Very bad service! Had gone for hair colouring wanted violet colour and the hairdresser messed it up. Coloured it green, brown, violet. Such a disappointment. The hairdresser was not knowing how to do hair colouring and was not even apologizing for the mistake done. After this it took a lot of time to correct it but still there is some green colour left.

Found it very very expensive.compared to service. And compared to near by Greens. When i opt for hair spa.beautician there gave two options. 2100/- and 3500/-. I opted 3500/. But final bill they have 4130/-. 630 rs tax.they should mention earlier.
Very bad experience after the hair cut.guys don't be impressed by the way ur hair looks after hair cut.it's nly the setting that makes ur hair look good. I asked them to do layers, she forcefully convinced me for feather cut.they r so much in a hurry to go home that they just dnt give proper service.despite telling them many times they wil do what is convenient for them.treat all the customers properly.
Being a regular customer to Naturals Nagarbhavi, i had never faced such bad experience. I didn't want to put the review, but i atleast expected sorry from their end. I have paid 7k for the service but not at all worth paying after being disrespected. One beautician was way too arrogant. I didn't want to find the name, just to not mention her name. Please behave yourself and listen to customers requirements. I am known for being polite but you got on to my nerve very badly, that's the reason this comment. Call to my number and apologise, i will delete this comment. But frankly speaking you guys made my day hell, i have no mood to attend marriage because of you guys. You have made a single lady roam alone on the road in the night time. My suggestion is listen to customers requirements properly and don't take any services post 7pm, if you are so much guru to reach home.
As a regular customer of naturals nagarbavi, I had never faced such a bad, low quality, and low qualified front desk staff. The male front desk guy had no knowledge of whatever he was doing.sitting there like a dead duck. He was incapable of even explaining the services provided there properly. -visited on 11/8/22

Even after specially mentioning that I don't want any extra service, she (name Veena) simply charged extra and billed more than expected. Didn't feel good and cannot trust anymore. I don't want to visit again.
Went for my wife s haircut. They suggest their own medieval cuts. Her hair length was uneven. Asked for a U cut with layers at the back. The stylist suggested something that we cud not make sense of. Finally settled for shortening and some shape to the hair. That also one side was longer than the other. When brought to the notice.he said it is not so. Charged 700 for the simple not at all stylish haircut. And didn't even set my hair after cut. Dried it half n sent me.
The worst salon. I got my thumb injured after getting pedicure over there bcoz of the pressure she applied on foot while massaging it during pedicure and the sensiglow facial which i got was really worst and made skin dry and rough.they simply suggest you to go for costly service But u wont get any results after that.please think before choosing this Salon

Stylist has their own way of suggesting your hairstyle though u have done your styles before, they don’t agree for that saying it doesn’t suit! Next is the add ons which they want to sell, facial, hair treatment, shampoos etc etc! All through your time they keep marketing the same stuff even though you are not interested.
Its as good as any local salon. This place is for those who have alot of money to waste. The first time you go, they treat u well and tell u atleast 4/5 times to give reviews online. But then when u go again, they least care for you or for your money. So Naturals at Nagarbhavi is bad.
I went 9: 55am near saloon.it was closed, waiting 15mins.no one had come & open the saloon.this is not the first time.this is happen before also.please take strict action towards incharge who are responsible there.very much disappointed
Very bad at haircuts. Would never suggest anyone to get it done there. So unprofessional. I specifically told that i didn't want it short. And also mentioned her what type of haircut i want. Still she spoilt it. She was in a hurry to finish the work so did not bother to what i was saying. And now i regret going there. Please never go there.
Had a terrible experience today. Have been a regular customer there for 3 + years and this new guy just destroyed my hairstyle. Careful from who you get your haircut down because if they are new, you better don't get your hair done with them. Have lost my hairstyle due to this one unfit hair stylist. Very disappointed. Mostly will not go back to this salon again.
Reached at 8: 30 pm on a Saturday for a haircut but there was only one hairdresser and he had 3 customers on whom he was already working on. Had to go to another place to get the haircut.
I visited yesterday the saloon for hair cut and initially I clearly communicated that retain long hair. Remove only splits basically do to trim. Before she started chopping my hair I told her you are really making short such a dumb lady she is and didn't listen to me she just chopped my hair. I always prefer this salon and this branch and I have done many time hair cut in this Nagarabhavi branch. This time really disappointed and I really don't recommend anyone. She was in hurry to complete her work hence she is not bothered and listen what we are saying. I don't know her name otherwise I would have mentioned her name here.

More rediculous customer service. They don't respect the customer. You have to tell them their job and they get irritated with that.the salon incharge is least bit bothered abt the complaints you do!
