I had my hair coloured for the first time done by Subiksha. She did it so perfectly and I'm super satisfied.

I got a very good offer booklet card and the offer was very attractive and I had taken manicure and hair cut which was very good.given by Pavitra, loved the service it was just WOW

Honest review:
The worst service ever we got. My husband had a hair cut and that look was atrocious. Irrespective of the service you are taking, the outcome is definitely worst.
I can’t even rate 1/10 also. Don’t choose this location instead you have many other choices outside.
There will be one lady sitting in the reception who is neither bothered nor talks well. People in this salon are enjoying and behaving in such a way that they are owners.
Note: : this salon only improves when they hire proper professionals. All of the ladies and men here are not even worth at all. Waste people. However all the people in this salon are just doing timepass and spoiling peoples looks whatever it is.

Pavithra was very confident with her work and gave an amazing hair spa treatment.
Priyanka was assigned to me for my hydra glow facial which was quite precise and her technique was commendable.
Highly recommended and appreciated.

I have visited naturals for mh hair spa and eyebrows beautification.
Hair spa was done by @ Mr Ali. The spa was very much comfortable. He is professional. N at the end he gave reason for keeping hair moist after spa instead of drying.that was much more impressive.
My eyebrows beautification was done by @Madam Geeta.
She is very friendly n good personality guy.n during my whole session of eyebrows I didn't feel any pain whole hair removing.n at the end she gave just a few second masage to my eyebrows due to which I didn't get any burning session which I used to.

Really wanted to give a zero star for this salon. No proper handling of customers.

Make you wait longer even when you have a proper appointment and you are there on time. On peak days they operate with lesser stylists leading to huge crowd. They dont care about their customer.

Coming to their services, hair stylist was pretty bad. Didnt seem like a professional to me. Worst experience.

Would never vist this place again and i hope no one visis this place again.

To add to it all, they have made their charges high as well. You have to pay 250 (including tax) for hair cut as they are making hair wash complementary with hair cut. Mostly the hair stylist dont do a hair wash as we are not aware of it.

All time best experience with naturals at all branches irrespective of the states, Especially Naturals Hoodie branch. I used to receive eyebrows and hairstyle. The best I can say. Special appreciation to Mr. NAVEEN who did my recent haircut as per my wish and interests.

Coming to Naturals after several months. Excellent service by Hema in Hoodi branch. Very relaxing

Naturals service is great. But the place in which it is located is very bad. Lights are not there in staircase to reach first floor and zero cleanliness in the stairs

Root-Touch Up by Mani was excellent. Hema did a wonderful job with pedicure and eyebrow threading.

I did visit this salon. The service is good. Though the rates are too high, however the staff gives a good service. They have one staff by name Hema, her service is good. Hema has a polite and calm approach. She will make sure to handle the service with care. I would recommend this staff for any service.

The waxing and eyebrow services by Hema are extremely amazing! I went back there for her expertise, and a fairly painless and clean experience.

Services were well done and place was maintained very clean. They had package offers with made the visit really worth it.

Tip - always book an appointment instead of walking in.

I had the worst experience today starting with bad appointment handling, didn't follow any haircutter sanitization, didn't have a proper seat & cover for children, cut my son's ear badly, didn't apologize for it and on top of it charged me non-member fee even though I am regular.

Great service. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Mr Murali is am experienced hairdresser who does a wonderful job with hair spa and hair cut. Very satisfactory service. Will definitely visit again.

I got haircut from professional hair dresser Murali without any treatment. He did a beautiful job. As i don't have a habit of stylingy hair evry day, he gave such a beautiful and gorgeous hair style which looks the same even with just a hair wash and gave me some tips as well. Very good experience with HEMA. I would recommend her for facial services. She is Kind and polite.

The service were good not bad ‌‌but charges are very high and they charge 18 percent gst on top of service which they don't mentioned before. But I personally believe if I have to spend that kind of money I will go in more high-end salon I won't visit them again.

They have only one makeup artist. They will say they have 2 or more but its completely lie. Overcharged for make up and hairstyle and dont know even to set the bun for long hairs. So if u are spending so.much u need to get the result. Not happy with the service.

Generally I visit naturals quite a number of times did not find any loop holes. But last time when I visited i did not have a good experience. The beautician did not do her job seriously. Service was not according to the price they take. Very poor quality. Apart from the hair service the skin services are really very bad.

Amazing experience. Provided hand sanitizer and took good precautions by giving you both palm and feet gloves before entering. I felt well protected.staff also are adhering to the safety precautions very well. I was serviced by Babu.very happy with the hair cutting service.overall very professional and safe environment created.thank you for the service.charged extra 100 for safety precautions, I am happy to be paying that.

I got a haircut at Naturals (Hoodi) last week. While I absolutely loved the service from the stylist and appreciate the safety steps taken by the outlet, I had one issue.

In the name of disinfectant/sanitizer, they sprayed some kind of a bleach on my hand and seat, which immediately left a stain all over my clothes. When I inquired with the stylist, I was told it's just a sanitizer and will go after a wash. But inspite of washing my clothes, the stains are still there and my clothes are ruined.

