquired about the hair cutting charges on call. They told me haircut was 700+GST. After the haircut they tell me it's 1000+GST.

Had a terrific time here. Visited the salon to get a manicure and pedicure. Ended up doing a keratin treatment for the hair and haircut with styling as well. The owner of the salon Mrs Yuvarani was epitome of professionalism. She patiently explained to me various options and their benefits and considerately offered me a discount too. I would like to specially mention two amazing people I met there. Anu.who gave me a relaxing session of manicure and pedicure. Rahim.the smiling, polite boy who performed the keratin treatment. Loved their company, care n attention.

Had a very bad experience. First of all the staff did not dry my hair properly inspite of me insisting multiple times, serum was randomly applied for a cloth. Application of shampoo and the whole service was terrible. On top of this they charged me extra as well.this "new rate" that they claim does not seem to available in the menu card. Random explanation that short /long hair.
Worst ever experience!

This shop located adjacent to the HAL Old Airport Road (ISTO- Wind Tunnel Road) in a prime location. Building has 2&4 wheeler paid parking facility. This is the first time am visiting this Naturals outlet and had visited the place on Sunday evening with a call in appointment but after reaching there need to wait for another 20 minutes. Due Sunday lot of customers has come and most of the staffs become drained out by evening. I can hear the staffs argument asking who will take the next customer & some want to leave for the day. Finally my turn comes and a newly trained guy who was in a 50/50 mind becomes lucky to play with my hair. He played well and now am adjusting it with Gel. Now the Test match start with my Beard and told him to Trim, the laxman Rekha which he drawn become slanting which I showed him and got corrected. Request not to play with a 50/50 chances, if the staffs are not ready kindly deny the customer, I feel that is much better.
I heard that the Shop Owner/ Manager left and the lady Supervisor was handling but not managed properly. I hope there is a room for improvement & management will do the needful. Thanks

Well maintained saloon with all safety precautions. Anu being serving me, first she is very kind and so patient enough to serve all the services i had asked her for. So so so so good massage. The facial massage had its own feeling of relaxation and the best. From spa to facial massage, it was so calm and felt really relaxed. Must visit

My first experience at Naturals. The manager at the reception was very friendly and helpful. And the haircuts are done well. Only thing is that everything is chargeable here. When I told the barber to make my hair little shorter whilst the haircut, he refused and said I'll be charged extra for 'change in style'. Then I spoke to the manager and luckily he was kind enough to spare me from the extra charge. Apart from that the place is well kept, neat and clean.

The stylists are awesome and take our instructions clearly. Tariffs are okay, lesser than the Lakme Salon nearby. The place is clean. Combo packages available, just ask the front desk. Overall good service.

I got a very short hair cut done for the first time. Based on my friend's experiences with many parlors, I was very sceptical to get it done. But my first try with short haircut is a big hit because of Sarika. Very professional, understood my need, did it very well. I highly recommend this place

I was amazed, the way they have taken safety in mind. The moment I reached I had to sanitise my hands, then had to wear gloves and wear shoe plastic as well. Before service the chair and bed was sanitised properly in front of me. Before any service staffs were sanitising their hands too. Lastly would like to appreciate Rina. She is just amazing. I was there for good 1-1.5hr however she dint made me realize. We had a good conversation and time just passed by. N also she is great in her work.

Good place. They take appropriate care. Intially they collect personal details and contact number. Check body temperature before entering. Provide gloves and shoe covers. Sanitise the seat adequately and frequently. Also sanitize the gadgets before use. The hairdresser wears mask glove apron and protective face shield. Hence get a high sense of satisfaction.

It was my first visit today to this branch of Naturals. Had great expectations but was disappointed for the O3 NATURALS RADIANCE GLOW facial as the massage part was not upto mark and charged 1600 but the lady was friendly and sweet. ️

I was utterly for the basic straight haircut for which they charged 350+ in the name of GST. JUST slight trimming nd hair spray. No water spray b4 trimming no setting nothing.

The worst service one can ever get in a salon. I would request anyone not to go to this salon especially for hair colouring and hair cut.they just overcharge you in the name of consultation which by the way is poor and they seem to be least interested in what you would be actually looking for. I had a very bad experience, feel like wanted my money which was more than the usual charges anywhere else but I opted for it thinking that since they would be professional and I was concerned with my hair. But the quality of colour was bad and I r reallygoing there. I confronted them but didn't get any positive solution to it, except feeling helpless. So to anyone, who is reading this, please don't trust this salon when they say they are professionals. You can save your money and time and most importantlyyou would get a better service anywhere else but not this one. Hope this helps to anyone who is opting for it.

I visited it on 22nd January 2019. I am a existing member in naturals but in another city, had to visit here as a unexpected plan for a haircut. The place is well organised and the staff were welcoming.

I was treated by a long haired gentleman Mr. Satish, to consolidate my experience in a one liner “Best Haircut I got in a while. ” With minimum of explanation he has managed to do the best judgement to my thin and blading hair.

Service by Ammu - she was very kind and generous with my hair & skin. Treated me very well, very friendly, and gave a lot of suggestions.would definitely visit this branch for her service, she was very patient and sweet.

One of the worst experience i have with this branch. He spoiled my complete hair cut, after combing my hair, it's nt gng to it's position and gvng akward look.worest very. Plz i i request reviewers to choose experience North India in the same salon, not that Telugu speking guy, he is intern over ther.

The stylist didn’t followed the instructions and made the haircut and beard a mess. I told him that he has ruined it and the reply was “ sir 2-3 din mein baal waps ayega” was kind of shocking. And a INR 500 + for doing nothing?

Staff here is not much experienced. Lady sitting at reception don't receive you or check with you for your queries. She used to busy on Phone. Staff doesn't provide good services. You specifically need to ask them to clean your face after eyebrows and upperlips. No lift available. Only staircase
