I absolutely love this place. I got hair colour done and i got the perfect red colour which i never got previously. Sanjay and Sunita did this and they stayed vey patient till this was finished. Friendly and energetic as well.

Old one not maintained well. Staffs are okay okay. Service done is average. Can improve their service.

Went here for waxing with an appointment. They didn't have even the normal wax. They found A different one and started melting it. Took more than 30 mins but still couldn't melt it. The beatucian Hema who did waxing couldn't do it properly. She started complaining that's it's cuz of AC, it's cuz of normal and not flavored wax etc.the power was out and they didn't turn on the genrator either. Very bad service. Not worth the time and money. I stayed there for an hour and only thing they had done was test the wax on me to see if it has melted or not.

It was my very first time here and the service was very good. Specially Nadeem here was very friendly and suggested me good haircut style and everything. Overall it was very good experience

Worst experience ever. Inexperienced hair stylist, thinks he knows lot of things but definitely not so. Even after hair wash, hairs were too greasy. Won't recommend to anyone.

Very unprofessional it was. The lady with grown up nails and she wasn't wearing gloves while facial and can't say that her nails were actually hurting during the massage.

I have been a regular customer since the last 1 year at this place. The service is always as per my expectation and it is at quite a reasonable cost as well. Would definitely give 5 star to the service provided by Sonu.

Visited for beard trimming, the salon doesn't even have the basic tools required to trim and shape beard. For shaving they use water instead of transparent shaving gel.

I was charged 472 for a hair cut and didn't get my hair washed also
I'm not even sure if 472 is the price for a men's hair cut

I was skeptickal at first to visit any salon due to the COVId situation but what I liked about naturals is that they only do appointments and they permit one customer at a time.
So when I visited I was the only one who visited.
I was also made to sanitize my hands and footwear before entering.

Special mention Nadeem who did a brilliant job for my haircut.

Though the salon is clean and ensured safety during this pandemic! Extremely Poor quality and untrained so called professionals! I went there for a layer haircut and disappointed and frustrated as some untrained person cut my Hair way toooo short! (I have a long hair and asked them to make it medium length, instead I received a cut above my shoulders)!

I feel stylist intentionally made my hair short so that she can steal my full length hair and may be sell it (hair selling is real BTW)

Though they charged basic haircut fees, I lost trust! Never ever ever in my life I will visit this branch!

The sign board said it opens at 9 am. I reached there at 10 am. It was locked. I waited for 5 minutes and then left and went to another salon.

Due to the present situation of covid 19, I was scared to opt salon services initially but I am very glad to use the services in naturals domlur, with completely sanitized equipment and the proffessionls are also complely sanitized and made us feel comfortable in every step. I totally recommend this place.worth for money!

Poorly maintanted and staffs not so professional. Some stylist cut the hair and charged 450rs. Wen asked why they told its as per stylist. But the person who cut the hair was not at all good. I had to keep telling him trim here there.i have been to other naturals in kormangala where they charged 250 for better haircut that wat was done here. Will never visit the indiranagar salon again.also when my husband ask to apply gel. They searched for it and told there is no gel. Come on guys.you have a salon and dont know where you keep gel or do want to take efforts to find it. Very bad experience. Will nvr recommend indiranagar branch naturals.

The staff knows what they are doing. But the place overcharges customers for any requests on haircut. Even if it's trim really short, the salon charges for "style cutting"

I’m just having the worst day of my life. I got my hair colour done at this place yesterday and the application was so bad, I had to go again today. And TODAY! I see two different colours in my hair! I CANNOT STRESS ON HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM RIGHT NOW!

Wrong choice! Local salons are far better than this salon. Expensive but no quality! They should keep professionals. Hair can grow in couple of weeks but not trust!
