Prices were sky rocket for hair cut and head massage been charged 730₹ and service was not as good as the local barber who would charge 300₹ for the same

One of the best services in this vicinity after having tried a few, Shahid is amazing with his work, patiently listens and does the haircut, perfect with his work, and does what’s good for you with a very polite attitude.

This is a worst Naturals outlet. Very bad experience. Zero professionalism. The owner of this outlet Nisha is rude and doesn't know to address customer queries and totally unprofessional. How do these filthy people get the franchise and they spoil the brand name. Frazer town Naturals is way better than this outlet. I have decided to cancel my membership. A local barber shop is way better than this outlet.

I was satisfied with Meghnas hair services. She gave proper care and attention to her customer needs and guides them accordingly.would highly recommend.

The waiting time was too long. I kept waiting for like 45 minutes saying that I would be attended but it was like making a fool out of people. If organisations don’tk know how to satisfy their customers they should better close down the salon rather than disappointing their customers

Scheduled an appointment at 14: 30hrs on the 02-May-22. Confusion during the appointments was very evident and they were still attending to customers from 14: 00hrs at 14: 55hrs. No apology or an effort to reschedule. Safe to say I will not be going back.

The whole bridal makeup and hair that I wanted them to do was messed up. They’re not trained. They’re not professionals. They have no practice. They just find a random person and ask them to do it for a big price. DO NOT GO THERE FOR BRIDAL MAKEUP AND HAIR. You’ll 100% regret it. The makeup lady had covid on the day of my wedding. After 2 days, I got covid when I was on my honeymoon trip.

She has a wonderful eye for color, respectfully listens to your requests, and moves throughout the getting-ready period of the day with a calm, collected stress-free attitude.  She was on time and ahead of schedule.

Pathetic service, I asked the guy for shaping the beard and he didn't do properly because of which I have to completely remove my beard

They try to con people. When you go for facial, do check for the timings for face massage. They sometimes do it for just 10 mins.

Worst hair cut done for my daughter today.her Look completely got worsen due to this.people should be given enough training to do such services.

My friend visited naturals in another area for hair cut and blow dry with hair wash it costed 350 plus taxes but when I went here asking for the same all the 3 services were calculated separately and billed to me and I ended up paying 900 change. Worst experience and really expensive.

I have done smoothening of hair. They have charged me 12000. They have spoiled my hairs. It's completely rough. When asked for refund. They denied. I don't recommend this parlor for hair stylist.

The experience of each and every naturals is different from service, costing. They are too expensive and they asked me to sign up membership by paying Rs. 500 for lifetime. Later they denied saying the member is valid only for 2 years as if we are funding them. The membership card needs to be carried always to avail membership benefit. Whereas the other natural are ok with just mobile number. I personally do not recommend this outlet.

People here are very friendly and the services are good as well. I have recently been to this place for hair smoothening and the staff Mr. Venkatesh did an excellent job. He suggested the right hair cut that would suit me and I'm very happy with the end result. I also got a good discount as they have 1947 offer currently.

Padma is just amazing. She makes you look great and she's best at the service. I like this place and other staff members are friendly too.

2. The king of the staffs is Mr. Venkatesh who gives a cool haircut and awesome services as per my request.

3. The place is cool, I always prefer the separate room for the services taking more time.

Hairdresser Venkat is amazing with good skill and suggests apt hairdos.
Pramila works in the women section does a great job on threading, manicure and pedicure.
I would suggest this branch to anybody looking for a satisfied service.
