It was an excellent experience that I had with Naturals saloon in Vidyaranyapura. I really liked the hygienically mainted saloon, also their staff was very welcoming and well behaved. I had my haircut and beardstyling from Mr. Vamsi, he was professional, polite and best at his work. Although I had an appointment at the time of closing, they didn't show a sign or urgency and attended me as usual. Keep up the good work. Thank you Naturals saloon for a wonderful experience.

I recently tried Naturals Salon in Vidyaranyapura, Bengaluru. Firstly that was not my planned visit, but still I had my haircut without any delay. Vamshi was my hair stylist, he is fantastic and really did a great job with his skills. He was so polite and explained everything very clear about maintaining and styling hair. Today I visited the Naturals Vidyaranyapura salon to get my eyebrows done. The cost of the eyebrows is 60 rs. When I visited the receptionist checked my temperature and said I had 100 degree, which is false though. I do not have fever. The concern is if indeed I had temperature, she should have told me that the service could not be provided as I may have the virus. But she asked me to pay 200rs which is four times the price of the service! What if I had the virus? ! Are they okay to provide the service by charging high for those who are affected at the cost of others life. This is a serious concern! Very disappointing. I don't have temperature as I got checked and got the service in another reputed salon in Vidyaranyapura!

They are charging four times the usual charge. I have membership card but they charged me usual charge instead of member charge. Why would they charged 500rs initially for membership if they are not giving any benefit of it. Dont go here. They are there to loot you. Most of there staff have also changed after lockdown, and new staff is not skiled and talented.

Vamshi did a really good job with my haircut and beard shape. The place is on first floor next to an ayurveda centre. Nice and clean ambience. Professional workers with quality service and welcoming smile on their face. Looking forward to visit again.

Hi I keep visiting naturals in vidyaranyapura.my previous experience are decent but recently I went there for haircut beard trimming and face CLEANUP, haircut and beard trimming was good but after face clean up my face was SWOLLEN and started ITCHING.when I spoke with them they asked me to use icecubes to wash my face.even after one week now I'm still facing itching on my skin.

I got my dead sea pedicure and manicure done by Miss Anamika. She was really polite and sweet. I am quite satisfied. I will visit the salon again.

These people send trainees to cut children hairs. They have spoiled my daughter's hair. On complaining they say that the damage is already done. And nothing can be done now

Sarah did a full arms, underarms, and legs wax (I got the golden type wax) it was great. She was very kind and helpful. I also got my eyebrows done, she was great and did exactly what I wanted her too. Finally, I got an upper lip wax, it was handled very well.

Service is very poor.they are only interested in suggesting costliest service.inspite of opting for costlier facial, the service received is of low quality.small parlours provide better facial at a much lesser price than natural's.very disappointing experience.

The employees of this center treat you with hospitality and respect. Happy to be a customer for enjoying such a wonderful service from female staffs with a smile. My favorites are Divya and Nivedita. Divya does awesome service with a great smile and very polite. The only flaw I felt is that the female staff in the reception, never seen her smile at customers nor respects. Acts bossy. Have seen her screaming in the floor at employees often in front of customers which is disturbing for customers too. Management has to take a call on such ones to avoid chaos and ensure peaceful customer experience. Hope they do

Pathetic service and staff. We had been to the place at 8 PM recently. It was Sunday and the receptionist behaved so impatient and she kept asking the service staff if my service was done. She did it so repeatedly that the staffmen who was styling my hair literally burnt my hair using blow dryer. He pulled it so hard and fast that, even after a month of cutting my hair there I could still feel the damage caused and has resulted in hairfall.

If they weren't intended to serve since It was their closing time. They shouldn't have accepeted our request for hair cut at all.

he took almost 25-30 mins sculpting my back head and then when i asked to show mirror.wooahhh amazingly worst sculpture.he had made 3 different shaded slopes and called it a "fade". I guess he was making me ready for next soccer worldcup,
and KANNAD (a) gothilla is the slogan everywhere.kalthkolro.i was happy he didnt sculpt "kannad gothilla" on my head.sacrificed my hairs for his creativeness
price is 170+, I'd rather have visited local saloon and got my hairs cut for half this price, wud hv been atleast satisfied till next haircut.

Good service but very pricey, staff newly joined and unaware of the price, initial explanation of the package was such that there is 30% off on it straight but once the service was complete, during billing, owner comes up with her own explanation on why there is no 30% discount. Totally incurred loss of huge amount of money and all that the owner had to say was - sorry, my staff has joined here newly and do not know the exact price of these packages. Dissappointed with this burn in pocket rather than being happy for the service received. Dear owrer, you better train your staff on exact pricing and dont cheat on customers for all cannot afford this huge difference in amount after completing the services you provide. Very bad experience and shall never visit this place again nor recommend anyone to go here. Request all of you to check the price thoroughly before getting any service done here to avoid any last minute surprises of huge difference in price at the time of billing.
