Visited today for the hair spa but not satisfied with the service, I have visited other branches too, completely happy with the service and customer satisfaction with the same expectation I visited this parlour today not satisfied and no proper hair steamer with adjustable height hood.not recommended

It was the worst experience. Had an haircut yesterday. I asked for step cut that lady was forcing for layer cut. Then she did layer with step. Looks like a shapeless haircut. It almost became too short. Looks like the lady did not know the hair cut. My hair shape and length is completely spoiled. Pls never visit this salon for hair cut.

I didn't like the service. Staff was polite but not professional. He didn't use paper foil after coloring the hair. Everything we had to guide him. We went for balayage but no such good result we got

Careless staff. They don’t have interest in doing their work. Even if they are free they ask us to wait. I didn’t get my bill also.

Customer service is very weird. Took an appointment for waxing, asked to come 30 minutes later, when I finally show up, I'm told the waxing machine is broken.
