Better to shutdown the salon. The worst haircut I had ever in my life. I request you people not to go there, if you do then definitely you'll lose both your money & hair. My nearest local salon staff's could do better haircut. Very disappointed
Salman from Naturals Mysore styled my hair and did the makeup for my engagement and it was amazing. The setup lasted from morning to evening. The way Salman handled it was very professional. I wish him good luck with his career and also I mentioned the same thing to him, to do my makeup and style my hair during my wedding as well. I couldn’t thank him more for 1. Professionalism 2. It's the worst experience i ever had.if there is a zero Star option i would have given that.poor service & quality with high charge.they were not listening to want we want just doing what they feel like.don't go there
I’m very unhappy with the service they have provided. They don’t even know how to do waxing and eyebrows. I have had a very bad experience with them. Not going to recommend to anyone.
Worse experience. I wouldn't give even 1 star if there was an option. This place is very expensive with poor service. First of all, the staff was not courteous. I went for a haircut, the guy didn't listen how I wanted it and simply trimmed to very short in 5 mins. Manager there only say sorry and collect payment. Also the place is very cramped. 3-4 ppl in small room. They don't understand kannada neither english.
Initially they told hair coloring is 300rs and in the end they charged 1500rs. Are you serious? They don't tell you the price and at last they charge like a bomb. Don't go by the brand name. Won't recommend and will never visit again.
The place is very untidy with heaps of untidy clothes and disorganised. Have never seen a salon where one person attends one eyebrow and another', the other one. A lady sitting next to me had a huge argument on the same.
The Staff is not well groomed, who wants to speak only their mother tongue which is Hindi and not even speaking English when this branch is in Mysuru, Karnataka.
There should be some professionalism to staff, not to keep the phone, right next to the client when there is a relaxing therapies going on.
The Manager, apart from leaving his Visiting card he is not in the premises which explains a lot on why the staff has no discipline.
I visit them for my hair cut and they always do a good job. Lohith is very polite and offers punctual and efficient service. He had sent the two girls Prakruthi and Roopa for my daughters wedding ceremony and Reception. They did an excellent job and we were very happy. Very reasonably priced too. Thank you, Lohith and team.
Worst service. Strictly not recommended. The manager Lohith in the parler won’t do his job. He is very careless. He didn’t even inform or call us about our next sitting on facial.usually other parlers managers gonna call and confirm the date of next sitting. Here the manager is careless. Every time he makes the mistake and ask sorry. According to him if he ask sorry everything will get sorted. They spoiled my friend eye brow. And asked sorry. They missed to call for appointments for facial sittings and after I called and asked then again they are asking sorry. The Eye bro made to my friend was worst. I felt like the local parler are better than naturals. This parler is spoiling the name of naturals.
Naturals if u still keep this type of careless managers in ur shops. U will lose ur brand for sure. I request u naturals to keep an and ask what is going on in this parler.
I went to get a new look of my hair to this place for first time and was scared to have new look but then the manager Mr Lohith made me comfort and gave a best hairstylist Mr. Salman who just changed my complete look I went with a pic which I needed to do the hairstyle in same way and they did it as expected according to pic superb job Thank you soooooo much Keep the Good work going Regards Shreedevi
I went for a haircut, the hairstylist Salman knows his work and did a good job. However the threading lady isn't good with her work and did a bad job. Overall the staff is friendly, Ambience is average and prices are too high (upper lip and chin threading Rs. 85)

Very unprofessional and not at all operating with the standards of Naturals. I am using naturals since years and a member of it. The guy who was sitting at the reception was so worst. After repeated confirmation on my services and when the hair stylist applied the cream on my hair, he came and stopped her and instructed that girl to wipe it off orelse I should pay 1000 extra! My concern is when I was so clear at the reception about my service why is he not instructed the team? Crown smoothening he said 3k and I found it bit expensive at that point of time and requested him to give only the front end service.agreed for 2k as well. Though the Stylist didn’t even touch my crown area this ‘aggressive man’ came and created this drama. And for face cleanup another story as they will not even cover neck it seems. I had to fight for that as well just to cover my neck with face cleanup which everyone does! Still appreciate the services of those two girls.
Replacement of such reception guys can keep the standards of naturals always. Unhappy to the core.

Booked an appointment for a hair cut, was attended to in 5 mins upon arrival. This was a Saturday afternoon and i could see a number of people waiting for their turn on the couch. Inspite of it being a rush time, i expected a hasty and out of the mill hair cut. But this person, Mahesh, took time to cut my hair in exactly how i wanted. Even though it took time, he was patient and skilled. I cant remember the last time i got a good cut. Thank you for the nice hair cut.
Doesn't even deserve single star they have no interest in providing me service with attitude they just say no we can't give u service bcoz their employees are on leave or they have many appointments. They have no interest.

This is my regular Saloon. It's well maintained and professional. Stylist named Shakil is the guys who gets the job with utmost perfection. I always take his appointment and visit. Usually, I take haircut, bear trimming and head message occasionally colouring. I am very satisfied with the service and strongly recommend this place.
I have been here few times and was a decent place. If the business can’t maintain their timings and lies, then there is a issue. Today when went to this place @ 8: 00 pm, one person told it is open and the other one said it is closed.
