I had a fantastic experience @ Naturals spa and salon, New bel road:) I can't say enough good things about their services. Mr. Afshan, my hairstylist, did a hair cut and anti dandruff treatment also for my wife Ms. Roopa did an exceptional job in giving layers cut and creating beautiful beachy waves that exceeded my expectations.
Additionally, the eyebrows threading service was equally impressive. The professional was skilled and meticulous, leaving my eyebrows looking flawless.
Overall, I left Naturals salon feeling pampered and satisfied with the expectational skill of their staff. I highly recommend Naturals spa and salon, new bel road.

Horrible experience. After taking their best hair spa for 1500, there was no difference in the hair. But the worst thing was when I called back in few hours and complained about it. The manager did not take any action and disconnected the phone. You should definitely avoid going to Naturals bel road.

I had a worst experience from there. I went there for a keratin treatment for my hair, but they demanded 8000 for my short hair. It was not good for the price.comparatively, price is too much high there.pls don't go.

I had really bad experience, i reached there at 7.45, and they took me in for a haircut. During haircut the lady kept complaining 8 is the closing time and she has kids waiting at home etc. They could have just told they can't take appointments since its closing time. Rushed haircut. Worst haircut in my life. And I can't do anything with my hair for another 1 year till it grows enough length. And for that I paid 1.2k.

Horrible experience.
I got a basic haircut. It was done well. But slightly overpriced
Waxing on the other hand was a terrible experience. No hygiene. Was asked if i wanted the normal waxing or a pricier one. I chose the normal one. However i was warned beforehand that it won't remove fine hair. Owing to my past experiences with waxing i was okay with this. But when i went in they used a poor quality wax that just burned the skin and didn't remove any hair. And then i was shown this poor result and told its better to upgrade to the pricier one. A poor marketing gimmick i felt. And absolutely no hygiene. Rather prefer a local salon where they treat you better and are much more hygienic.

Waiting time is literally more than 1 hour even when the appointment was fixed with the time as confirmed by naturals. Lame excuses

The place is nice and clean, I went for a hairspa, which was done just to get over with customer, I mean steam was given fir 5 minutes and same for massage, atleast more time should've been given.

Their service was not satisfying. I went for cleanup and they are not doing it properly. Not taking any blackheads or white heads. Not massaging enough.only on face they are applying creams.they wont even touch neck part. They will just apply cream and wipe it off. They will keep the mask for some times. Nothing else was doing. I was shocked when she said cleanup is over bcoz she didnt do anything for putting 3 cream and one mask i gave 850, atlest she could have massaged little.