It might just be an issue with one batch or bottle. Hence please wear some old clothes just to be safe.

I was first scared to go to the parlor due to Covid. But when I visited I was totally convinced with all the safety precautions they have in place. Gloves, foot covers, masks, sanitization, use n throw covers everything was taken care of.so you can visit the parlor girls:)

Hairstylist convinces you to get other treatments done when you go to get a hair cut done which is way more costlier, two times that of the haircut itself and the treatment lasts for just a day or two. Hairstylist is well trained and gives you a good haircut but better not to get tempted with their words about treatments if you are not interested

Naveen did a great job. Also, wrt the current situation, the hygiene and cleanliness levels were very high.

Amazed by the professionalism and the measures adapted to keep the customer and staff health paramount. Naturals Hoodi starts with the making the customer use sanitizer, providing them masks, taking the temperature, taking a self declaration, provide disposable gloves, disposable shoe wrap before you can enter their premise. Only 50% of the usual strength is allowed inside. They spray disinfectants on the chair and other contact surfaces and then allow you to seat. All the staffs wear the masks and apron while the staff doing the grooming wear the protective gear as well (see pics). You were provided with disposable apron to wear and all the non disposable tools are sterilized. The staff maintain a healthy distance than usual when they operate. For men no shaving is done at the moment, but i am told that they do all the services for female including threading and facials where they say they have trained their staffs on new safe distance techniques. Once your grooming is done, again the disinfect the contact area. The billing too is amazing with clearly marked lines and tapes to maintain social distancing. Naturals hoodi was known for their cleanliness and professionalism, they have taken this multiple notches higher amidst wuhan virus. All the best Naturals Hoodi.

I got my hair straightening (permanent - rebounding) by hairstylist Sathya. She did an amazing job. I also got haircut done by her. The results are good and I would recommend this process if you want to get straight hair and I would definitely recommend hairstylist Sathya if you are visiting this Saloon.

Hey guys, I'm giving my update after many visits to this place.
I was searching for a new stylist all over the city, and after several misses this was the place I found.
My experience with haircut services - Amazing!
Great cuts/styles, colors, and very personal customer service. Highly recommended!

If I can give 0 star than its much good and most pathetic service, power out in the middle of service.
And they charge me same price and they told me I can't discount you. Little bit rude behavior.
Plz don't choose naturals specially in the white field one

Thinking of naturals as a good brand, I went to hoodi for a facial. Their manager kept trying to convince me to get their 3000 INR facial done. After a lot of discussion I opted for a brightening facial, INR1600 + tax.
The whole idea of a facial is in the face massage along with the products used. I'm not sure of the products but there was barely any time spent on face massage. My facial got over in no time and i had no glow or "brightening" in my face whatsoever. A local parlor will probably spend more effort and time in the facial.
Would not recommend this place at all.

These Guys are just charging and not at all maintains the standard and quality of service they provided. In my last visit the literally messed up with my hair. The staff was not at all able to understand anything. So if you want a better style or haircut or even a decent cut, I would suggest you to visit any other saloon

I had visited natural salon in March, i wanted to have basic hair coloring for my hair as i had few grey hairs. Stylist satya was assigned to me, she litterly forced me to go for permanent hair coloring which will stay for long time worth of 5000rs. Initially i refused, but she convinced with good offer of having free facial also. So i agreed. She did hair coloring and after that told me to wait for facial. Manager Sumathi asked me which facial i want and she assigned dedicated good skin care expert, i told hair stylist satya told it's with package. Suddenly her expression changed, and she told satya better you do facial and she left. As, she couldt get extra money out of me for facial she told hair stylist to do facial.

After that, satya told me instead of free facial i will give you nice massage which i declined. But she told i should get seperate facial with that i will get it done by expert. With no option, since i had function nearby i payed and went for facial.

Pathetic experience by manager and hair stylist. Before also i went multiple times and taken service but every time i felt they are money eaters. But after this i will never go and not recommend to anyone. Never believe about any offers with them, they are cheaters.

And moreover, after hair coloring my hairfall increased and color also faded in 3 months.never visit naturals hoodi branch

It is 4 year old branch of the Naturals at Hoodi. It is beautifully maintained with utmost hygiene. The staff are really polite and professional. If you're a member, it's good. Else you'd find their rates way too high.

Every salon gives service but very rare believe in post service. I tried naturals for smoothening and it didn't went well for the first time for whatever reasons.but they took responsibility and get it corrected. And been 4 months and having a lovely time with my hairs.

They have completely ruined my hair. Worst haircut ever.after paying 1200/-. Its too exepensive. Highly not recommend for haircut.

I loved the service over here. The manager is so friendly and pleasant. Sumathi helped me to have an appointment in the time that I am available. The stylish Sathya is very soft and kind. She did an excellent service and also suggested many remedies. I am gonna visit often and give my hair the best service.

Good hospitality. Quality depends on the assistant you get. Sathya does a wonderful job on hair cuts, styles and treatments.
You need to speak to them on clearly what you want, else they may try to sell some extra packages.
