I got my saree draping done by Priyanka, she is very professional and very polite towards the customers!

Partiality is more. If some called and took the appointment they will give 1st preference to them and won't see anything about those who are waiting in Salons. If 2 persons are waiting and in that if 1 person having only hair cut and other is having make up and all, these guys will give more preference for one who came for make up because they can charge well for them. Just they will give important to money.

Very bad service and hygiene. Sheet was not changed until asked. Sheet had wax on it. My whole hand burnt because of waxing. Even got bubble on my skin because of wax. Still have marks after more than a week. The person didn’t check the temperature even after mentioning many times that the wax was hot. The management was not even apologetic. Will never visit again.

It was my first experience and I am fully satisfied with the service I would definitely referr to my family and friends, ،

Worst n worst.not a professionals here. I hv underwent smoothening treatment and result is huge hairfall even I'm using what he have suggested.they are just foolishing people.hairstylist suggested me to condition even my roots which was literally wrong thing said my doctor. I'm regretting now fr entering dis salon.now my hairs are falling like anything due to his misguide about conditioning hairs.he will not give our hair back right such a rubbish salon

I have taken eyebrow and waxing services in naturals by Sahana. It took 45 mins for both the services and the service is good. Ambience is also good.

Go there only to waste your time and be treated with no respect
They will call you at an appointed hour and ask you to wait for 2 hours
The receptionist “Yashoda” does not know how to talk to people and the owner does not bother to know the poor service in the saloon

Not worth visiting at all. Not even once. Don't even visit once also, just to find out how it works. Nope. The casual attitude of hair stylists is very bad. Not worth the money at all.

They loot the people with high prices which are no where in the world for those standards.
The service is horrible, i personally feel they are not the professionals in their work.
On top of these things they say that bill will be sent to mail due to some technical issues which never happens.

Service was okay but after coming back got burnt marks on face and hands. I took face, hand and leg wax and skin is irritating after wax. Won't recommend anyone to this Parlour. Worst experience

Service is awesome compared to earlier, Hair servicing with Mr. Manju absolutely perfect and very useful, fact and other services with miss. Asen also very good please continue with the same and very thankful to natural Davanagere because of theses two people.

Non-professional staff, No invoice copy given or sent to mail/ mobile. How can you call this India's No. 1 Saloon?
I have made an appointment, but still, the staff asked me to wait for 35mins. When I asked, they said they were attending to another customer who didn't have an appointment.
And they do not accept the membership. Always we need to carry a membership card. Staff can not check membership with the mobile number. This happened many times before with the same branch.

They did not even give a copy of the bill, as the printer is not working. Did not sent to mobile/email. After calling multiple times, they sent me a screenshot of what's app.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, AND CUSTOMERS TAKE PRIOR APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS, AND IN OUR CASE, WE HAVE A TODDLER, IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO MANAGE OR WAIT FOR 35MINS.
I DO NOT SUGGEST THIS SALON TO ANYONE DUE TO POOR STAFF, AND I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN.

I took the Service from Wahid. He is real professional and experienced. It was an awesome experience in total.

Very good service provided by Naturals Davangere, I'm very much satisfied with the service. I had awesome hairspa, facial and waxing which almost removed my tan, felt so relaxing after the service. Worst experience.ladies never go to this salon if u want to get ready for event.they took 3hr for simple make-up and dey don't know how to drape saare, for hairstyling dey don't even have rubber band to do ponytail.but charge more than any other salon in Davangere.local parlour are better trained then this overrated salon

Becareful naturals davangere are using expire product and local product.and the owner he dint want to give staff salary and give my salary.

Without appointment I went to haircut, hair stylist madhu eventhough she had other appointments made herself free and gave me nice haircut.

The experience at Naturals was really nice. Good service and Well behaved staff. Safety measures are taken and hygiene is maintained during this Pandemic situation. Head massage was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to visit:)

Service is really bad these days. They won't respond to the clients properly. I have been there atleast 6 to 7 times I haven't received a computer bill. If I ask they will say billing system is not working and they will give hand written bill.

Third time in a row, lady at reception won't accept card payment. She asks for cash, if not gpay to her number not to naturals. Bill won't given, Everytime some or the other reason will be there when invoice is asked. Feels like it's not trusty as other naturals.

The most horrible salon I have ever known.the first time when I went all the staff were busy on their mobiles and not ready attend.each one was putting on the other person to take up the service.second time.they charged double for the haircut as only my son had gone.third time I had taken an appointment.after sometime the staff himself called to come.and made us wait for 45 mins.their receptionist is accusing me of blackmailing.when I told I will report.the owner's must look into it.

Was a good experience in dvg. Problem with the electricity and water supply is common when I visited for the last two times. Service is really good.

Had a very good experience. The services provided by Mrs Kavya was great. She is an amazing masseur. Had a relaxing spa with a great ambience and music.

Hi yesterday i got haircut service felt so happy and worth of my money, i had great service, they give a good suggestion and discription of service and my main suggestion is to change the manager she is so worst and disgusting behaviour she won't respond to customer correctly while billing so please do change Miss. Priyanka.

Worst experience. I have been visiting naturals since so many years.but today I had the worst experience of all.manager is not fit to be in that post (lady who was present in the evening). She is very rude, arrogant, irresponsible.other staff r ok.looking forward for the change of manager there.decided not to visit again.

On day before yesterday I visit naturals for hair cut and colouring it was wonderful experience and I appreciate the present of mind of all staff and mangere and they treat well thank u so much

Good experience. They have budget friendly packages. The classic pedicure I got done here was a heavenly relaxing feel. Loved it.
